It's an average McDonald's in terms of service and food quality.. however, there is zero available parking here at all times, you just park in one of the reserved spots and hope for the best.. also top floor was closed off so it was quite busy on the main floor. Staff is very nice and helpful. I've never had a steak and pancakes breakfast and now I know why.. lol.. onions should never be anywhere near a pancake and the "steak" was not so delicious. Quick service though and clean place so its a good stop.

The employees at this McDonald’s are so friendly, and efficient. They always say thank you and even when it’s super busy they maintain a pleasant and appreciative demeanor! Really outstanding… I guess funny to say about a McDonald’s but I always think it’s important to take a moment to appreciate good work and excellent customer service :)

I got stranded at DCA and stayed at the Holiday Inn next door. Very glad this McDonalds was open so late. It was very messy inside, but the important thing is that it was open.

Beautiful, modern building. Our experience was slow service, struggling with an order for five people. Polite staff. Food done well.

I was greeted at the drive through they were friendly and professional. The service was quick and the food was hot and fresh. They all were well groomed and the place was clean. Overall I was very pleased with the outstanding customer service that I have received.

Fries r always hot, 😋(even at 2am) service is fast, all items in the bag. Every once in awhile food drivers act silly, but workers are always calm n friendly

I rarely rate a fast food restaurant but this McDonald’s exceeded expectations. Even though I tossed a big order through the drive thru, the order was perfect and done quickly. I assumed the rush would have impacted the quality of the food but to our surprise, it was some of the best McDonald’s we’ve ever had. Thank you!

Stopped by this location twice while staying near DC. Service is prompt and accurate. Dining room is clean too. I recommend this McDonald's location!

Place was very cold inside. Food was not as hot a fresh as I would have expected especially the fries. Definitely not hot like I am used to at McDonald's. And I came for the fries. I hate lukewarm McDonald's fries.

Arrived at my hotel late and decided to get something to eat at this McDonalds. I ordered through the app and my food was ready as I walked in. It was fresh and hot and nothing was missing from my order. I’d definitely recommend.

The modern McDonald’s is nothing like it was when I growing up. Staffing with smiles waiting to take your order, very clean and tidy tables,floors, and play areas. Food was also reasonably priced compared to today’s overly inflated prices. This particular location takes the cake for wait times for both drive thru or walk in orders. Just simply have to wait. Wait for what you might ask? I truly am not sure. Could it be the employees being overwhelmed? Lack of training or inexperience? Activity striving to fail at order taking goals? So this means, more time between would result in a better qualify of service or customer experience? Definitely not! Being a fast foodie, I have made ample observations to feel what it taking place is the incredible amount of online orders which come in practically every minute of the day at all locations. I have heard manager brief the employees to focus on the online orders over the walk ins. Have you walked in and waiting somewhere from 2-5 minutes to simply wait for someone to come greet you to take your order? Well now you know why. You will have a smaller wait time if you take queue in a lengthy drive thru vs no queue inside as a walk in. The food also seems to be prioritized in favor of the online orders and drive thru customers as well. Don”t believe me, next time you visit any McDonald’s, look what car is last in queue before you walk in. It is very likely they will leave with their food before your order is taken.

Rarely have a positive experience here. Food is either cold, wrong, or the dipping sauces not included. Drive thru today, Fries and a 10 count nugget came up to $15 and change, shocked me. I had to ask for a reciept so I could verify the prices, because I wasn't given one or asked if I wanted one.

I want to start off with saying JAMES I think he is a manager you my friend are the greatest!! I ordered a happy meal I am trying to get my niece all of the squishymellows. When I noticed there was not one in my bag James looked everywhere and I had to beg him not to go out of his way and go looking for one. This guy is amazing. He was so decaded to finding it he had a smile on his face the whole time. You guys have a get employee he deserves a raise. I will be back to see you James!! Store was clean up stairs was closed but it was 1215 am when I got there so I expect that. Bathrooms were surprisingly clean I bet that's because James is on top of keeping this store in clean condition. The food was normal McDonald's food exactly what I expected. The staff was amazing and really just turned this into my go to McDonald's. Thank you guys so much!!

Normal food, that's not the issue. The issue is the ONLY handicap ramp into the restaurant is located right in front of the drive though. So cars block it and you have to wait in the parking lot to get it.
