    A lot of sitting arrangements but most of the time this place is overcrowded. The workers here are very friendly, specially Leonee. Not so clean. Their service is fast.

    Visited this location 2 days ago, around 12 with motorcycles, walk in was closed so we walked to the drive through to order, we knocked and lady immediately said i cant take ur order because you are not in a car, we said we are on bikes and still she said no, one of us went and brought its bike, but just look at customer service quality here... bare minimum understanding and all due respect to the lovely covid rules, how can we move or ride to the parking lot after getting drinks? The lady's best response was my manager wont let me take orders if you are not driving! I asked the managers name but i forgot! How about a more meaningful rules?

    The girl working in the drive through is so rude. Owner needs to retrain her on how to give customer service, I was there at 2:30 PM June 24 I asked her for her name she wouldn’t give it to me so I think the owner should take the ownership and retrain that associates how to treat customer.

    I don't know how dare the manager and the owner putting 1 person only for the entire store in the drive thru during the night shift, spend and extra 150 dollar for an extra person to help providing a faster service in the drive thru , and have some mercy on your emplyees, I haven't seen it at all ... having 1 person ONLY in friday Night . The girl on the drive thru was apologizing for each car passes by the window . She was soo overwhelmed I feel sorry for her .

    They have zero customer skills. I ordered a vanilla cold brew and I told her to put an extra base but she was like acting weird and then she went to some other team mate and talked in another language in front of me and the other girl looked up and like staring me for a while so I didn’t like it at all and I’m not gonna order it again anyways it was the worst cold brew I ever had at Timies. The manager should address the team about their customer service.

    I came here on Wednesday, July 19 at 410pm. We come here 2-3x week as it’s our closest Tim Hortons. For the first time, we experienced pretty rude service from a lady name Priya. We ordered 20 timbits, we asked for 2 boxes since the kids always fight over holding the boxes. The 200 other times we’ve been there, all the other workers had no problems giving us an extra box still at 4.99 instead of charging us two 10 timbits boxes. When i brought that up, she gave me attitude and said she can’t do that so I said, fine just put it all in one box. She proceeds to hand me 2 boxes that’s all assorted when I never asked for assorted. It’s the first time, someone didn’t ask us whether we want assorted or not. She huffed, and proceeded to get us our 15 honey and 5 chocolate. I made my kids still say thank you because I want to teach them manners. She just looked at us with a blank face not saying anything back to two kids aged 4. I normally would never write a bad review but she left a really bad taste in my mouth. I hope the manager talks to her to so she can follow the steps of service. When someone orders timbits, ask them whether they want assorted or not instead of assuming and boxing it and then giving attitude when I asked for differently. I’ve been served by a bunch others who were amazing. So I’ll change my review when I see her attitude change. Because it only takes one worker to ruin the whole experience for you.

    Never pick up your food inside the store here. There is a mobile pickup window but when you come here, nobody ask you what can be serve even no people in front of you. you just wait and see other people was called to be served here. I can see food on the table, be colder and colder. Unless you jump into the queue and tell the person behind the desk: see my food is there already, can you pls give it to me? It didn’t happen once or twice. Other Tim Hortons store has smaller place but better service. The servant seems don’t know where is a pickup sign above. update on July 9th: Again, this is my last time to buy Latte, or any food in this shop. I placed twice latte within two weeks in this store by mobile order. The first time i was told no latte available when I checked in my order, I got refund, that is fine; after a week I placed another latte with mobile order and I was told nothing when checked in by drive through window. This time nobody told me there is no latte and when I drive to the pick up window, I was told there is no latte. I want refund and you don’t allow me to have any refund. Why? I must have something I don’t like to replace my order and don’t even consider the same price with my placed Latte order. How can a coffee shop is out of latte in two weeks? I recently moved in this area and found this store is quite convenient and closer. But now I prefer to drive 10 mins more to get a latte.

    Oct 17th evening time around 21:00 at the drive through a tall brown employee was rude, he got mad because he didn't hear my voice loud enough he got frustrated with me. In the window they forgot my order and handed me only one drink. I had to knock the window to get my second drink. I come here daily today I was dissapointed. Hope he gets more training on how to handle customers.

    Disorganized, all over the place. They never toast their bagels properly at all, it's as if they don't even toast them. I've asked for it to be toasted more and just get the same exact thing. The drive thru is a disaster and people impede traffic on main roads.

    Every weekend no potato wedges during their afternoon rush period. Once is a mistake. 4 consecutive weeks of this is unbelievable. I asked the employees for their store managers name and number and their direct store number. Said they didn’t know lol I worked at Tim Hortons homie. You know your store number to call in sick. The baker either has no time management skills or they neglect certain items so they don’t have to work as hard during their rush periods. What a joke.

    Sometimes their service is good. Sometimes not. Not consistent. Today instead of giving 2 large coffees, they served 2 medium in drive through. Around 7 am in the morning we don't have enough time to argue with you guys. Please try to do good in your job. Another day they served black coffee without any milk or sugar. Do you guys sleep during taking orders for the drive through ? I wish management for this Tim should notice my writing .

    I can't believe how far this franchise has sunk in the toilet !!! What happened to a donut store that just sold coffee and donuts oh that's right Tim Hortons put them out of business. And know they can do what they want because they have no competition. I waited 10 minutes for a coffee and donut in the drive threw . Total incompetence!!!

    I went in to give order and the lady who was taking order for me was rude. I gave her order for Double double dark roast coffee and asked if the brew is fresh? She said that no it’s not then I said I will wait but I need fresh brewed coffee. She then sir we have always fresh brewed coffee in a rude way and went to prepare the order once payment was done. I think employees should respect customers as they do and they have right to ask questions. Store #102721

    I share the same sentiment that many others have said. There is one lady taking orders in the drive thru who is rude and doesn't listen to what you are saying and trying to order. She is the reason I will never spend another cent at this location. FIRE HER ALREADY

    I went to the drive thru on 2023-03-09 i ordered 3 coffees and paid $6.50 in cash for it. When I checked my app I was only charged $2.07. When I emailed to complain nothing was really done. They do a bad job for coffee it’s always burnt and bitter and food and the staff there are very rude. They never seem to have anything new that comes out and they don’t seem to care very much to serve you. one time I saw a cockroach in the restaurant and no one did anything about it they just looked at it. It was close to the donuts. there is one brown lady there I can not stand she is never friendly never talks to you when she’s working at the drive thru or at the cash inside. She seems to always have an attitude. they never fix a wrong order and they do not listen when you ask them for a napkin, cream, stir stick, milk or sugar. I do not know if they have a hearing problem or something and that’s why they never get an order right. but I am frustrated with them and do not want to return to them also I do not recommend this place to anyone. please go somewhere else if you can

    The workers are a little poor sometimes when dealing with customers as I was witness to a few scenarios which followed with poor customer service. Such a refusal for refunds or remaking a wrong order. Consistency with the food is also varied, not advised to go here but also human error is understandable.

    I love Tim Hortons for their coffee and baked goods. Their original blend is smooth and satisfying, and their loose leaf steeped tea is refreshing and aromatic. Their timbits are bite-sized delights that come in a variety of flavours, and their donuts are soft and delicious. I also enjoy their sandwiches, wraps and chicken strips for lunch or dinner. They are made with quality ingredients and grilled to perfection. The service is fast and friendly, and the prices are reasonable. Tim Hortons is my go-to place for a quick and tasty meal or snack.

    They did it again, charged me for cream cheese but gave butter on last 16th. It second time. Cream cheese portion is very low on the other one. Very sad to see this savings mentality to make more profits. Was in rush so couldn't come back to complain in person. We expect fair service for the price.

    I go to this locations very often as I use the library close to it and I must say every time I've been here they've managed to mess up my order. It could be the wrong drink, wrong food item or they just straight up forget to give me my food lol. Only go here if you have to,, last resort type place <3

    The workers here can not understand simple food orders taken by the customers. I simply annunciate and pronounce every word clearly in hopes they would understand and they not only don't, but they ask questions back to you so quickly that it makes one fumble on their own words and order. Not to mention any time I have or someone I know orders a bagel , theh bagels no longer come cut in half ( thought this was routine ?) Can't tell you on top of how many times my order has been incorrect to the point where I just can't be bothered majority of the time to go in and have these workers correct my order, over and over and over ... it's no wonder tim hortons is no longer a beloved (canadian) franchise.....

    This Tim is on a very busy road so it has a lineup on getting your drive through order but because they have big lot it is easy to maneuver if you decide to purchase in person you will have big lineup and once you getting in you will see they only utilize two of their three serving desk and also somehow you need to use the washroom don't even think of it you can tell they need bigger and cleaner washer. So I'll say 3🌟.

    Worst drive thru in the history of drive thru's. 85 percent of the time my coffee is wrong. They need to start giving gas credits for all the back and forth trips since they think gas is so affordable

    Working just down the street have switched to McDonald’s for breakfast due to poor consistency. Twice now have been out of crispy chicken. One morning did not have eggs for sandwiches.About half the time do not have potato wedges.

    In our first trip to Canada 🇨🇦 we discovered this great chain shops: the Tim Horton! If you're familiar with Dunkin Donuts USA - it's just like it's another sibling at Canada. It seems Canada is run by Tim Horton - it offers the greatest needs of cold weather Coffee ☕️ and also takes care about your quick snacks, ice creams and bakeries. My visit was wonderful with one of my friend's company, enjoyed time there and finally we left with some Tim horton suviniors gifted by my dear friend! Wish to enjoy again!

    Too many people standing around talking not working... cashiers would be nice. Same slow staff,still standing around. The owner obviously doesn't care about the customers, or they would get a whole new staff. That actually works and gets the orders correct

    One of the worst Tim Hortons I’ve been to! The service is bad, there were 4 ladies standing in drive-thru window n still they got my order wrong. I ordered a steak sw n this is what they gave me ! They literally wanted me to pick my order n run. Neither they looked at me n slammed their scanning machine in my phone!

    A good place to chill, most of the times this is a place to visit... But sometimes tho, their coffee aren't accurate (especially in drive thru, I'd suggest go for something standard and simple)

    Quick to order when you come in early at 8:00am-8:30am. I used the Tim Hortons app with a digital coupon, 2 can dine. Overall we were satisfied with the sandwhiches and coffee.

    Is caramel shot politically incorrect somehow, or why doesn't this location have it for nearly two months now? Did it hurt somebody's feelings? Or is the management just incompetent to order it? Other locations have it. Serious question. It's like pizza pizza not having creamy garlic dip, or a hotdog stand not having ketchup... This location must of had a change of owner/management recently because I've been going here 10+ years, but recently both the quality and the service is absolute garbage. Super slow, constant issues with debit/credit payments, lack of inventory, messing up orders.

    I was in the shop and ordered an ice cap, and when the lady brought it to me, it was very watery, akin to iced coffee. When I told her it's too watery and it's not like I usually took it, she said ( it's from the machine not from me if you want take it or leave it and get your money back) she was so rude and she never ask me if I want change my order .. she is Indian or Bangladesh or Sri Lanka ، if you are interested in serving your customers you will know her through the camera It was 1:58 on Saturday August 13

    We went inside the restaurant and uts good because they only allow 4 people at a time to be inside. Service is quick and efficient and staff who have been there for years are nice and courteous. Definitely recommend this location!
