A beatiful old bulgarian style hotel in Shumen city. The restaurant is perfect for family and for business parties.

Nice hotel for 1 or 2 nights stay. Comfy clean rooms, nearby park and frer parking available. The food at the restaurant is good but they don't have everything on the menu. Breakfast is the same everyday and they have nothing homemade for breakfast. Pillows are not comfortable.

Cheap and comfortable, Bulgarian ospitality, 11 pages menu also in English, don't look the hotel pic! In spring and now in summer is in the middle of flower and green. Big park around, musib all night! For adults and childrens!

Staff training is needed URGENTLY!!!! We had lunch there on 4th July; the waitress who served us rushed us to order desert and to pay before the end of her shift. It was clear she didn’t want to lose her tip. When she brought the bill, she stood waiting by the table watching us prepare the cash, which made us feel very uncomfortable; we’ve never seen this before. After she had left, we were sitting with piles of dirty plates, we had to find someone else to come and take them away. Please train your staff URGENTLY and explain what is absolutely unacceptable. Hire professional help if you have to, it will pay for itself.

The location is situated in a beautiful place, with a surrounding forest. We stayed only one night. We were pleased about the room, the beds were comfortable, the terrace was big and we could enjoy the songs of the birds from the forest. The food in the restaurant was very tasty!

Very nice hotel with perfect location near to city. Staff is very helpful and welcoming. Restaurant downstairs also nice, staff very good, food tasty. Prices are normal. Rooms are clean and nice , can be better. We will definetely accommodate again when we come Shumen.
