Overcrowded, underwhelming and poorly managed. They clearly need more structure to manage the load of orders and delivery. Waiting for 1/2 hours for your fast food doesn't make sense to me. All 3 stars for the food though.. it's more than decent in quality and taste.

My visit to Hassan Mall in Medina offered a mixed experience. The mall, located near the scenic Mount Uhud and Masjid Shuhada, appeared to be under some construction, which might explain the lack of crowds during my visit. The most bustling spot was Al Baik, a popular fast-food chain, always brimming with customers. The most functional and prominent store in the mall was Panda, a convenience department store. For residents like myself living in nearby apartments, the mall's location proved extremely handy. It was easy to instruct taxi drivers to drop me off there, surprisingly well-known despite its smaller size and limited entertainment options. For locals in the surrounding areas, the mall serves a practical purpose, offering quick access to fast food and basic shopping needs. However, Hassan Mall could greatly benefit from a makeover to enhance its appeal and overall experience for visitors and residents alike.

One of the biggest malls in Madina and a lot of goods are there including grocery and daily need also you can get different types of vegetables there

Always good. Parking is ample . Extra panda and Al baik are in this mall . Have ATM also. Near to shuhada masjid .
