Service in the evening rude; in the morning slow and useless. No breakfast offered and no elevator. Rooms are nice, but I would never return

Small, reasonable hotel in Shumen. The rooms are small, tidy and with modern look. However the baths are really small. There is no elevator and the parking on the street is full quite often. There was no breakfast included when I stayed there.

It was a perfectly good stay. They didn't have vacant double rooms. That is why we took the apartment. There is a restorant in the building as well.

We have not stayed there because they had no rooms available but the receptionist called another hotel in the same chain to find a room for us. I appreciated her effort and wanted to give five stars for hospitality and kindness.

The staff is pleasant, it was very cold in the room and there was no remote control for the air conditioner either, they were turned on on the device itself. In general, everything is super)

rather middle level hotel... the smell in the room was unpleasant, the coach was broken, the linens weren't enough, the wifi was awful, the staff doesn't speak English. The good thing to thank for is possible late arrival

Very, very bad. Uncomfortable matress and pillows, facility is weary, AC not working properly, shower drain is clogged, room is miniature, breakfast is just a disaster.

It is very cosy and comfortable however make sure you ask for a room facing the backyard/not facing the street/ when booking as otherwise it is very noisy.
