I
want
to
share
with
you
my
experience,
not
very
good,
with
the
people
from
Cofetaria
Alina
Sibiu.
On
02.07.2022
I
had
a
wedding,
and
for
the
candy
bar
I
contracted
the
people
from
Cofetaria
Alina,
in
2019.
Until
this
event
I
was
satisfied
with
their
products
(except
for
the
child's
2-year-old
cake
where
they
put
another
name
on
the
cake,
not
my
baby's
name).
The
cake
tasted
very
good.
Moving
on
to
the
candy
bar...
they
brought
the
cakes
4
hours
before
the
event
(they
brought
the
cakes
at
10
o'clock).
The
head
of
the
hall
told
them
that
it
is
not
normal
to
bring
the
cakes
so
quickly,
there
was
an
exchange
of
words
between
them.
The
head
of
the
hall
put
the
cakes
in
the
cold,
but
the
gelatin
on
the
tarts
was
starting
to
leak.
Before
coming
to
the
hall,
an
hour
before,
they
put
the
cakes
on
the
table
and
turned
on
the
air
conditioning
on
the
minimum
temperature.
When
I
arrived
at
the
hall,
the
gelatin
of
the
tarts
was
already
melted/drained.
The
cake....burnt,
super
burnt
and
overbaked
and
crooked
on
top
(it
was
left
to
one
side).
What
really
bothered
me
was
their
attitude
when
I
told
them
about
my
dissatisfaction,
one
day
after
the
event,
that
is
03.07.
The
gentleman
(probably
the
lady's
husband)
told
me
that
it
is
normal
for
the
tarts
to
run
"zama"
and
when
he
arrived
the
lady
told
me
that
the
tops
of
the
cake
were
not
burnt,
only
browned.
The
guests
avoided
the
candy
bar.
I
tried
to
leave
a
review
on
the
page
of
the
confectionery,
but
it
was
rejected
and
I
was
blocked.
I
can't
leave
any
comments
or
anything
anymore.
Those
of
you
who
are
looking
for
a
candy
bar,
I
recommend
that
you
avoid
it
in
order
not
to
have
unfortunate
experiences
(I'm
not
alone).
Below

There
were
also
sponge
cakes,
with
the
top
burnt
and
cleaned
of
the
burn.
