Very good facilities, comfortable place to spend some time waiting for your flight. Decent drinks selection. The food though, what a disappointment, the selection was really really poor. Still, good to come in and have some down time while on terminal 2. Hopefully they will improve the food part soon.

Great experience overall. Big lounge, spent big part of my day there and what really stands out is how clean it is. The staff is always taking care of everything, bathroom and shower specially cleaned. Offers a good variety of ambients, great wifi, no lack of charging spots. For working, good options of open space and closed booths for meetings. Although drinks were great it’s not a 5 star experience because of very limited food choices for both breakfast and lunch.

I don't really know how many stars to give if you ask me for this, because I could easily give 5 stars for the ambience and the environment but I would definitely give 0 stars for the food. I stepped into the lounge feeling that this place looks so classy, it has so many seats available and the lounge is not packed. There is a big bar area, a few spots around the lounge where there is the soft drink and coffee machine. It looks quite big its seriously like a maze to me I took some time to locate the washrooms. I love how clean and how bright the place is and it feels comfortable wherever you sit. What is really bad is the food that is available. So horrified they serve "sandwiches" which looked like mini burgers and only 2 different combination of it. By the side there was this counter with tomatoes, few strands of carrots and cucumbers and a guacamole dip and some chips. The variety is really shocking. I wanted to ask if I could shower and I was told the waiting time is about an hour. There were only like 5 people in front of me and 2 shower rooms, and they told me it depends on individual how long they shower. I took the beeper and I gave up after 30 minutes. To me really a nice lounge to be in but I think the main priority is to have better food to reward your passengers?

Loved the ambience and atmosphere here. Loved the plants and the interior design. Very good facilities, comfortable place to spend some time waiting for your flight. There is a family room as well here (Great for kids). There's a bar with decent drink selection. The buffet though... was a disappointment, the selection was really really poor. Hopefully they will improve the food part, also didn't like that the lounge closes at 9pm... my flight got delayed for over 2 hrs... and terminal 1s was all full... they need to make it 24hrs.

Many people post their reviews, starting with criticism of the food. This place is not a restaurant, yet basic snack food is available 24/7 with some alterations, based on the time of day. If you need food, the airport offers plenty of good choices. In general, the place is in implacable condition. Staff are super friendly. There is a bar and offers a reasonable selection. Multiple sitting options for family, business people, and even for special category the teens :) place offers showers, much needed option for transcontinental flights. Great view of the airfield helps as well. WiFi is fast and nice of large screen TVs help to shorten the time. If you travel through Panama, this is an excellent choice if you have 2-3 hours or more between your flights. Highly recommend.

Pleasant environment, but spending my VIP access to eat bread and pate is a joke, right? Even my dog ​​doesn't eat it. A shame. The attendant advises that they only serve appetizers, but it could be something more sophisticated.

This lounge, located in Terminal 2, was fantastic! It was by far the largest I've ever been to, at least in recent memory. There was a large dining area. The food was just meh, but at least there was something to get you by. The bar seemed well stocked with a full-time bartender tending it. The open seating area was very expensive! There was a quiet room with about eight chairs (where in theory you could sleep, but there was always someone just outsidetalking loudlyon their phone). They're was another room with oversized leather seats, where you cutler watch TV. I found this to be more relaxing than the quiet room. There was also a family area with little kids toys. Oh, and of course, screens where you could check you flight status.

This is a nice lounge, spacious and with lots of sitting space. While Copa Airlines has done a great job in creating this space for travelers connecting through the hub of the Americas its food service is very dissapointing. I have been at this lounge in the morning and in the afternoon and the food offerings are very limited both times. This afternoon in September, they only had carrot sticks and cherry tomatoes with ranch dressing and hummus. They also had some bite size sandwiches. Disappointing if you asked me, especially since this is the mid-point or connecting point for many business and leisure travelers in North, Central and South America. I hope that Copa Airlines gives some consideration to this amenity in the future. BTW, staff is very friendly and nice.

The food was lacking and there were no healthy options. Coffee was horrible for a coffee producing country it's a shame. The decor and general ambiance is pleasant and can get really crowded depending on the time you visit.

Truth be said, this is one of the most beautiful VIP Lounges I've been to, but service is far from good. Food options are extremely limited(one type of small sandwich and carrots las time I visited), coffee machine was broken and soda machine was empty, bar is usually attended by one person and when something is out of stock she can't move and go get more because she is alone.

Nice and clean at the moment hardly anything other than cereal, papaya pineapple and begals to eat for breakfast. Below average but much better than the old lounge. Rude staff don't like to work or clean tables

Duty-free stores beautiful and nice. But changing the gates was done without any announcement from 1 terminal to another , and to enter sitting area was through security gates which not allow you to finish your bottle of water , which was bought right here in front of them for very high price. Strick and rude stuff, of course not everyone, there's also a lot of nice, beautiful and helpful people. So it's better to avoid such airports although I've seen worse in Vegas

Brand new terminal yes, high ceilings and all but that's about it. Still lacks good food options - be it fast good or a quality sit down restaurant ...had to walk all the way to the old horrible tight Terminal 1 (~15 min brisk walk) where there is SOME food option, but still terribly limited. Also the staff make no effort to speak English (I speak Spanish, but in an international airport connecting the Americas you'd expect at least a basic level of English). Also the people in general are kinda rude...

A very comfortable and ideal place if you have a layover and would like a place to relax, eat, drink and get proper WiFi. There are clean bathroom facilities inclusive of a shower area. A TV room, business centre to get work done, bar and a locker room to safely store your luggage or laptop. I really enjoyed this lounge and recommend it to persons as an option to sitting at your gate for hours.

Large and comfortable lounge, with adequate seating. Food options are limited with bagels and Continental (cold) fare. There is a coffee machine and soda machines, but one of the best places for peace and quiet in an otherwise busy airport. Very clean with kids' facilities and showers and very clean bathrooms. Great view overlooking the airport concourses.

The good: Huge lounge with a lot of different seating. Power outlets everywhere. Free showers and WiFi. The bad: Food selection is minimal. Bagels for breakfast. Lunch is just tiny sliders, vegetables and small cookies. The showers have no fan so it gets very hot and humid. A towel is provided.

Good place to relax and a lot of different seating areas which is fantastic. The only improvement that could be done is on the buffet and have a little more variety of food available.

The food options are basically none, bagels, fruit (when I came it was empty) cereal and "mini cinnamon rolls". For the bagels you get cream cheese or butter, no jelly, jam or any protein. The place is very nice and furniture in great conditions but the food ruins the whole place.

Great place, very convenient and helpful specially if you're waiting for long hours. US 55.30 per person with no limit of time. Snacks, drinks, a place to take a shower and to get some sleep are also available. And also important, unlimited internet.

Beautiful lounge, terrible food selection. It’s located inside of the new Terminal 2 with a huge soaring roof and lots of light. There are several different zones where you can sit, including some quieter areas and a business center. (I think there are showers too?) There’s also an open bar. But the food selection is terrible: “sandwiches” that are rolls with barely anything in them, plus chips and dip. They desperately need to improve the food selection. Also the only tea that I saw was Lipton, which is embarrassing. I was able to access the lounge using Priority Pass.

The place looks amazing but the food is very poorly, the have a bar open that looks good and have good drinks but the buffet just have bagels and some little little cinnamon rolls, with cream cheese or honey, and some fruit, for such an amazing place I think they need to improve the appetizers! The coffee was good!

Plain “american bfast “ same bagel 🥯 cereal dispensers,coffee machines and sugary fruits. Clean restrooms and for the drinkers some choices. Good space to relax

Good lounge, free showers, free snacks and continental breakfast. Drinks and hot food are extra. Strong wifi and decent business center. Great views of the airport and very comfortable place to catch a nap while waiting on your flight
