Pretty good location overall but they have got our order wrong a few times which is unfortunate. Food is pretty fresh here and the service is ok too.

Amazing service. Staffs are polite and food quality is excellent. It was a weekday night and this location was not busy. Ordered meals and staffs are patient for our order. Atmosphere is good as it’s not too busy. Everything is fresh and hot.

We went to this place for a breakfast combo Saturday morning. There was a longish line in front of us, the staff did what they can to serve everyone. They even brought the coffee out to some of the people that didn't pick up their order. The clients are not the best, making for a less enjoyable experience, though it's not this branch's issue. The breakfast was acceptable, the pancakes were very good. They also have USB wall outlet for charging!

I used to come this spot oftener not for its ambiance . Today, I ordered the usual a&w root beer + a buddy burger single (w/ cheese). I chewed on something felt bizarre and took those pieces out to see what they were. It was kinda grilled plastic thingy and heavily-sauced object. I confronted the front-person who told me it was a grilled onion . To make the onion that hard , the cutter must 've saved the every piece of the whole ,including the top part. My question is, do I care if they missed the part and grill it on the pan over 10-15min? I got a small fries for apology but am not coming back here. Prolly you should n't order anything off the value deal menu here- just a suggestion

Ordered two Mozza burger combos. Received something other than Mozza burger. Not even sure what. Used a gift card. Was told two different totals for my gift card. Don't know which was correct. Never received a receipt. Tried calling for 2hrs + to see if I could change the burgers. No one answered and no answering service.
