Ordered cream cheese bagel with tomato, and got no tomato in there. Good quality food otherwise. Nice quick drive thru, newer location, friendly service. Quick stop on the way to the lakes and resorts.

Very elegant decor, not like typical Timmies interior. For me the service was good & quick as it's not busy. They have a lot of comfortable sofas and chairs.

Good service. Warm food. Good parking. Bathroom was neat . Took a good break in the early morning.

I didn't go inside. The food was good, and my toddler enjoyed some of my cilantro lime loaded bowl. I didn't like that not long into the lunch hour, they were already out of potato wedges; but if you're not too picky, there's other options. Tried the strawberry Oreo creamy chill which was pretty good, but on the sweet side.

We were there and the attendant had a hostile attitude and another employee in uniform was sitting at the table with friends playing cards and yelling out loud so that it was not possible to have any conversation in there! It was a cool evening and they had air conditioning running on high and they told us they didn't know how to turn it off. All washrooms had all toilets and taps broken. Unable to flush or wash my hands. When I was here a year ago it was a nice place. Now it's a zoo! The employees seem to treat this Timmy's like it's their own place and you feel very unwelcome.

I am having coffee here everyday. I liked the most - brewed double double, iced coffee & ice cappuccino. I found all bends are best. My personal favourite along with my coffee is bagel with herb cream. Value for money - 4/5 ( CAD 5 for 2) Service - 4/5 Partaking - Ample Drive through - Available Cleanliness - 2/5 Must go place for having coffee at peace ✌️

Food was good, place area is really good. But the service… it was slower than expected. We all had different coffee, icecaps and some timbits and some ready stuff. It took us to 30 minutes to go back to the car. Hopefully it will improve soon or staff will be lil faster. Good spot to stop for sure. I’ll visit you guys again soon 🔜…☺️

Arrived around 1pm. Lineup for two general use washrooms. Washroom was disgusting and I could not use it. Reported it to staff who did not really seem to care. No action taken in the 30 minutes I was in restaurant. Ordered chili meal. No one asked if I had a points plan so that was missed. After waiting 5 minutes for it to come out I was then informed there was no chili I was offered soup instead. It took a further 5 minutes to come out. Shouldn't the kitchen staff not inform the front counter sales staff when a product is not available for sale? I then noted to staff that chili meal I paid for was a higher price than a soup meal. She shrugged and I suggested I should receive a refund. She went to ask and offered a 2nd donut as compensation. Being hungry waiting 10 minutes for meal, I took her offer. When I requested an apple fritter, I was told there was none, same for the Boston Cream, not available! While waiting I watched one staff member place a very large portable coffee urn on floor then pour another whole urn of coffee into it. On the floor! Seriously, isn't that a health violation? At least do it out of customer's view! There was plenty of staff who were far more concerned waiting on drive thru customers over the 6-8 waiting inside for service. The tables all needed to be wiped down. The garbage bins inside were actually overflowing to point you could not put more garbage or recyclables into them. Needless to say, I won't be going back here again!

Just getting a coffee is a risk. Out of 10 visits, 8 of them are messed up orders. I don’t understand how a simple single coffee can confuse these people. I literally live around the corner and now I’ve just decided after a year of going there 4 times a week, to stop going to that place. I would rather drive across town to get one single coffee rather than risk going to this one. If you really want to confuse them order a bagel.

Almost 25 mins for a large coffee while nobody had been served inside the tims for that whole duration. I'll still use this tims as drive thur is quick but don't screw over the people who walked in.
