1pm.
Lineup
for
two
general
use
washrooms.
Washroom
was
disgusting
and
I
could
not
use
it.
Reported
it
to
staff
who
did
not
really
seem
to
care.
No
action
taken
in
the
30
minutes
I
was
in
restaurant.
Ordered
chili
meal.
No
one
asked
if
I
had
a
points
plan
so
that
was
missed.
After
waiting
5
minutes
for
it
to
come
out
I
was
then
informed
there
was
no
chili
I
was
offered
soup
instead.
It
took
a
further
5
minutes
to
come
out.
Shouldn't
the
kitchen
staff
not
inform
the
front
counter
sales
staff
when
a
product
is
not
available
for
sale?
I
then
noted
to
staff
that
chili
meal
I
paid
for
was
a
higher
price
than
a
soup
meal.
She
shrugged
and
I
suggested
I
should
receive
a
refund.
She
went
to
ask
and
offered
a
2nd
donut
as
compensation.
Being
hungry
waiting
10
minutes
for
meal,
I
took
her
offer.
When
I
requested
an
apple
fritter,
I
was
told
there
was
none,
same
for
the
Boston
Cream,
not
available!
While
waiting
I
watched
one
staff
member
place
a
very
large
portable
coffee
urn
on
floor
then
pour
another
whole
urn
of
coffee
into
it.
On
the
floor!
Seriously,
isn't
that
a
health
violation?
At
least
do
it
out
of
customer's
view!
There
was
plenty
of
staff
who
were
far
more
concerned
waiting
on
drive
thru
customers
over
the
6-8
waiting
inside
for
service.
The
tables
all
needed
to
be
wiped
down.
The
garbage
bins
inside
were
actually
overflowing
to
point
you
could
not
put
more
garbage
or
recyclables
into
them.
Needless
to
say,
I
won't
be
going
back
here
again!
