Saw this place and the reviews was pretty good hence we decided to come here. Honestly, the food was pretty bad and very expensive! We had the curly fries, taste good but it was COLD and the potion was too small for $16. The pasta was not cold, but it didn’t taste good, we only had a few bites. The bangers and mash was nothing fancy. Drinks were fine. Then the baked potato which cost $5 before gst and service charge was so bad. It was so dry, hard and cold. The worst baked potato I ever had. I feedback to the waitress and she was stunned and just said ok. Honestly do not recommend this place at all.

Patronized on a Saturday, lunchtime. Beautiful place with English countryside vibe. Nice ambience! Didn’t see any lift, may not be handicapped-friendly. Easy to make reservation. Friendly and attentive service: refilled water proactively and dishes were served properly. Thank you! Food: ordered 3-course lunch set for 2pax. Truffle sauce in the avocado appetizer is too salty. Overall, we enjoyed the dishes but not the $7++/cup of coffee. Note that this place is not meant to serve affordable food so price point can be higher.

Black and white bungalow with a playground for kids. Good service and ambiance. Waitress took along time to explain communal menu which we finally chose (a way to charge more), it ended up rather pricey for the quality of food. Overall it’s a nice place for gatherings.

Bread and Butter Artisanal Cold Cuts Seared Alantic Scallop Escargot de Bourgogne Pluma Iberico Grilled Baby Lamb Rack Vichyssoise Potato Purée Yoghurt Sorbet The Summerhouse 📍3 Park Ln, Singapore 798387 🍜 Food wise: Overall it was a splendid experience. With the staff’s recommendation, all of the food presented was superb! My favourite was the Escargot de Bourgogne, dished on a hot Escargot plate, this wasn’t your ordinary Escargo where you eat the meat off the shell, they have made an edible shell where you can simply pop one into your mouth! With a crispy and biscuit like texture, this “shell” delivered the perfectly prepared and cooked escargo, served with Parsley butter, into the mouth. Unbelievely juicy Escargo! This might be the best one have ever eaten! Next, for the main dish, the recommended Pluma Iberico was incredibly soft and tender, the flavour of the pork burst into the mouth! This Iberico is definitely a strong competition against the Wagyu. This goodie is also served with crunchy Brussels Sprouts, perfectly seasoned, not too salty and there wasn’t bitterness, they also presented the natural sweetness of this vegetable. And finally, the apple purée just balances the meatiness with the refreshing fruity taste! If you would like a soup, then the Vichyssoise is definitely a die for! This is no ordinary potato soup here, this soup was fragrant, thick, and not too heavy for one person to down the bowl! Yet, this soup is also good for two to share! Try eating the bread dipped in this soup too! Having this while having the cold cuts tasted really good too! Now, the scallops were fresh, firm, and sweet, seared perfectly, a great starter. The Baby Lamb Rack was tender, it had a nice gentle gamey taste, worth a go too! Finally, to end off the meal, the Yoghurt Sorbet will be the best! It had a wide range of tastes in one bowl, sweet, sour, minty, and flowery. The mint jelly was fun, it wobbled, it was quite minty and it was not overly sweet. The Elderflower Sorbet melts fast, so do eat it first, try it bit by bit with the rest of the ingredients to have the best of all worlds, and finally let some melt and mix with the rest of the dessert, so good! ✨ Ambience wise: Very romantic restaurant, good for dates, anniversary dinners, and weddings! 🤵🏻 Service wise: Service was prompt, warm and welcoming. With such a spread of choices of food, the staff pointed out all the best that they offered and explained each dish with such detail, the service was definitely a 5 star. 💵 Price wise: Artisanal Cold Cuts $35 Seared Atlantic Scallop $24 Escargot de Bourgogne $28 Pluma Iberico $48 Grilled Baby Lamb Rack $65 Vichyssoise $16 Potato Purée $16 Yoghurt Sorbet $16

I went to this place first time and the place is really lovely. Booked the garden dome for dinner and we had few courses which tasted incredible. I had Vicky as a table attendant. He was very knowledgeable about the food ingredients which made all dishes more interesting. He was very warm and helpful. Everything here is just perfect. Highly recommended.

It’s such an amazing restaurant. I booked a dome for my anniversary. The food was very delicious and authentic, me and my husband enjoyed a romantic night there. Service is great, polite and friendly. The only downside is the toilet… it’s like a normal public park toilet with no renovation at all, with some bad smell and unclean floor. Hope the restaurant can improve it.

A very Sunday lovely brunch we had there. The restaurant is on the second floor of a conserved black and white bungalow. It's very charming and rustic and we had our table at what seems to be the veranda, although it's all covered and air-conditioned. We had the set menu which comprise of a starter, main, and shared desserts. Love the onion soup, the beef brisket, and even the beef burger was very awesome. Service was great too. Would definitely come back again!

The husband booked us a dinner in the Garden Dome which offered both privacy and the luxury of dining-in in the current pandemic. We had a 3 course dinner, and we were frankly quite full after the starters (soup, grilled prawns, fancy cheese with fish roe, avocado and topped with tuiles, and an omelette. We had the red snapper for our main which was very tender and fresh. Loved the dessert of chocolate mousse on chocolate cookie, which I actually found stomach space for. I was also pleasantly surprised with the use of edible flowers in the dishes, which adds on the charm of dining in a rustic setting. Thumbs up to Vicky, our friendly server for the evening who made sure everything went well.

I came here for dinner. Food is good, but very pricy. Definitely good for private and more intimate meals if you book the garden dome. There are three garden domes. The taste of the 65’ Florentine egg and truffle was masked by the spinach, but the taste of the spinach was great. The French onion soup was sweet and thicker which was surprising. The wagyu striplion was done as a roast and delightful to have with some charring on the sides. The duck confit was good and not too salty. The sorbet was refreshing and the jelly lovely to chew on. Creme brûlée was good as well. Good place for more intimate moments.

Would like to especially compliment Agnes and Sam for wonderful service and their hospitality!

Came here for breakfast after temple visit. Were greeted and sit promptly, dislike the Scan The Menu and opt for a manual menu instead. Food arrived promptly, big serving but taste well is a little less on the salt side, but it is ok for me since I am on low sodium. Quite a pleasant place for quiet morning breakfast.

Visited this place on the weekends at about 3:45pm. They only had the teatime menu. Food really tasted average, and nothing much on their menu during this time. Standard really dropped compared to visiting this place back in 2021. The service was still good, friendly staff.

Found a hidden gem of a night-time hangout place to watch the English Premier League 🥰😎🤙. Go Liverpool!!! You'll Never Walk Alone! 💪💪💪😁. They serve nice finger food like curly fries, chicken wings etc. There are both alcoholic and not alcoholic drinks to choose from. Definitely a chill place to hangout with family and friends while catching soccer action! 🥰

Good dining experience thanks to Eric. We had the set dinner, appetizer and soup were better than the mains (beef cheek and salmon), desserts ok but already too full. I wish they can add chicken or duck confit for choice of mains. The house pour red wine is great. Very good place to relax.

My 2nd trip w my Mom here. 1st of all, grateful thanks to Asst Restaurant Manager, Eric See for his attentive and friendly service, and given us a exceptional excellent dining experience that we wouldn't forget. Also the French food by Chef Ah Hong, Neville & Faz is terrific. My mom enjoy the food very much. As the cuisine is not salty and light but tasty. We will return again to try their other menu

Tasty french cuisine in an romantic environment. Great setting for wedding dinner with the outdoor lawn area. Food are served quickly and services are friendly as well. The only downside is it's not very convenient in terms of location, requires multiple transit and far away from city center

It was our second time at Summerhouse and it didn't disappoint! Beautiful and romantic ambience as always. It wasn't too crowded on the Saturday evening we visited, and so the wonderful staff were able to spend more time with every table. Really appreciated the food and wine recommendations given by our server, and the sous chef Neville who come out and personally explained some of the dishes to us. Amazing that they had such great produce from Australia and their own gardens (you can go around the back and walk through the greenery, try to spot some of the food you ate)! Food was great, wine pairings awesome, and really enjoyed our time there. 5/5 will come back again soon!

Food was ok. Served pretty fast. I like the crab omelette. The sauce tasted good so I dipped the toast in it too, yummy. The canard confit was fine, nothing special. Did enjoy the environment though. Worth a visit if you haven’t been yet.

One of the better places to have a nice weekend brunch. The ambience is relaxing and the food is no slouch. Presentation was as delightful as the flavours, and the wagyu was well marbled. Service was great- attentive and prompt. The waiter even offered our little one coloured pencils and a spider man drawing while waiting for the food. Do book in advance to avoid disappointment! We enjoyed ourselves very much.

Nestled in the serene surroundings of Seletar Airport, The Summerhouse stands as one of Singapore's most enchanting outdoor wedding venues. It offers couples the opportunity to exchange vows in a rustic garden setting, creating a truly magical atmosphere. With its historic bungalow and charming banquet space, we have truly enjoyed shooting weddings here over the years!

Attended a relative wedding dinner here. Was very very impressed by the level of services & foods provided in hosting the event. I was not expecting good decent food for the night. Especially when there were more then 100 guests attending. I was totally wrong! The 4 courses dinner was perfect! The quality of foods were superb! Black cod fish was very well done and the beef tenderloin's doneness was perfect. All courses were served while it's still hot! Well done!

Celebrated my cousin’s birthday party in Dome. A beautiful private dining set up and was assisted by wonderful staffs such as Aska, Vicky, Angela, Maha & Irfan who made our dining experience memorable. They ensured our dietary requirements are well taken care of and constantly checking to our needs. I would like to give them great commendation for their service and attention to detail which made Summerhouse a pleasant place to celebrate special occasion. Food portion was fulfilling, taste and presentation was good. Will definitely come back again and recommend to my fellow friends and peers.

Worth visiting for brunch. We visited on Saturday lunch without reservation (and there’s a wedding happening at the same day) We didn’t need to wait for a table; service was very fast though order and payment are both done on the website. The food is exceptional. Ingredients are fresh and tasty, I like their egg. Their idea of atas kaya toast is quite interesting, it’s actually a bread roll stuffed with kaya toast and butter with a sous vide egg. We didn’t get to enjoy the garden much as it’s raining. Note, if you’re driving, there are plenty of car parks near by the cafe (not just only the space in front of it) which takes a bit of walking only.

Booked the middle dome in the summer house for my proposal event. I got both the normal menu and the prestige menu. Do note that the patio/gazebo area does require booking/payment but they're not very strict on it as some people were using it when it was my booked timeslot. would appreciate some sort of "event going on notice" if possible but hey it all went well. Service Would love to give a special shout out to the waiter named Joyce whom was handling the dome area for that day. She assisted with the proposal actively and eagerly. And paid attention to the needs of the customers. Greatly appreciate her professionalism and enthusiasm to get our request(s) through on top of her waitress service. Staffs were friendly and honest when they're unsure of anything they ensure they get accurate information about the dishes (truly appreciate this). Food Food was excellent and chefs/staffs were very open to making changes to the menu for the same/similar value should you have any allergies to ingredient(s). Each course was an art to both your taste buds and eyes. both choice of either beef or fish options were done perfectly. Beef was cooked to the desired doness well seasoned and paired with some sauteed veggie and creamy mashed potatoes (although I do have to say its not as good as the ala carte mash potatoes they have). Fish was cooked just right still tender, flaky and juicy; paired with well seasoned greens under the fish. Atmosphere Cosy atmosphere in the dome, there is a certain scent to it that i would relate to camp sites, not unpleasant though. Overall a great cosy and private place for a meal. The dome truly comes to live at night with warm yellow hues from the lightings.

Had a GREAT experience here! We had a wonderful dinner, and the staff were really attentive and friendly. Each dish was better than the next, 10/10 would come again! (We got the escargot, french onion soup, Iberico pork and sirloin steak)

Went there on 25 Nov 2023 at 8:30pm, dome 2 The summerhouse dome has the best private atmosphere you can have. Especially on a cold rainy night, the dome provides a feeling of coziness and warmth. Servers were excellent. They were doing everything they could do ensure a great dining experience despite the long and cold walks under rain The dome provides 6 complimentary drinks, you can let the servers order for themselves if you cannot finish them. The food was out of this world too. Once the fish was brought in the, the smell filled the whole room and the pork chop was so soft and tasty. This was an amazing location filled with love. Top tier location especially when holding a wedding or proposal.

Came on a Saturday evening for a birthday celebration, was informed beforehand by the manager that it was full house today and hence there will be a wait, however we never expected the wait to be an hour. The food was really mid for the wait, thought the food would be good seeing from the google reviews but don’t keep your expectations high or perhaps our mood were all already dampened by the long wait. The manager and staff kept on apologising which really wasn’t necessary as we understand it wasn’t something that could be helped but would much appreciate if we could have been told that the wait would be an hour, if so we would have simply left and choose to dine at another place instead. The manager offered a 20% discount apology after as well. However, due to the unpleasant experience, we will never be back. Not enough apologies nor discount could compensate for the spoilt mood.

Visited this restaurant on 15 Feb. Extremely good service provided by Aska who is so passionate about his job. Knowing I'm pregnant, he went out of the way to ensure the food options were suitable for me. He also helped hubby and I take very nice photos in the dome and out in the garden. The dome is comfortable and nicely decorated. The food is very tasty as well. Thank you for the nice experience 😊

Communal dining, good menu selection. Enjoyed most of the selection however was some items disappointing (onion soup was sticky?, prawn too burnt and dry) Loved avocado truffle, steak was done correctly, mashed potatoes smooth with hint of bacon. Great ambience and service level.

Service staffs were attentive and polite. Ambience is good, charming and romantic. Ideal for Anniversary, Birthday & Wedding. Food & drinks were served promptly and delicious. Had the brunch menu for our Anniversary. We love all dishes, my hubby love the Wagyu Brisket the most as it's tender and juicy. We were pleasantly surprised that the restaurant served us a complimentary slice of red velvet cake for our Anniversary. Its really so sweet of them. We truly enjoyed ourselves and will definitely come back with our family.

Extremely popular dining place. Whole area was packed with cars even though we arrived early (just after 6 pm) on a Friday evening. Summerhouse Dining was on Level 2. Ambience was good with soft music and a colonial feel to the place. A pity that the window panels were not clean enough to allow a good view of the night scenery and sky. We had the communal dining at 70++ per pax. Dishes were nicely plated and portions were just nice so we left not feeling stuffed or still hungry. There was also adequate serving of carbs just in case (rye bread, potato puree) For mains we had wagyu beef brisket and duck confit. Both were very good. The elderflower sorbet with mint jelly was a delightful ending to a good meal. Bits of crispy yogurt and honeycomb gave the tangy sorbet just enough sweetness Service was impeccable even though it was obviously a busy evening. Level 2 was almost filled by the time we left at 8.30 pm

Wife brought me here for birthday. We dine at one of the garden dome. Privacy and own corner definitely my preference. Foods are great and kudos to Vicky and his colleagues very attentive and helpful. Especially is raining during our dinner hour he and his colleagues (whole shirt is wet) carried an umbrella and make sure the food isn’t wet. Really appreciate their service. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 We wish their 10 stars ⭐️ for it. Keep it up!

Have booked a glass dome dinner to celebrate my wife's birthday. The booking process went quite smooth. The actual dinner was actually a good experience. However, the weather was cloudy that night where we couldn't see much stars. The food was great and staffs are friendly with a good ambience.

Nice place for a casual French food. The ambience was very nice. The setting is casual, I think it will be nice if they use real plants for the surrounding and flowers on the table. The service staff were very friendly and helpful. We ordered a set menu of fish and steak. It comes with 4 starters, the onions soup was good, but I'm not really a onion soup guy so not really able to judge that well, the avocado with egg and truffle was a nice creation, very nice. The grill prawns was good, but ordinary. I had the red snapper fish, itwas nicely poached with olive, tomatoes, very nice. My wife had the steak, as she prefer her steak more well done, though the waiter highly recommended medium rare, I tried the steak and I too think it should have been medium rare. The chips that come with it was nice and the steak tasted good. Overall we really had a wonderful meal here.

Amazing place to celebrate a special occasion! We booked the garden domes a 5 weeks in advance and worked with the staff to veganize the menu. They were great to work with and proposed quite a few alternatives to pick from. On the day of, the staff was very attentive and the ambience of the garden dome was very cozy. The food was fresh, colorful, and delicious. We had a great time and have great memories of this dinner. Highly recommend!

Went to celebrate our 6th Anniversary on the 26 Sep 2021. The place is lovely with wonderful nice, friendly and attentive staff. The ambience is perfect for a romantic dinner. The portion of the food is just perfect for us and tasty. To end the wonderful dinner, they top it up with a super delicious cake for our anniversary. If you’re having dinner here, advisable is to arrive an hour or more earlier just to take some pretty cool photos around the vicinity.
