I had a really good experience here after an unfortunate light road incident which required some parts and bits to be replaced by an authorized dealer. The communication was done mainly through a staff member called Alexandru T. which was very professional throughout,he provided detailed information about the required work on the car,along with prices and a breakdown and also when I asked the "what do you think I should do" question he offered good advice which saved me some money in turn,he handled the repair as expected from BMW, professional.Would recommend.
