Sure, you hear this regularly, but this new place gives you lots of space to work with, has all the gear you need to train or just have any kind of workout you want. Add great coaching to all that and you have yourself a winner! If you have time, don't forget to stop by and give it some sweat.

it has everything it needs for a good and proper workout. I only went for the open box so I cannot comment on the quality of the group classes. But even so, it was really practical to drop by for a quick workout while passing through Bucharest. It's also very close to the metro station which is a big plus

Pretty great location for crossfit. Very much enjoyed the workout, spacious venue with decent equipment - doesn’t feel like a cage and the instructors are nice. They dont check your form though so don’t come if you’re a beginner.

I can guarantee you that you won’t feel bored ever and you will find abilities you never thought you have. I have tried lot of gyms in Bucharest, but here I found the best full body training where I never get bored! Totally recommend. And the best thing at The Forge, first training is always for free!

Mihai, the owner, has taken his time and explained to me the routine and the training structure, as well as the approach I should have as a beginner, what to expect, aspire to, and what should I watch out from and refrain myself from doing. Whenever you will come to the gym, you will get a warm welcome from your trainers, which will become your friends. The place is very spacious and the classes are just right to help you grow and attain your goals. The trainers will keep you motivated , but always keeping an eye on your posture and the way you do the exercises. Here is quality over quantity. Highly recommend it!
