At first, I was a bit curious about this place, it had a lot of 5 stars even tho it was recently opened. But i assure you, I had such a good time, the staff was so dedicated into having quality over quantity, the design of the place was nice, the dishes were on point, not to mention the favors and the charisma of the personal, A very nice restaurant which deserves all the credit it gets!

This is a very interesting place with delicious food, I would even dare to say fine dining fusion food that you won’t find elsewhere in Sibiu. We are still in the restaurant, waiting for the bill, but we felt the need to leave a review on the spot. The food was simply amazing. Outstanding... So was the lady who served us: smiling, discrete but friendly, the kind of waitress you hope to get when you enter any restaurant. We had crispy broccoli and aubergine with mozarella for main dish. We were so delighted that we decided to have desert, even though we did not intended to. And we were not wrong: the stickey toffee pudding was delicious. The tirasmisu very good, but the pudding... just incredible. We had a great dinner and we would come back any time.

Me and my wife had a good time and great experience here. The service here it's at western standards where they have a hostess to welcome you here, the waiters check often to make sure everything is ok and the food is not that diverse, a sign that everything is fresh and they focus on quality, not quantity. I liked very much everything I ate. My only small problem is with the price for the ramen. Very good, but a bit pricey. I fully recommend this restaurant and will come back!

The shrimps were fresh and plentiful, and the rice was seasoned to perfection. * Bao Buns: I tried the pork belly bao buns for the first time, and they were amazing. The pork was tender and juicy, and the bun was soft and fluffy. **Drink:** * Lemonade: The lemonade was refreshing and tart, and it was a perfect accompaniment to the food. **Dessert:** I didn't have any dessert, but I saw they had Sticky Toffee Pudding which looks like a chocolate lava cake, and it looked delicious and I will definitely try it next time. **Overall:** Sia Restaurant is a great place to go for delicious Asian fusion food. The ambience is nice and the staff were very professional. The food is the real star of the show, and I highly recommend the shrimp fried rice and bao buns. **Rating:** 5/5 stars

Beautiful place and great service. They were very nice and welcoming. The ramen was delicious! The broth flavorful but light and the pork so tender ☺️ Will go back for sure.

The place is nice, the serving and the food is excellent 👌 everything was great and the staff was very very friendly. After having a meal that I like in a restaurant I always try and figure out how to reverse engineer the recipe, here I'm trying to figure it out for every since thing I've eaten. If you're in Sibiu and looking for a bite, 100% recommend!!!

This was by far the best food we ate in Romania. We visit Romania every year, we’ve been almost all over the country,ate in many restaurants and we decided, this restaurant has the best food. Very good customer service, nice ambience. Must try while in the area!

Amazing experience! 🌟 From the service, to the place and the food, everything was fantastic! We had the ribs, the fish, the steak and the burger and everything was cooked perfectly, well balanced, tasty and even at a great price. The brocolli was amazing, will totally recommend it as a dish to share.

Amazing experience! It is one of the top 3 places to eat in Sibiu. Menu has a little bit of everything, from French to Asian cuisine, and the food is 10/10. The drinks are tasty and beautiful. Service is super speedy and friendly. This is that rare place where there is nothing you would like to change. Everything is thought through. Obviously, a very good team of professionals created the concept and keeping it going smoothly. Thanks again, and we'll be back soon, cheers!

I was fully prepared when I got to Sibiu in early October that there won't be any ramen places here. Apparently one just opened very recently... I can't believe that all those times we went to the square to get a kurtos we were literally 15 meters away from this restaurant. Great shio ramen and BAO, even though it's not a ramen restaurant specifically. Great food, service and presentation, I just wish I noticed it earlier in my stay. Wonder if there will be more types of ramen in the future here 😊

We absolutely loved this place and recommend it to anyone going to Sibiu! The food was delicious, the place looked amazing and the deserts were absolutely to die for. We had dinner with our 20 month old and we were treated with so much attention and care, it was one of the best experiences of our vacation. I am posting pictures of our deserts and "the most you can get out of broccoli" and it's 100% true. <3

My recent dining experience at Sia restaurant was fantastic! The waitstaff was incredibly attentive and friendly. The chefs' creations were a true delight, with each dish expertly presented. Moreover, the restaurant's location provided breathtaking views of Sibiu's city square, making the entire experience truly unforgettable. I highly recommend it for an exceptional dining experience that combines delectable cuisine, impeccable service, and stunning city vistas.

Firstly, one would have to start with the attitude of the staff that strikes you as they greet you in the restaurant. The people working there are top notch, friendly and warm. They make you feel welcomed, and their recommendations are awesome. Next is the spotless restroom that one uses to wash the hands before digging in the awesome food. Now, getting to the delicious part, the food. The menu has 23 options for food and 3 deserts, but those are made to perfection. We had the Crispy peanuts Broccoli and Kimchi Salad, and what i must say that this is the most incredible Broccoli that you can eat. My wife had the Italian Aubergine with mozzarella and a smoked cheese cream. One could hardly believe aubergine can taste like that and have that texture. For desert, the pistachio tiramisu is delicate and creamy, and the sticky toffee pudding is out of this world. I actually had the pleasure to meed the Chef, who created the wonderful dish my wife and I had. Talking with him we understood why the food tastes like it tastes, because he really loves this. The dishes he makes have an immense amount of flavor, taste and texture. Please, do make time and visit Sia in Sibiu, you and your taste buds will experience something special.

Amazing food & friendly service. You have to try the selection of tapas, they are delicious. We enjoyed everything, but the bao buns were the highlight: super-tasty and fluffy.

We enjoyed a beautiful meal here, sampling three small plates and one large. Probably the best food of our entire trip to Romania.

Very nice polite service Fua gra - smooth butter taste, like it. Cocktails also very good, my first excellent negroni without extrabitter taste.

The experience was heavenly. The atmosphere, the service and THE FOOD. The aubergine with smoked cheese mousse was something I never tried before, the Bao buns were delicious great for sharing and my fiancé was very pleased with his choice of calamari steak. And the tiramisu was something else, the cherry on top of the cake. Everything was beyond our expectations, is on top of our personal list. Great job and we'll be back soon! 🤗🤗😍😍

Food was perfect! Everything had a wonderful taste, it seems to have a great chef…even if the restaurant wasn’t full, the food had a considerable delay. The waitress didn’t want to trouble herself with our request to split the bill for more families (5) so we had to organize ourselves…location is not fancy, but for me the main factor to a restaurant is the food.

First we didn't got served...we left disappointed. Unexpectedly a friendly guy approached us and apologized. It was a misunderstanding of another employee. Finally we had a good experience, tasty food and good mood
