AMAZING So to the amazing woman working the afternoon of the 4th of July, thanks for making my visit 6 stars. The food was amazing but really her service was over the top and I just wanted to recognize that. She made my day and I really hope that y'all realize how good of a worker she is. Will be back soon.

Tasted, easy, fast and clean. Veggie’s were a great mix of broccoli carrots and green bell pepper. Sweet and spicy was definitely not spicy so I will be adding more of a higher level of spice next time. Mac salad was good. Great customer service

Have been to this location several times, but usually using the drive-through. Tonight we ate in and can’t say enough about the experience! We like the food, but are still trying to figure out which chicken dishes are our favorites. But the service was impeccable. It was our first time ordering from the kiosk, and Eric was incredibly helpful and friendly. He talked us through the process as there are a few quirks, and made it as smooth as possible. He was smiling, welcoming, and really added to the experience. The food was fresh and came out lightning fast. We ordered large portions, so there would be yummy leftovers for lunch! The lobby could not have been cleaner, and I really enjoyed the decor, especially the tropical wallpaper. We hadn’t been here in a while, but after this experience, we will be back sooner rather than later. Thank you for a wonderful customer experience at a time when the service industry really seems to be suffering.

We ate at the Shawnee Kansas location with my husband 2 sons and nephew. We were helped by staff member “Jacob” he made the experience amazing! Food was fast he was very friendly and checked on us a couple times. We will look for him every time! If you read this Jacob, Thank you for such an amazing experience for my entire family.

10/26/23 First time trying this franchise. Ordered via Door Dash. My food came sealed and was delicious. I recommend the mixed plate HuliHuli chicken and Luaupig with rice and vegetables. I added the spam Musubi to try. Very good as well. The teriyaki sauce was my favorite. The pineapple bbq sauce was okay.

I am a huge fan of Hawaiian Bros! The food and customer service is top notch. Mara took our order(no kiosk to mess with). Her customer service skills were a breath of fresh air. Polite, helpful, friendly!!! She's a keeper! You're lucky to have a young worker like her!!!

The food is good, just a bit pricy. I always fill out the survey they give on the receipt so the next time I come in I redeem it and get the free dole soft serve. We like the meat that says says it is spicy like a volcano, and another one. The Mac is fine but we always get 2x the portion of rice instead.

Food is always great! First time we went inside for my 10 year olds birthday lunch. Tameeka was not only super welcoming, helpful, and patient with my questions - but she was tiding up the immaculate dining room while we ate and even offered a bag for our boxes without us asking AND helped us load them into the bag. Amazing service! She needs a raise :)
