I approached Adriana at a very difficult time in my life, she patiently asked me what my goal was and I really emphasized on mental wellbeing. It's been three weeks now and what a difference she has managed to do for me. I feel more energetic, I started to feel better about myself, I am looking forward to my trainings with her. She explains very well, and is very comforting and friendly, but encourages you with every new exercise or challenge. Studio de fitness dedicat femeilor, care iti da vibe placut de energie si vitalitate! Atentie la tot ce are nevoie clienta pentru ca rezultatele antrenamentului sa se faca vizibile si simtite! Antrenoarea personalizeaza programul de antrenament dupa tinta fiecareia, ofera sfaturi de nutritie, astfel incat rezultatul sa fie cel dorit. Recomand cu drag si incredere!
