This is how chilli flakes on pizza was delivered to me last night. A handful of chilli flakes on each slice was served. I had one slice and I got blisters in my throat in the morning. I removed all the cheese on top and saw the base was full of chilli flakes like seriously????? It’s a serious concern towards health of a customer. Some dudes

Very bad customer service. Food quality worst . They are not giving refund or replacement moreover put our ID on redflag so we done with pizza pizza . 4th time continually worst pizza they gave total 8 pizzas we garbage no one can eat those pizzas . Only this store worst pizza makers and service even more worst. Pizza owner have to take care of his store it’s ruining customer money and pizza pizza customer . Because so many time they gave us not eatable we complained about that no one taking action moreover we are not getting refund . We garbage all pizzas . They waste our money . I do not know you guys gonna take some action or not or just giving false information to us . Pizzas are bad . Workers are rude and racist . Give our money back . Sure i will try i will be more appreciated store owner if i will get any compensation for the inconvenience i faced .

I ordered veggie thin crust pizza at 1:25 AM. I asked them for well done, but they decided to burn it. Worst pizza pizza I have tried. Added photos in photos section. Please make sure this doesn't happen again.

Worst pizza pizza ever! I booked a pizza a month ago and noticed that they seems to use a bad sausage because it tastes very sour much worse than other pizza pizza store. And i mentioned it in their internal site. And the boss called me and told me to give them another chance and gave me 7 dollars credit. But after I booked again, they told me there is no credit and they told me that I have to charge. And the pizza was as bad as last time. Do not go to this store!

Ordered large butter chicken. Pizza was okay considering the price. It took around 12/15 mins to serve the pizza. This space is large and around 25-35 people can sit. Not very clean but nicely decorated. Lot of options in the menu. The staffs were talking to each other very loudly all the time. Overall experience is not bad.

Genuinely so confused why these reviews are so poor. This is by the far the best pizza pizza I have been to in the city. The older gentleman who has worked here for as long as I have been alive , I swear makes the pizza with love. It’s always fresh and the best tasting. This is also coming from someone who has moved to London England and has tried many a pizza- I genuinely cannot wait to come home and order my favourite pizza from here.

I would give Pizza Pizza - Location Danforth and Birchmount a rating of 2 out of 5 stars. While it can be a last minute resort for a food option, the pizza is always hit or miss. Sometimes the pizza is not cut properly, and the toppings are not properly or evenly cooked, which can be disappointing. That being said, I've found that other Pizza Pizza locations are sometimes better. The wings at this location, however, are always good and a reliable choice. Overall, while it might be an option in a pinch, there are better pizza places out there.

Also agree with another reviewer on here- not sure why the reviews are so negative. Our family has been regular customers of this establishment for many years. Never had a bad experience. The staff are cordial, hard working and very efficient. The end product is always fresh, delicious and always on time. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Very bad customer service by the old Sri lankan guy who is working in morning shift and he don’t even have sense to talk with the customers. I just asked for the oregano on half moon as there is no option on the app and he is arguing on this rather than giving and passing me the oregano. And he’s saying that he doesn’t have it but i can see on the shelf from outside. The owner or manager should tell this guy to work politely as he is getting paid for this job.

got my pizza after one hour and it was cold and in this messy situation. Also, the delivery guy was really rude. I don’t recommend this location at all.

Employees here are racist. Extremely rude behaviour. Extremely bad service. The head office do something about this location to be honest. I waited for ordering my pizza for 35 mins and employees were busy taking out online orders. And people who came after me even got there order and employees were not taking my order

Not the first time I've ordered from Danforth. It was about a year ago and I ordered wings and deep fried pickles. I picked up and the manager or owner said "this was the last of the pickles we had so they are a little messed up but if you come back we'll give you better ones" I didn't realize what he said until I got home and the breading was completely off the pickles and I think there were barely two pickles in it and completely inedible. Tonight I ordered an extra large with toppings and extra cheese. Anytime I order with extra cheesebat pizza pizza it was delicious. This time it was completely undercooked and the toppings were on the bottom and all the cheese on top. Completely inedible. Again!! Not a welcoming atmosphere in there either. I tried to get a refund but only got a credit. Any other place I go to is delicious. So I beg of you, don't EVER order from the Danforth location EVER.

We are order a pizza from here when we went for pick up , There is a guy whose name is Peter . This guy behaviour is very rude . He has no manner how to talk with customer. I think why you hire this type of people . You have need to provide training session to their employees after because it effect your company reputation.

Hey pizza pizza I ordered pizza from here and I went to this store for my order pickup . There is one guy name peter. bro he don’t how to deal with customer and talk with customer. These type of people should not be in food industry. I don’t know who the manager of this store . But i request to guys teach your employees some basic talking skills. And just to let know you guys he said you are intentional student and seriously he is yelling at us . What do you mean by this. I want pizza pizza to take action against these kind of people. The food isn't bad, although you have to check your food before you leave! They will slip a badly burned pizza into your box if you're not paying attention! Do not order via uber eats or directly, near closing because you may get a black panzerotti or pizza and waste your money. (You WON'T GET YOUR MONEY BACK ) Also, The Indian man at the cash who is the Manager of this dirty store, and the Hispanic man making the pizzas, specialize in insulting women - seniors and disabled are their main targets. The DIRTY washroom is a playground for bacteria and viruses. The 'checklist' is fake. I've been in the washroom at 11:30am and the 12:00 checklist was already filled out yet nothing had been cleaned, filled, dusted, mopped, sprayed or wiped!!! Furthermore in the 14 years I've lived next to this store, I've always noticed that the surfaces are NEVER disinfected or wiped. As you left it, it be will be until you return. The irony is, before they open they mop the floor with bleach or sometimes just pour bleach on the floor as you can see the puddle of bleach and smell it but the floor is dirty. The first time that I went just after they opened, I smelled bleach and assumed they clean every morning but they neglect during the day. When I hung my purse and turned around, I saw they don't clean a single thing. Definitely not the toilet as it's obviously never been cleaned, the wall, counter, sink, on top of the surfaces like the always empty paper towel dispenser, the often empty soap dispenser, the air freshener unit that has never had air freshener put in it, dust, germs everywhere! Unfortunately I have an overactive bladder and I have to go, but make no mistake- if I had to do the 2 there is no way in hell I would risk my life - no amount of tissue on the seat.....I'd rather....hit myself and that's saying something!!

I have ordered Keto pizza from other branches too, but this one makes amazing pizza. They followed all instructions properly and service time is also good.

Everytime i order from this location with the hope that this time it will be better but everytime they put toppings just in the starting, ends are always thick and without toppings. So there is no point to pay for xtra large if we r getting quality of medium pizza. Will not recommend

Customer service 3/10 Really bad attitude by the old guy seems to not care about customer I would expect the management would take care of this and I would come back for one more time just to not judge on first visit. I would say you should look up pizza pizza warden, I always go there but it was my bad luck thought I should try this one today
