Came here for 4 times for my school work. One time, I made an appointment and uber there on time and they said doctor didn’t come due to personal issue. Didn’t get any notice or call. Wasted money. Doctor who work on SUNDAY had the worst attitude towards patients. Felt so frustrated after the treatment. Waiting such a long time as well. Receptionist are ok and well organized compared to doctors.

2 stars only because the hours are good and the receptionist was good too. But the doctor insisted my colic was because I am not vegan without any evidence for it, and even after I explained I'm severe iron deficiency anemia. If I stopped eating meats high in iron, I literally wouldn't be able to go up a flight of stairs without getting dizzy. But no, he just kept going about how I HAVE to become plant-based. He even told me that eating animal products will cause me infertility! The lack of respect and professionalism! He has no idea if I want children, or if I have struggles with fertility. And in either case, the amount of anxiety he caused me and can cause other women with his "doctorly" comments is INSANE. The entire appointment you could see his irritation at me for not being vegan, rather than paying attention to any of my health indicators. Didn't even feel my very painful abdomen. Stop scaring people into becoming vegan when they come vulnerable to your office where you have the power. It doesn't make you a good doctor, it makes you a bully. And guess what? I'M STILL NOT VEGAN

Extremely disappointed with this walk-in clinic. They conducted tests as per the doctor's instructions two weeks ago, but shockingly, I never received any results! To add to this negligence, there was an additional test prescribed, but these incompetents failed to fax the necessary details to the test center. Consequently, I was denied the opportunity to proceed with the test because apparently, they can't handle something as basic as a fax! And as if that wasn't enough, the front desk is utterly inefficient. They never pick up the phone or bother to return calls despite multiple attempts. It's impossible to get in touch with anyone in this mess of a clinic. In conclusion, this place is an absolute waste of time. The level of incompetence and disregard for patients is astonishing. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this clinic at all costs!

This walk in clinic is AMAZING. Dr Matthew Hum is the best, the only Dr I've EVER met in my life that does not sure you and answers every question you have. The reception is pretty good too, always returning voicemail and SUPER patient on the phone. Clean building, not packed, free parking and the telephone appointments is the BEST part. Anything less than 5 stars means you need your head checked. A female named Dr Lee was very pleasant to deal with as well and called multiple times to get a hold of you. This place is a blessing. MATTHEW HUM !!!

Fantastic clinic. Dr Chacko was welcoming (great bedside manner, didn’t feel like a number), curious (engaged by asking lots of questions) and informative (shared what he was checking for and seeing). Provided assurance that he’d be there all week if I needed another review. The administrator — I didn’t catch her name — was courteous and helpful in what must get to be a very busy demanding office. Highly highly recommend.

Made an appointment, waited a week for the appointment, office didn't even open at the time of the appointment but someone popped out at 10 min after to let us know that the doctor was sick today so he contacted someone else and they would be there shortly (whatever that meant). When asked about what that meant for the appointment that was set up, the response was that they did not know because they can't register anyone. I made an appointment specifically to avoid the hours of waiting. From what I read about Dr. Ladak in reviews online while waiting, it is likely for the best I didn't get in to see them as it appears that they have zero bedside manner and narrow scope analysis. If you have an appointment with Dr. Ladak, it seems you're better off just saving the trouble and going somewhere else. Sadly, I wish I could recommend a good place but I have yet to find one in the area (but I'll keep trying).

We walked in because of family drs clinic is closed on a weekend. Dr. CHACKO is an amazing doctor. Our first visit was minutes before their closure but there was no rush at all. He has a very friendly yet thorough approach with my toddler's condition which was fever due to ear infection. On our follow-up, he never failed to be just as genuine and concern as always. Would want him to be our family dr if only we live around the area. Meanwhile, receptionist is also professional and efficient.

The wait time is longer than most of the places but the front desk was very clear about it which is the best part. Doctor is quite welcoming and friendly. Thank you for serving with the best care possible.

Front reception was nice. Great experience. Nice Dr's. Never knew about this hidden gem. Very clean. Wait time is not bad.

I brought my daughter in this a.m (Feb 27th 10am). I'm happy to say there was no wait and we met/treated by a wonderful doctor. Your front desk girl however is extremely rude( there were two working one on calls rescheduling a doctors day she wasnt who we dealt with). Very short right from the moment we walked in the door (with all patients not just us) she speaks in a low tone sounding totally miserable to be doing her job. Once the appointment was complete she was having printer issues. We were very patient and had no issue while we waited for her to resolve the problem. The Rx printed and she had to write in pen (kissing her teeth) and advised me to go to the pharmacy downstairs, that isn't my pharmacy and she said "well if you take it somewhere else they might have a problem with it" why give me an RX at all if you think a pharmacy wont accept it?. Very unpleasant and full of attitude. Unfortunate as this clinic is convenient but we certainly wont recommend or return.

She is so professional and kind enough to give her time to speak to me in regards with the medication my daughter needed even it’s quite late already. Hope all doctors are like her. Don Mills walk in clinic deserve a high recognition.

Fantastic clinic! Actual Doctors available in-person and not virtual. Great staff and super fast. Leas than 20 minutes wait time and they sent you right into the exam room to avoid waiting room!

Appreciated that the check-in system sends a text message when you are coming up for your turn, so that you don't have to wait in the limited sitting area in the clinic. However, it would be nice if the system sent a confirmation text letting you know that you are in queue and how many people are ahead/estimated wait time.

The sign in was easy by uploading your health card and giving a brief description of your aliment. Front desk staff was very courteous and very professional when answering to the phone. The clinic was very clean and the doctor made me feel comfortable and listened and provided the necessary treatment. He is fabulous. The wait time is very lengthy and you are told this when you come in so please be patient and brink a snack.

Waited for an hour to open because the doctor was late. Then ended they wont take my kid because she has cough and runny nose (covid symptoms)? Then what reasons you would go see a doctor then? When its the season for cough, cold and allergies. They did not even take her temp.

Super positive experience! The receptionist is super professional and friendly. Dr. Fu is also very professional and gentle. Thanks to their service, I was able to get my medical forms ready. I only waited about an hour which is a miracle considering the fact it was Saturday.

Showed up with my sick wife today only to find a “sorry we decided to close early” sign on the door. Of course no mention on their phone system or online channels of the last minute change in their schedule - and we weren’t the only ones who showed up. Really disappointing. It’s 2023 guys and you have an online presence - it’s your responsibility to ensure it’s up to date!

Dr. Chacko was very friendly, knowledgeable and open to answering my many questions. I felt that my treatment was efficient but I didn’t feel rushed. This doctor has great bedside manners and I get a sense that he cares for the well-being of others and loves what he does. I will definitely come back if I ever have another medical concern.

This place is no calling walk in clinic but store selling clothes because they are not treating patients but selling clothes The assistant didn’t let me to asked the doctor for second issue. She said they have a policy to be there just for one reason, for the second we should walk in the clinic another day. Doctor doesn’t have enough time to spend with patients more than 10 min, I was alone and no more patients in the line. So the clinic from 2 pm after break time was not busywork and the assistant explained to me about the policy and not to worry about my health. This clinic is very helpful.

A very nice and friendly clinic! Went a couple of times and our experience with 2 different doctors and 2 different front desk staff were great. The tablet check-in was quick and text notification was helpful so we were able to choose to wait inside or step away and come in closer to when our turn was coming up. You can also view the waiting list of patients on the big screen which was helpful. Both doctors were really nice and caring! The front staff were polite to us and other patients from what we noticed and willing to help! Thank you! Would definitely recommend :)

Came on a Saturday morning and was the only one here. After a quick COVID test in my car the doctor saw me within 5 minutes. Very clean, quick and professional. Will definitely come back if I need to see a doctor on the weekend!

My partner went to this walk in clinic for strep and before the doctor prescribed him antibotics he told her (Dr Anh Phan) that he was allergic to penicillin and anything related to erythromycin. She wrote the prescription and she gave him medication that he was allergic to. Every doctor asks what the patient is allergic to in regards to medication and she did not. My partner had to step in before she wrote it. Completely incompetent.

This clinic is clean, but spacious not so much. It’s reallly HOT in the waiting room so be expected to breathe in HOT AIR. The door is closed they need to put a door stopper or add a fan for the patients that are waiting. Apart from that their walk-in system is really well I like that I can privately put my reason on a touchpad and book my appointment. The wait time is pretty long.

I had very good experience with them this morning starting from the front desk with a big and professional smile. Doctor Hum is a great professional family doctor with a warm heart. They treat their patients friendly. I highly recommend this walk in clinic. When you really need medical help this is the place to go.

I was very impressed. I waited 10 mins if even that long. There is no contact when you go in. You register yourself. And, the best part you walked out to a lab. My appointment and X-ray took 25 minutes.

My first time to this walk in clinic, the building looks newly renovated. The office is clean, the front desk staff polite and friendly. I waited about 15 minutes and was called in. The Doctor I saw was Dr. Christine Kristoff , wonderful person, patient, friendly and attentive! Very happy with the whole experience. Will definitely go back when needed!!

This place is clean and well-organized. The reception desk is doing its work well, super polite and patient. The most amazing doctor is Dr. Matthew Hum, who only works there on Thursday. He answers each of your questions with his expertise and professionalism. He always tries his best to help his patients. Sadly, Dr. Hum is not practicing as a family doctor. After having my family doctor, I rarely go to see him, but I will never forget this best Dr. I have ever met and his support to my family. Thank you 😊

Brought my son in on Sunday as many other clinics are not open. There was a long wait time, but once you've signed in you can go wait elsewhere (we waited in the car so my son could lay down) and they text you when you're close to next so you can return. The doctor was worth the wait and was very attentive, excellent assessment and care. My son left with a prescription for antibiotics and a throat swab was taken. On site pharmacy was convenient as well. Will visit again if we need care on a weekend.
