We tried this outlet of McDonald's for a curbside pickup. The issue here was the long delay for curbside pickup, we waited for a long time and finally i had to enter the outlet enquiring about my curbside pickup. When i was enquiring about my order, the staff there had no problems with my order and it seems they started preparing my order after i arrived. It took around 40 mins for me to collect my curbside pickup. Shop was not much busy, it might be some staff management issue. But atleast I expected the staff to be polite or apologetic instead they were not bothered anything about it. Later when food arrived , packing was not good , my poutine box had leak and sauce were dripping out(this is the first outlet where packing was so bad as they had not properly closed my poutine box. Overall we were unhappy and would never visit this outlet (eventhought it's near to my house).

If I could give them zero stars I would! I am lactose in tolerant and I asked for NO CHEESE. The lady went and put “extra cheese” with $0.50 charge when we were at the drive through we notice and told her/reminded her NO CHEESE so she changed it on the screen and I thought it was fixed. Then I get home and I see that my sausage n’ egg muffin HAS CHEESE after I told them no cheese. This is the type of sub par work they do! They just added another label over the sandwich! This totally blind sides me as a customer who specifically asked for NO CHEESE. I cannot even eat this breakfast, I wasted my money and time. I don’t have time to drive back and get a new breakfast that they totally messed up on. I tried calling the location and there was no answer! I’m really upset that these workers would do such a thing! They were not taking my dietary concerns seriously which is very dangerous to my heath! McDonald’s I’m very disappointed with this location , the training and staff!

This can be a busy McDonald's during the day given its location. I was able to dine in even after 10 pm on a weekday. Good spacious atmosphere. Not too long of a wait for the food. Remember to collect points through the app.

I very rarely leave one star reviews as I think they tend to be really harsh. I was about to leave a three-star review but there was one thing that really triggered that one star review, I'll get to this in a moment. I stopped t that location coming from Ikea nearby. Access and parking is not super practical as a start. The drive through line outside was at least 15 cars long which is why I went inside the restaurant to order. Inside, things overall felt quite chaotic. 2 employees were having what seemed to be somewhat of a heated conversation with their manager about their break time right at the front counter, which felt out of place. The wait time was abnormally long, and only one person was taking orders with a number of customers waiting. They seem understaffed which is quite common these days due to Covid. So why the one star review: I went to the bathroom to remove my dental appliance; garbage bin was overflowing, some garbage was on the floor along with a spilled coffee cup. Not great as a start One of the employees came and used the urinals, then looked at some of the garbage; not only didn't he do anything about it, he actually didn't even wash his hands and walked straight back into the back of the restaurant. 😦🤢 On my scale, that deserves a zero but I can only leave it one star. You can be careless or even consider that picking up the garbage is somebody else's job but at least you should maintain a strict minimum level of compliance to cleanliness and hygiene. Incidentally he was the one who handed me my order as I picked it up at the counter after waiting a solid 15 minutes. 🤮. I won't divulge his name as he could lose his job and I don't wish this to anyone, but seriously... My poutine was good but left a bad taste in my mouth due to the aforementioned incident. I think this restaurant needs some attention and I will certainly not go back there again anytime soon. That's a one-star for me.

Waited 30 min for these two pieces for mobile ordering, and was told my order of latte and hot chocolate are not available. Very mad at their speed. And if you tell me on the app that your latte cappuccino and hot chocolate machine are not available, I will just order from somewhere else instead instead of wasting 30 min. I have a test very soon if you don’t improve your speed then there is no meaning to order FAST FOOD.

I never write reviews and this is the only time I will be doing it because of my horrible experience. First, I came in to order and was ignored for about 5 minutes. There were almost to no orders on their drive thru screen and yet the lady tells me to give her a moment. She finally comes to take my order, I handed her a coupon for a free big mac and she puts an "ask me" on the item. Not even 30 seconds have passed by and my food is already ready. I had a gut feeling that the food she served me was someone else's cancelled order. I felt it, it was cold however, I did not have the time to go back and let her know how disappointed I am. I couldn't even finish half of the sandwich because my stomach hurt. This is wrong. Whoever that lady was, I hope management re-trains her and revokes her food-handing certificate. I understand that I have a coupon for a free item but this is inhumane and if someone did that to you, I bet you would be upset too. I came on January 31 at around 7:35pm to 7:40. Management please teach your staff to serve their customers with respect and integrity!!!

Check your order before leaving! Consistently miss major items in my order when using the drive-thru. Also, asked for no cheese due to allergies but still had cheese (even when labeled no cheese). People with allergies beware! Ridiculous!

I came to this McDonald's to get a BLT for breakfast in the drive thru. They asked me to pull over to the side and I waited about 10 minutes, which was fine, however my BLT was far from fine. The picture speaks for itself. I don't even know what to say.

Worst Experience. I ordered 3 burgers, and they gave me two. And one of the burgers had wrong sauce. Completely unhygienic atmosphere.Not even worth for 1 star.

placed an order on ubereats at night, was almost hangry but didn’t expect the terrible quality. The whole meal was missing, also side menus and the drinks came wrong one. terrible terrible terrible. Don’t know what were the employees thinking, not understandable, wordless. even one star for this store is too much. never gonna order here in my entire life again.

My only complaint is that the place needs to be renovated to be accessible. There are no automatic door open buttons, the doorways are so narrow and the bathroom door quite literally does not open wide enough to allow me to bring my baby stroller in. I ended up having to leave and go elsewhere to change the baby’s diaper since it wouldn't fit in the doorway to get to the changing table. I can only imagine how hard it is there for people who use mobility devices like wheelchairs, scooters and walkers. It’s 2023, all public places especially a company as big and rich as McDonald’s should be equipped with accessible doors at the very least.

I never leave negative reviews, bc i give service workers a lot of slack, but this location needs to be called out. Coffee was cold, not warm, but cold. Obviously left out and not changed in hours. I had to remove the rotten lettuce from my McCrispy sandwhich, and the fries came literally half empty. The staff could care less, lots of eye rolling and lazy effort. I do not expect much from teenage staff but the owner clearly does not care. Serving rotten food repeatedly is unnacceptable. Avoid this location at all costs.

I just spent 28 minutes in a drive-through for a quick easy and fast breakfast. And this is not the first time this is happened at this location this is happened a few times. I don’t know if it’s the staff or this the the machines or what’s going on but the service here is horrendous. And on top of that after getting my food after waiting for 14 extra minutes in my car it’s still cold & the bagel is like bitting rubber.

Food was okay, lately the curbside pick up takes forever! Order breakfast and by the time the egg muffin got to me was soggy. Wishing I had used the drive through.

Not usually one to leave bad reviews, but this location is just getting worse by day. You would assume in the mornings, they would be a lot faster considering people are on their way to work, but no, you are guaranteed to wait 15-20 min in the drive through. What they have started doing recently is take the order, wait for the car to drive to the window to pay, drive to the next window to get the order, then they will take the next car’s order. It’s absolutely horrible.

I recently visited one of at this locations and I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service I received from the staff. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly smiles and a warm welcome. I was particularly impressed with the efficiency of the team. Despite the busy rush hour, my order was taken quickly and accurately. The food was prepared to perfection with a smile. The attention to detail and the speed with which my order was fulfilled was truly impressive. What stood out to me the most, however, was the friendly and helpful attitude of the staff. They went above and beyond to make sure that my experience was a positive one. They were patient, kind, and eager to assist me with any questions or concerns that I had. I want to commend the team on a job well done. Their professionalism and dedication to customer service are truly exemplary. You have an outstanding team that is a credit to the organization. Thank you for providing such an enjoyable dining experience. I will certainly be visiting again soon.

What is this garbage sandwich. I asked for grilled bacon deluxe sandwich instead I got completely opposite sandwich it’s soggy and gross. Avoid this restaurant at all cost.

Went through the drive through and asked for a breakfast combo with an egg and cheese McMuffin. They didn’t give me a hash brown and a sausage McMuffin. Won’t even pick up the phone.

Everything about my meal was absolutely terrible!! I asked for a hot chocolate and instead got hot MILK! No chocolate or anything. I also got the spicy mcchicken with NO lettuce and of course it had a ton of lettuce on it. I went to take a bite out of the sandwich and it was CRUNCHY!!! The meat itself was hard and absolutely disgusting!! I would insert a picture of the sandwich but I ended up throwing it out.

This location has good food but that doesn't excuse the fact that this has got to be the most dirty McDonalds that I have ever visited and I've been to a fair share of them. I literally had to get paper towel and soap and clean the table and seats before my husband and I would even consider dining in. As for the washroom, all I will say about that is "forget it". I simply wouldn't! It's honestly a shame because this particular location gives McDonalds a bad reputation. As for the staff and service, 95% of the staff were 18 or younger which is fine although this group were noticeably immature and didn't care about the customer or service quality whatsoever. Most were dressed in street clothes and were louder than any customer there. My opinion and advice to anyone thinking about coming to this location is bypass and find the next closest one , they're usually not too far apart and if you are going to visit then bring a rag and some strong cleaner with you, trust me you'll need it!!!

December 13, 2022 There is nothing special about McDonald's. It's a lot more expensive than it used to be. "Fast food"? With drive-thru, on-line app orders and delivery service orders, it takes forever to get just a coffee. And when you finally receive it, it's not even filled to the line on the inside of the cup. All McDonald's seem to be the same. I hear their major competitor is slightly better. Next time I'm going to try them instead.

While I usually prefer McDonald's coffee to other famous chains, this location truly makes me reconsider! They took our order for a regular latte and a pumpkin spice latte, but after we paid and got to the other window they told us they're out of latte and that we can choose another type of coffee. We did not receive reimbursement for the changed order. Also, how can you have pumpkin spice latte but not regular latte? Just make the same thing without the spice!!!

ZERO STARS. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DON'T COME HERE. I mobile ordered a Skor McFlurry for table service, and patiently waited (10 minutes). I decided to go check what was taking so long. It was not busy at all. I told a girl employee my concern and she just annoyingly said that they were out of Skor with no apology for making me wait, and did nothing about it. She didn't notify anybody. My McFlurry was already half melted by then. I wanted a refund, then she points at a long line saying get in line in a very aggressive and rude manner, while she does absolutely nothing at her till. I didn't want to listen to her because why should I line up and wait again after waiting for 10+ minutes already?? So I decided to tell another employee about the situation (since she was incompetent how to deal with it). As I was trying to get another employee's attention, I noticed a customer saying she ordered a McFlurry. A male employee picked up my McFlurry that has been there for 10+ minutes, filled with the available topping and handed off to her! I took this opportunity to tell him the situation. He doesn't apologize and with no facial expression. I sarcastically said that girl "so kindly" said they were out of Skor and "has been so ever helpful". I said to just remake another with whatever that is available. He reluctantly remakes my order. I am not coming back to this location and I do not recommend others to as well if you want freshness and competent employees.

I got BigMac' s for my family, one of them was literally bitten in half. So disgusting, not coming here again. Check your burgers whenever you order here.

Nice & fast. I'm still trying to understand how the app works as I can't finalize an order when I'm not near McDonald's, like what is usually the case with other shops. I need to be near it to be able to pay, otherwise it'll tell you that you're not nearby!! (and shows that to you, on a map, in your face!) Anyways, we still can enjoy their ice-cream and fries (not together, I do not recommend!).

This was literally just now. This place is disgusting. I like to give service workers slack because I know how it can be, as I've worked fast food and customer service. The only thing I liked was that it had the old fashion McDonalds aesthetic. All the tables were dirty, the bathrooms were completely awful. The one toilet had fluid all over it. The sink water was cold and the hand dryer didn't work, plus no paper towel in the very least. Stank so bad. The garbage bin was splattered with liquids and such, and they were full. The kiosks didn't work - they required you to press the screen and hold, and even then it didn't work. We eventually went into the drive- thru, and the drive thru machine was cracked badly, and they fixed it with boxing tape. We ordered two fries, a small drink, and two junior chickens and were waiting ages. The guy at the window handed us the drink, said nothing, turned around and I watched as he adjusted his junk. Literally right in front of the window. Wearing a red and beige hoodie with the hood up. After ages, we finally got our order - buddy at the window didn't say a single word to us. I very loudly said, "have a good day!" And he just had his back turned. The fries were "fresh"ish, as in came out of the fryer and are hot, but they are undercooked. No napkins either. I have never, ever gone to any fast food and got such bad service. I am on the road a lot and I've lived in quite a few places, so again, I've been to a lot of fast food places. The guy in the red and beige hoodie with the hood up working today at 3:30 was so bad he didn't even seem like an employee. And adjusting his junk in front of customers? Like what even? It's so bad I can't even believe any of the good reviews are real or maybe they're employees because holy hell.

A very convenient place to grab a lunch in the neighborhood. Friendly staff. BUT, make sure you check everything in the bag thoroughly before leaving, because there are ALWAYS missing items my orders especially for curbside pickups. Staffs will replace or give you whatever is missing without asking any questions if you go back to them.

A bit stingy with the fries. Time and time again I noticed that thi particular location is not filling their fries to the top lik othr locations do. Otherwise everything else looks good with the food and the service.

I'd give them 5 stars as the staffs here are quite efficient compare to some other fast food store I visited. But I ordered a cone a lot of time so.. They are really busy in the morning. It's only that sometimes I got an extra onion burger like an extra light onion one lol..

It has a fast service after you pass the cashier. To tell the truth, I wasn't happy with attention that they were given to the customers, you could see that they didn't care if you were in the line waiting to order, they were just standing and talking, ignoring the customers. Then a Filipino girl who was cleaning the floor saw us waiting, she came to cashier and get our order. Later, meanwhile I was refilling drinks, she saw me having some trouble and just walk away and came back, offering a solution for my problem with so much kindness. That why I am giving 4 stars.

I’ve gone here many times and I would recommend a meal at this McDonald’s. It is very clean with many places to place an order and the touchscreens are often clean. Employees are pretty nice and the food is pretty good, with the size of the burgers pretty large and the container for the fries are usually filled to the brim. The drive through is very busy but the line goes by fast. Unfortunately, I have received food with a strand of hair in it twice. However, the employees were willing to give us a new whatever it was we ordered. These incidents hardly ever happen and it was a few years since that happened

I’m not happy!! At all. This is the first time I went to this McDonald’s on OCT.5 2021. One of the lady worker was rude & unprofessional. Didnt show concern about my order, I waited 20 mins & the worker lady though it was funny my order was delayed. But two other employees was so open & helped me out RESPECTFUL! At the end. I was just only a KID! I don’t know if next time I’ll be coming here?
