There are a lot of Thai restaurants but food here will give you a different experience if you visit this place for once. There are far fewer good Thai restaurants offer this experience. The menu is paired down to exactly the right offerings, showcasing exactly what is best.

Our usual Thai spot wasn’t available (evening) so decided to try some place new. Overall, ingredients felt fresh and portion size was great for price but .. every dish lacked flavour. Spicy noodles were not spicy and truthfully looked like pad Thai without pad Thai sauce - definitely a bit odd. So, if spice isn’t your jam this is your spot — felt safe, easy and good pricing.

Loved the food here! We especially enjoyed the crispy tofu with peanut sauce and the mango coconut sticky rice. My only complaint is that their website for ordering online needs work (you can see the full description of each item and I had to refresh several times to pick my items and complete my order).

Just back from a sensational meal at Thai On Rock. Ginger chicken, spicy Thai noodles with beef, chicken pakoras, hot & sour soup. For $50, the two of us ate until we could eat no more, and came home with four take-out containers or the equivalent of 2-3 more meals. Fabulous flavours!

My family and I tried this place about 3ish years ago. The food was okay, but they messed up 1 of our order. Called the store and they could only offer a store credit because my order was placed through a 3rd party app. Store credit requires to go into the restaurant, so that's never happened. Fast forward to last night when we decided to give them a second chance. What a mistake that was. The food was eatible at best, the containers were barely filled with food, and the rice choices are now half the size. Please don't waste your money eating here. Go to the Thai Room if you want decent thai is Scarborough.

I've been meaning to write a review for awhile. I love this place. The food is very tasty & every time I order, we all comment on how good it is. The Chicken Pakora, Devil Chicken, Fried Rice, Mango Salad, Green Curry, Pad Thai, Chili Chicken.... all great. Thank you 'Thai On Rock' for preparing food with great taste.

We just had an excellent lunch here to celebrate my mother's 92nd birthday. The food was excellent, with large quantities and perfectly spiced. The server was very sweet and attentive... she took a photo for us and was very helpful when we brought out a little cake to celebrate. We will be back. Thank you!

Excellent portions! We ordered too much food. We are 2 adults and 2 school aged kids. The hot and sour soup was perfect, they made it extra spicy for me as requested. The mango chicken vegetable stir-fry was amazing. I’ve never had anything like that before.

Not a real Thai restaurant. No Tom Yam soup. However, they serve Chinese sour and spicy soup. 😅 Oh well, I still placed my order. Their curry fried rice with basil and chicken and Thai style fried rice with basil are not bad. Their staff is friendly and the eating environment is just so so. Still worth coming back.

The food is so fresh and spicy!! I think they did a revamp or have new owners. I don’t know what it is but the food is better than ever. I’ve gone back 3 times in the last 2 months and the quality and taste has been consistent. 10/10

Ordered regular size of seafood soup, 9.99 , looks like one cup amount. Ordered Pad Thai (chicken and shrimp), enough of noodles but not protein. Generally, Pad Thai was way too sweet. Seafood soup wasn't very Thai. As a Thai Food lover / goer , NOT coming back. Thai restaurants always have great and happy dining in or take out service and atmosphere, the waitress took my take out order on Tuesday night obviously didn't do a good job. Maybe that's the reason restaurant was a big empty during dinner time.

I have tried a lot of different Thai restaurants and I will have to say this was definitely the best. The hot and sour soup had a ridiculous amount of flavor. Chill chicken and seafood fried rice is my favorite. The overall ambiance of this place is something to enjoy as well.

Ordered spicy noodles with beef. The beef was very tough, the noodles were overcooked and the dish itself was bland. I had to add my own soya sauce for flavour. I didn't care for the spring rolls either. The seafood fried rice was okay, but nothing special. Won't be back. Much better Thai food elsewhere.

Absolutely shocked. Ordered 2 soups. One of the soups i ordered was a coconut chicken soup. There was 0 peices of chicken inside the soup. The soup was filled with pure oil, even touching the liquid makes your hand super oily. It was so oily i felt sick eating it. This kind of food can get someone killed with the amount of oil they use. High blood pressure, cardiac arrest etc.. i will report this to the ontario food and safety commision so they can look into it. I felt really unwell after eating the soup

From the moment you step in that place the stuff gives you a nice feeling. Very hospitable stuff, it is a friendly place to go out with friends or with your date. tasty food, professional chef, comfortable price and attentive service. Highly recommended.

Ordered some pad Thai and curry pad Thai. Food was good but I found the pad Thai a bit too saucy. Price range is reasonable and service is quick. It used to be Thai One On and they changed their name but food is still the same.

Nice staff and good food. We had the vegetarian appetizer platter, cashew nut chicken, pineapple fried rice with shrimp, and oodles of noodles with chicken, all were very fresh and tasty. The oodles of noodles were a bit different in the past if I recall correctly, this time it was a bit blander.

Great food here! This is our go to Thai restaurant and has been for years. The food is delicious and the value is incredible. (One dish usually makes about 2 to 3 leftover meals!) The staff are also really friendly and this spot offers additional discounts if you order from them directly and pick up in person.
