If you’re hankering after a trad breakfast, you’re in safe hands at the relaxing and super friendly Oua si Unt Brunch Bistro 💚 It's absolutely the best place to start your day while you are in Sibiu! Go for one of its legendary Daisy's (I had the one with avocado first day and with asparagus the next one, both were mouthwatering), stay for its homemade polenta cake with mascarpone and fresh strawberries and don't forget about coffee! You won't regret it! It's an amazing blend that tastes like a forbidden apple from paradise (delicious yet fully authorised ;) On top of that, the service is unmatched. The owner truly cares about your experience and makes you feel like home. Nice location and very welcoming Excellent French Toast. Recommended to try the 'Daisy', we had it with spinach on the side. Eggs with cheese and french fries is also on the menu, reminding you of comfort food. Worth the stop.

I can not describe the whole experience with just words! The food was so delicious, simple and so rich in flavour. We came here for breakfast and had the best hashbrowns we ever tried! The brioche with the apples and the pistachio was out of this world. Definitely the best spot in town and easily the best breakfast I have ever eaten in my life. Recommend it for sure

A nice place for brunch/breakfast in the old part of town. They say "good food, good people", but that's a lie. It should be "good food, good people, good music". Coincidentally when we went they were playing one of my son's favourite songs from Subcarpati. It was a hit for all 3 of us. The food was great, the coffee the same. The staff is also very kind and we were not charged for a lemonade simply because they forgot and brought it late. They have a bookshelf with stuff to read for adults and kids.

Amazing high quality place in Sibiu. I had the Daisy (meaning 2 hash browns with 2 poached eggs), spinach and salmon. They were cooked to perfection. I also had the French toast as dessert and it was melting in the mouth. Definitely a place to try in Sibiu.

Best brunch I had in my life. The eggs, the spinach, the fries...delicious, with a buttery smooth taste. The brownie, which is served warm is absolutely delicios and let's not forget the coffee, perfectly roasted and prepared. All this amazing food is complemented by the attentive service of the owner, who makes you feel so welcome. There aren't enough stars available for this place.

The food is amazing. We went there twice and I first had avocado toast with poached eggs and on the second day some fries with eggs and cheese. Delicious! Make sure you start with the Mimosa and end with one of their wonderful homemade treats. We tried the marble cake, the brownie and the polenta cake. Nooom. The coffee is also good and the atmosphere is great. Thank you! :)
