Rude, Incompetent, Shameless and Ignorant Staff and management to deal with in this clinic. They don't care about patients at all. All they care about making money. Absolutely no respect for others. Threat people to kick out from the clinic if ask about their inappropriate behavior, Incompetence and canceling appointments without giving notice to the patients and have no rights to ask why doctor is running behind while already waiting to see the doctor for a few hours from the time of the actual appointment, any questions or concerns are abusive behavior towards this clinic's Management and staff. Very ignorant, Shameless and ill-mannered people to deal with. Furthermore can't go to any other doctor if NO doctor available in this clinic otherwise they'll take the patients out from the family doctor's list and cancel their registration. One of the lady doctor their is so rude, very Incompetent and have no understandings towards the patients conditions. Never tried to pay attention what patients is going through and why even came to see the doctor. Just making money and that's all. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC TO WASTE PRECIOUS TIME AND GET DISRESPECTED.

While the reception staff are friendly they are extremely incompetent. Faxes from Pharmacies go unanswered for days and sometimes weeks. The email is not checked on a regular basis and as such doctors are not receiving forms required for insurance purposes and so forth. I received a call to cancel my appointment and was never told when it was rescheduled... so I missed it. Now I have to wait 4 weeks to get in to see the doctor. While I am very happy with Dr Parveen as a doctor. Seems the customer service is slipping. ..... Also after reading some reviews I'm not sure who the person is responding but they sound almost condensending in their replys.

Doctor & office staff are too busy. Called at office it was in hold for long time. I requested for appointment from the website and got appointment next month. Doctor called me once and there were no callbacks as I missed first call even though they mentioned they will try 3 times to connect. I rebooked appointment and again got appointment for next month. 30 days is minimum waiting time. Disappointed with overall service. Don't waste time!

I booked my appointment 1 week before, and I had to take a half day sick leave from work to go to my appointment at Oasis Family Health at 3pm. I had other appointments booked for the half day as well so as to maximize the sick leave that I took. I arrived at the clinic 15 minutes before my appointment, but I had to wait for an hour to see the doctor. When I saw her, she said that our meeting is booked for only 10 minutes!! This experience was very frustrating because I had to rebook my appointment to another day and I have to take another sick leave from my company, just because of this one hour delay. It is very inconsiderate towards working individuals.

My experience with this facility has been less then satisfactory. My family doctor, Dr. PARVEEN, is extremely hard to get an appointment with. It is 3 weeks at least to get a phone call. Nevermind the fact the phone was on the wrong day and so I was completely unprepared and flustered when the call came because i didnt know when i would have the chance to talk to her again. Then from that phone another 3 weeks to book an appointment for a physical which no one reached out to me to book. There has been no follow through. Plus everytime I need my prescription refilled the fax from the pharmacy go unanswered until I am out of my medication and suffering. I'm so disappointed in the whole place.

Not only I waited 3 months for my appointment it also took them forever to let me know what are my laboratory results. And on top of that they send me a warning letter stating that I was rude even after apologizing for asking an honest question about when will I have the appointment to get the results. (Warning letter comes faster than my results) —unprofessional

WORST CLINIC OUT THERE! They say they are accepting new patients but meanwhile they won’t take care of their existing patients. I wanted to get a blood test done and they said they would not do so unless you are pregnant. This clinic and their terrible doctor Erum Raheel is only concerned about making money. They sent out an email to everyone stating not to go to walk in clinics for medical help because if we do then she does not get paid. WHAT TYPE OF DOCTOR DOES THAT???? This clinic does not honour their appointments. This is the worst clinic and team of doctors possible.

Bad patient service. You have to wait weeks and months to get appointment with your own family doctor

They are not on time,they don't give appropriate when you need to see a doctor and it is a long waiting time to see a family doctor , even I had appropriate for blood test, still I waited for 1:15 which I could go any lab without appropriate .

I have mixed feelings here. On one hand the doctor is amazing and very helpful. On other hand, having an appointment should be respected. I don't feel it fair to have to watch people come in after you and watch as all them get served before you when your appointment time is before them. I get waiting 30 minutes I don't get wait for over an hour. That doesn't make sense to me. Need better service overall.

If you need am appt , best believe ull have to wait 3 months for it. Cant stand this place. Oh and the sign outside of the building days walk in. Dont waste ur time. They dont do walk ins

If it takes 3 weeks to get a phone appointments and 2 months for an in-person appointment from your family doctor with whom you are registered for 2 years, how you feel? You talked with doctor one day before, she mentioned she would call- next day you heard from the clinic that the doctor is OOO for two weeks, wont you get anxious? If you do any Medical test in lifelab, you have to challenge the staffs to download the medical reports otherwise they keep arguing that reports not available (although the patients can see it). I know healthcare facily undergone crisis during Covid, but when situation is improving, you need to improve a lot.

The staff here are very friendly, esp Dr. Ali, who is tremendously helpful and patient. He goes above and beyond the normal expectations of family physicians and really takes good care of the visitors to the clinic. Their response time is also quite impressive.

Hello all, I would like to share my experience of last 2 years with all. I am sure that someone would relate the following :- - In most cases, the clinic staff does not pickup the call at all. - To talk with someone, I need to spend hours and hours for them to receive the call. In 99.99%, they simply don't answer the call. - For them, it does not make sense if we are registered patient or not. They simply does not care. - Appointment does not make sense because they cancel it few hours before due to unavailability of doctor and they will not give you any alternative for the time off we have taken from job. - We cannot reschedule the appointment because it only happens through the call and because they simply don't answer the call, they are least concerned about it. I would advice to all, stay away from this clinic because the clinic system and its operation is extremely poor. Kindly make any other arrangement.

I would like to say that this is the best clinic I went to for my son. Dr.Parveen our family Dr. Took care of my son’s health concern and just in few days. I got a better result. Friendly staff and Dr.’s are very nice. Even if my Family Dr. Is fully booked They offer access for urgent care appointments Highly recommend❤️

Dr. Raheel has been my family doctor for about 11 years. She is amazing. Always listening and caring. She was my mothers doctor as well, she also loved her work! Dr. Raheel saved my life, by discovering a rare brain disease, Moyamoya.

I’ve been in the country for over 20 years and I’ve never ever had such amazing service from any pharmacy & clinic. I was so moved as I recently lost my job and my pressure was high and my daughter rushed me to this walk in clinic. I would give the clinic, the doctors & the pharmacy 10/10. The receptionist, the doctors, the pharmacists are so helpful and I moved my entire family to the Oasis clinic as they are are all so amazing. I will always recommend this clinic as they believe in comforting their patients. You guys are the best.

This is one of the worst clinics I’ve ever had any encounters with. The secretarial staff is unbelievably rude. First of all they take hours, if not days for them to even answer the phone. On top of that they don’t have any available appointments for weeks on end. They also are rude, on top of everything else. Would not recommend this clinic to anyone. The only good thing is the pharmacist.

The entire staff at Oasis Health is fantastic. Each and everyone are helpful and patient with any questions you may have, whether it be in person or over the phone. In particular, Anam took the time to listen and find a way to help me in such a timely manner. I really appreciate it! I also can't say nothing but wonderful things about Dr. Tracy Lai who truly embodies what a family physician is. It is definitely rare these days to find one. She is patient, empathic, a good listener, and overall some one whom you can trust with regarding your health issues and be confident that she will help guide you in your health journey.

This health centre has variety of health services including walking clinic, Chiropractor, lab, pharmacy etc. The personnel are helpful especially Anam in the lab. She's very helpful and professional

Excellent place to have a family doctor at. Dr. Zain Ali is incredible. He has taken great care of my health and it is always lovely to speak with him at every appointment. He has been really professional and has shown true commitment to solve my health issues. I really appreciate all staff members especially Ms Anam. She is always very polite, focused and kind. I definitely recommend this place as family clinic.

The clinic has spacious consulting rooms with modern equipment. Dr. Irum is kind and knowledgeable. Good time management. She takes time to listen to my issues. Oasis team is efficient and friendly.

Clinic is good . The Book appointment feature in their website never works and even if we call their front desk they don’t attend the calls - so it’s a hard time getting a callback from them and getting an appointment book.

Too much of waiting time. Please learn to abide the appointment time as time is not free.

We had the best experience here. Dr Raheel did a phone consultation for my son who was having trouble breathing and a fast heartbeat. She listened attentively and provided us with with a proper diagnosis. She eased our minds and even followed up with the cardiologist she referred us to. We felt so cared for and appreciated the time she put in to providing us information on our son’s condition

Dr Parveen is easily the best doctor I've ever had. Very attentive and caring. Couldnt have asked for a better GP. Might be moving to Niagra Falls and would still make the travel to see her if need be.

Reaching out to this clinic’s reception through phone is highly impossible, we should call at least 20 times minimum to see if someone is answering. I was able to get connected with one associate and asked her that I had an appointment with a Doctor at 2.30pm waited for 40 mins just for this call and no calls from the doctor or from the clinic, she mentioned that doctor will call me within an hour radar from my appointment time which means I should leave all my work aside and sit next to the phone for an hour expecting the doctor to call in that one hour radar.This instruction was not mentioned in the email or mentioned while I booked the appointment. Sounds ridiculous right? not the doctor and the management work there have no professionalism. I got a call from the clinic at 3.28 pm clearly I was not near the phone and I missed the call, guess what’s gonna happen, they will tell me that I missed the call and I have to call them a million times again just to connect with them and to get a doctors appointment again I have to wait for minimum 2-3 weeks. They left no voice mail nor an email after the call. This is not the first time I am dealing with this clinic. Even if we go in person the registered patients with appointments are not seen by the doctors on time. I wish I could find another family doctor, coz dealing with this clinic is a nightmare. I left with no choice just to stick with this clinic coz it will be a long wait time to change the family doctor. Good luck with whoever going to have a doctor as a family doctor from this clinic and dealing with the poorly managed clinic in my experience in Canada.

They give appointments weeks after your call and I’m not sure about the other doctors but mine is just trying to send me off as fast as he can, he doesn’t even look at me in the face he’s just looking at his computer and typing stuff the whole time and done you’re good to go

hate about how they charge you $25 fee to get your own prescription. I don't get charged in other walk-in clinics ... well... well

I have been a patient of Dr. Haji for a 2 years now, He is always courteous, gentle, accommodating, which calms me down and allows me to feel much more secure. The staff are all very professional, friendly and helpful. I feel extremely fortunate to be one of Dr. Haji's patients. Happy with team Oasis Family health Centre.

Sharing my experience I had with the Oasis Pharmacy Owner. Traveling last munite and needed to take the PCR Covid Test. I was given 2 options for the test taking in consideration my departure day and time. The owner told me the regular Test results would take like 24 to 28 hrs and the would have been passed my departure time. As for the Extra it's expensive but recommended that to be the best thought it would hurt my pocket but getting results within 6hrs on the same day. My connect is thru US and the rapid test, because this pharmacy doesn't do these rapid test he went out of his ways finding for me a location to take the rapid test before boarding in the US to my destination. Dr. Raheel conducts herself in a professional yet caring and genuinely concerned doctor who wants to ensure the health of her patients both mentally and physically. Additionally, Anam was so accommodating,, squeezing me in when I was ina a bind. She made me feel at ease during my test and was providing me all the information I need to be informed and comfortable throughout. Their patient care is exceptional.

Dr. Syed Zain Ali has done a great job in dealing with my health issues. I had a history of multiple complications and required a thorough diagnosis. Gladly, Dr. Ali has not only highlighted the areas of concern but he is treating them well. Keeping in view the competence of the doctors, I always prefer to take my kids to Oasis Family Health Centre. They have a very friendly staff. So my kids never hesitate to see the doctor. Thanks to Anam for friendly welcome and personalized care. Highly recommended.

Great experience as a first-timer. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in, my questions were answered patiently. My family Dr. Amanda Gaymes is very good, she really made me feel at ease. Nurse and staff are all very kind, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this clinic.

I highly recommend this clinic all the staff professionals, caring and knowledgeable. The doctors takes their time with the patients and don’t rush them out of the room. The lab technician is very good at doing her job.

I am very lucky for having Dr Raheel as my Family doctor. She is very caring and nice. Oasis clinic is also have latest medical equipment; lab service and virtual urgent care for the patients are also available. Wajma and Anam at front desk always ready to help and very pleasant.
