Jay is a Good man but he does not respect your time. I've been going to Jay's shop since I was a kid, he's always a nice guy and has manners. Although he has all that he will have you coming in and out of his shop wasting your time and gas before he picks up his phone and tells you that the item is not ready. I was paying to get a grill job done and I went to him 8 Times including to ask for a refund because every time I went it wasn't ready. The 8th time I already went with a refund in mind after being told that day after a coworker of his called him that he was sure it was done but he wasn't in and I could swing by later and pick them up. They still did not have the design done and had not called me for extra time before I came down. After putting down a $200 deposit and giving in my grills to be melted down for the job which they weighed for $125 on top of my deposit I left with $50 and a loss of respect for the business there. The money is not an issue but I left without an apology and asked if I was low on cash as if that was the cause for canceling the job. Never swore or yelled for me to leave but the disregard for my time and respect shown was enough for me. Good guy but beware if going there.

Ordered a cricket bangle custom with my name on it. From the second I stepped into my store to when I picked up my order I received great customer service. I liked that they were able to take what I had in mind and also give me suggestion on what direction to go with the details on my bangle. Definitely will be going back for more custom made designs. Had a bad experience, I got a custom pendant they said " if we add more gold dont worry we will only charge you wholesale price because you are paying for the labor" guess that word didnt exist worst part we agreed upon a certain font they said they will show me on the computer, guess what now??? I go into the store it was already done without my approval.... Did i like it.. no it looked like a little kid did it and i wont be surprised if a little kid did the labor, they kept telling me how good it was my face was so mad. I asked for my deposit back and it was a big deposit witch is my fault, they said since they did the work they keep it, to be fair its true but we didnt agree on that font and the price, it was so ugly i though it was just me so I rocked it for 1 moth every one was making fun of me so I sold it and melted the gold didnt even get my deposit money worth it was a bad experience. If you plan to get custom work jewelries here id take my business elsewhere. I should have done my research.

Have no idea how this place has it's current rating. Unprofessional and terrible overall service. Said that a basic clean and repair of a few items would take days to complete/ refused to give me a quote. Took the same items to Garo Jewellers who did all of the cleaning and repairs in 25 minutes.

Terrible customer service. It is not professional at all. The male at the front desk was rude and yelled and instantly we left to Flawless Jewels and had our service done there within a matter of minutes. I wouldn't recommend coming to this place for anyone.

Super happy! I brought in a 20 year old ring that had been cut in half be repaired, came back two days later to what looked like a brand new ring. I’ve come here in the past for pendants and they have a really good assortment of unique styles + customs. Service is quick and pricing is reasonable.

This place hosts a workshop right in the store which does all technical works of making/altering/reparing jewerely and setting diamonds. You wait days/weeks from other jewellers because they have to send the job out, but here you get it done while you wait if you are really in a rush. - Jay is a master with full skill sets, he takes it slowly and dedicated to every job, so you get great results. - On top of that, he is very kind - A family run business which all staff treat you friendly. - And bottom price for any diamond or any kind of jewellery you want to get. This combination is just so rare to find these days! What else more could you ask for? So I had the gut feeling the first minute I walked into the store and talked to Jay that I believed that he would be my guy, and he serviced me so well with unbeaten prices and I'm just so happy that I found him by pure luck through google map.

I had the pleasure of purchasing my first Gold pendant at Jay’s Jewelry. The staff i communicated with were extremely friendly, supportive and accommodating to the price range i gave them. They were always responsive right away, and gave me lots of ideas of what i can do with the budget i gave them. They were incredibly understanding as well as efficient when it came to time management and product perfection. I absolutely loved the way my jewelry came out, and would rate the item and customer service 10/10. I will definitely come back to this business in the near future for the rest of my purchases. Jay is a good man but he's nearing retirement and he needs someone reliable to take over. While I feel for him, his shop is still a business at the end of the day and they need to improve their retail operations. I had the opportunity to have a one-on-one discussion with Jay about some of the difficulties he's currently facing with his front end, other customers may not always have a chance to get to know Jay and therefore may find the customer experience to be lacking in some respects. Overall, the product is exceptional, the service and customer experience though is lacking. The shop is a staple in the community so I will come back, but in this climate, they really have to improve their response time and promptness.

Had a chain that broke on one of the links, other places told me I'd have to get it sent away for repairs, but I came to Jay and he fixed it right there within 10 minutes. Very professional, guy knows his craft. I know who I will come to first if I have any problems with jewellery, thanks Jay.

I had my chain repaired there. It was done quickly. It was done perfectly. You can't tell where it was repaired. It's flawless. I unfortunately have more chains that I clumsily broke so I'll be returning to have them done as well. I'm glad I came across this store.
