Popeye’s has consistently good food which doesn’t taste like it’s fast food. Love all their options. Just had their new Fried Chicken Sandwich. For a franchise sandwich it is really good. Of course, don’t compare it to a real southern fried chicken sandwich. For $6, it is worth it.

It's a busy place during lunch so it is understandable if there is a wait. I ordered food for 4 people but had to wait longer than several people who order after me. I noticed all of them ordered meals for 1 person but similar meals. Maybe next time I'll order my food 4 separate times to get my order faster.

This location is in a plaza full of other food places and right on steeles which makes it easy to reach and travel to. Went there and ordered some Chicken Platter. This is a regular popeyes location so it is nothing special but whatever you accept from popeyes .It was quite peaceful to dine in there and had a good seats as well . Everything was well cooked .I liked the hot gravy and fries as well . I would recommend for good and hot food .

I used to coming this location to enjoy the Thursday daily special. However I found the meal are very salty last 2 times. Today， i came again to buy the meal. The cashier ask me if i need buy some drink. I have a unlucky feeling at that time. Ends up， i ate it in my car and taste very salty！！！！Thats why the cashier mention me to buy a drink. After today， i believe i wont come back in the short time. Such disappointed.

Believe in the chicken sandwich hype! It's real. The chicken is juicy even though it is white meat, the brioche bun doesnt take away and complements it nicely. Even the pickles make sense. 20 yrs in the making and imho they got it right! This popeyes location is efficient and the place is clean.

Always busy. But then again I only find myself here on Tuesdays for their special. The chicken is well cooked and the service was good. in comparison to the other fried chicken places it's still one of the best. Although I must admit outside of the Tuesday specials Popeye's could get expensive. The butter shrimp quantity and even the ghost pepper wings is just not enough. At least not on its own

TLDR : Amazing service, Clean shop, Hot Food! One of my best experiences of Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen in Toronto. Although I prefer Popeyes Louisiana Chicken over KFC’s in Toronto, Ontario Canada, have never really had great experiences in store or on delivery. The staffs were kind, clean and professional. We ordered a 4 pc signature chicken combo and the fries were one of the best that I have ever tried. The unit offers free and large parking space in the parking lot associated with the plaza (free). Washrooms are available for genders. Kids dining and seating are available in the premises. Dietary restrictions and modifications are available within the menu. The entrances, dining and washrooms are accessible

Best service I've ever seen at a fast food restaurant. I was eating here last week and the manager came out to ask the customers how their meal was. I've never had this at a fast food place. My food was great but the ladies sitting across from me made a passing comment about the food being slightly cold or something and the manager brought them free replacements for their meal! Wonderful.

My favourite location for Popeyes! The store is of utmost quality both in terms of customer service as well as quality and freshness of the food. Food is always hot and a go to for family gatherings. The communication at the store is amazing and a special shout-out to Ozair. He is the resident fry-cook at the store but the one time he was on cash, was amazing. Definitely recommend going to this location!

This is Tuesday special… look this leg and thigh I can’t see that Bad customer service

The oil they use for frying chicken is reused several times. U can taste the bad oil in for quite a long time after you eat there. This is happening with 3 other outlets i had from. The present location , other in scarborough and one in downtown near billy bishop airport. My kids fell sick eating the fries which tasted pretty bad. I did receive once two coleslaw both of which were stale and we had to throw it away. No more buying from Popeyes. They do have to take fair amount of steps in improving the food safety. I really dont think anyone is checking how people are preparing food in these outlets.

Food quality is unfortunately inconsistent here. Once the chicken was freshly made, hot and delicious. The next time it was cold and practically there was no taste.

Reached this branch just minutes before closing time. Wasn't sure if there was a chance to get food because it is not fair on staff. But was greeted cheerfully. Got my order of 3 pieces chicken and fries served with smile and courtesy. Thumbs up to the staff. One regret - didn't get name of the kind lady who served me in top professional manner.

We haven't been here for probably over a year since we moved buy again, we were not disappointed. Even coming 30 minutes before close, the chicken was super hot, fries super crispy and the customer service superb. Really commend the team at this location for always delivering excellent service and quality!

Honestly I come here all the time but never had the time to write up a review until yesterday. The staff was phenomenal - going above and beyond to ensure I had everything I need. They even gave me an extra piece of chicken +10 stars if i could.

Excellent place to visit, visited on a Tuesday considered as their busiest day however the service the food is excellent. Chicken was super hot and fresh their fries were super crispy and fresh. I would 100% recommend it to all my friends and family.

Definitely an above average Popeyes location. The chicken here is juicier than a lot of other locations I've tried, and the employees are always friendly. The place is also clean.

They don't honor their own advertisements. Their till screen in the store clearly shows they have a 2 Can Dine for $16 but they say they don't have it anymore. Saying their system is out of date. False advertising. Chicken is very salty and not fresh.

Bunch of jerks when there busy or not busy dont make fresh chicken and give old or earlier made bad chicken and lie about it being fresh rather give food poisoning then fresh food and disgusting customer service shame on you guys go to midland or Woodside or highway 7 this location is disgusting and theyll repeat it multiple time shame on you guys

We've been ordering from this location for a very long time. The chicken was very juicy, crispy and yummy. The coleslaw was very refreshing and the Cajun Fries were very tasty. We enjoyed each bite of everything.. The service is always great and the staff is very friendly. I'd definitely recommend this venue if you're looking for some delicious food.

Popeyes Fries are the best! The Cajun flavour marination infused in these fries differentiates it from any regular fries and way better in taste. I always order Cajun or the Spicy Mayo on the side as a dip for my fries and it tastes delicious. (I would only recommend this dip if you like 🌶 🌶). They also have different kinds of Chicken Sandwiches/Tenders and wings to choose from the menu and you can switch it to a combo option including a drink and a side. Customer service is always excellent at this location. I will definitely recommend visiting this location if you are in Scarborough ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
