We walked in to Classic Creations just to have a look and measure our options, on my sister’s recommendation. She was not wrong: We walked out with a deal we could not pass up! The entire staff assisted me from beginning to end to ensure that my earrings made it safely to me and in a timely manner. I was updated every step of the way….thanks so much to Ami, Diana, Noel, and anyone else involved in the process. It was nicely delivered to me (in Florida) via UPS and the packaging was as if I collected it at the store. Extremely impressed and WILL be back!

This has got to be the best luxury watch boutique in Toronto. They have a very comprehensive display space for all of the major brands and the staff are very helpful and knowledgable about all products. They also provide care and repairs - they just changed a stainless steel bracelet buckle for me free of charge. I particularly love their extensive stock of Grand Seiko watches (best in the city) that are some of the most coveted timepieces among collectors at very attainable prices.

After doing a bit of research on different options for engagement rings, I decided I wanted to go the custom route. I had a design in mind but no terminology or visuals to lay it on paper. My cousin had mentioned that Classic Creations will take my vision and create it perfectly and boy was he right! Entering the store i was welcomed by two very friendly staff: Ami and Ferne. They sat me down and walked me through various different ring designs and pointed to specific details - exactly what I was looking for. A shop that would pay this level of detail. I told them the design i had visioned (in my head) based on a few of the different rings shown to me. Ami very shortly drafted a rendering of what i had in mind - it was perfect! With a few minor emails and re-renderings here and there - the design and dimensions were prefect. And I do not want to forget to mention the spectacular and beautiful GIA certified diamonds that they carried. I cannot be more than happy with my experience at Classic Creations and will definitely recommend them to those that want something custom with a great level of detail :) PS: All the hard work payed off, SHE SAID YES!

Disclosure….I would have wanted to rate this experience higher than 5 stars but am unable to. I recently purchased an engagement ring from Classic Creations. I dealt with Noel and the experience was absolutely a pleasure. Noel sat down with me for hours and explained all the details of diamond purchases. From sizing, to colour to clarity etc etc. I left an expert and thrilled with my purchase. There was absolutely no pressure and the staff made it very clear that each purchase is personal and they’re more focused on ensuring the client is happy and satisfied with their purchase rather than attempting to upsell. I am from NY and I wanted to get something for someone who is in Toronto. Classic Creations was not the first place I tried. But they were the first ones to pick up my call. Now, I had to do the entire thing remotely. I was put on the phone with Diana. I told her what I was looking for and she showed me the option. She even gave me her professional opinion and I am happy she did. Long story short, the price was right, the item was beautiful, and the “someone” I sent it to was really happy. And so was I. The service was absolutely above and beyond. In fact (I am not sure they want me to say this but) they even delivered it themselves for me.

I am speechless. Blown away by their AMAZING service and great craftsmanship. They were able to customize my engagement ring that another jeweller refused to work on. Classic creations has been my families jeweler for many many years, when I decided the time was right to get an engagement ring, they were the only ones I wanted to go to. After looking at several options. I decided to custom design the ring. Not only did it come out perfect, my now fiancé was absolutely in love with what they helped me make. I went to Classic Creations because I had 2 necklaces that had knots in them. The woman at CC was absolutely lovely and spent at least a half an hour trying - and succeeding! - in untangling the knots. Diana helped me with my wedding band and it is absolutely amazing! My ring - sourced elsewhere was set too low for the band I wanted and they were able to reset this as well with the help of Lacey. Stopped by today while shopping for watches with a friend, we were immediately approached by a kind, knowledgeable and enthusiastic staff member who helped us with what we wanted to see. We were both looking at specific Seiko and Grand Seiko models, and she helped us find details about availability on a specific one that was not in stock to see in store. The store also went out of their way to get one of their display models with a Spring Drive movement running for us to see. Apart from Seiko and Grand Seiko, they have an amazing selection of other brands to choose from, and on their jewellery side, a lot to see as well. Overall very pleasant experience!
