I had a hotel across the street, I booked it because I figured that I needed a hotel in this very premises, but they denied me a check-in and forced me to go to the hotel opposite, supposedly they were connected, oh my God. It's horrible! There were black marks of something on the bed of this hotel, and it was clear that the bed was not new. The kettle that is on the table does not reach the socket, and I had to “tea” on the floor. The lighting in the room is very dim. It is necessary to turn on the light and the lamps so that it is at least a little brighter. The service itself is not bad, the reception staff are good and they communicate freely in English, the only thing that is wrong is there is no warm smile, and I love it so much. Location - the hotel is located in the center of Sinaia, not far from the station, it’s convenient, and you can’t hear the train either. — I didn’t like the fact that the children who for some unknown reason were running along the corridor were screaming, and there was no soundproofing in the room, I felt like I was in a hostel. — The bathroom is very dim, the mirror seems to be clearly visible, but standing in the shower itself, as if standing with one small candle, there is not enough light in the room! — They provided me with shower gel and a bath set, that is, a cap for me and for the second guest, and also cotton swabs and a cotton swab, everything was fine, but there was only one gel, and we didn’t have enough of it. — Despite all the disadvantages, I recommend this hotel to you as a place to stay, but if you stay at a high level, it is better to take high-class rooms for comfort and enjoyment. By the way, the view from the first floor window is not bad, so...

First there are two types of room. Fine and poor. Don’t mind the four stars of the hotel, neither represent them. But the poor ones have THE worst mattress ever. It was like sitting in a hole. And the solution… take it or leave it. Never again at this hotel. NEVER.

The hotel is placed in center, very close to central park and most other touristic objectives. The breakfast is lavish and food cover all expectation. People's are eating like they never did in last days. Hotel is rated 4 stars but in my opinion is overrated. At least not the non-refurbished rooms. The bathroom has no ventilation and the air is very humid after a shower, for long time. The main problem is room's door, not sound proof. Any comment made with normal voice on the hall is heard in the room. The walls are also thin, you may hear your neighbors or TV program. If you have the bad luck to have little kids on the floor then your afternoon nap or night rest might be compromised. However rooms are clean and service is checking the room every day. I recommend to take a refurbished room if you decide to stay longer.

rooms are decent (wouldn’t worth more than 3 stars tho), swimming pool is fine, but i tried to contact them several times by email (the one on the website) because i left some clothes there and they never replied… of course i can buy new ones but it’s annoying since i need them on vacation and the total of them was quite expensive…

The spa and the breakfast are insanely good. This is our go-to hotel when we visit Sinaia. The rooms are also great. We were checked in before 12 PM each time we came so that's great. We also received a free upgrade. However beware La Roq restaurant, we didn't like it all.

Our experience at the hotel was a blend of impressions. The recent renovations in the bedrooms, common areas, and dining room were evident, though the stairwells still require attention. The staff provided exceptional service during check-in, check-out, and throughout our stay. However, the Spa experience was less than ideal; despite the requirement for booking time slots, it often felt overcrowded, suggesting a lack of effective management. We also noticed several stains on the carpet in our room, but aside from that, our stay was quite enjoyable.

Excellent hotel, service and experience! The service I have received at this hotel was second to none. I had some special requests that were taken care of without question or snag. Everything was perfect, as expected. Even the room we were given was at a higher floor with beautiful view to the city and to the mountains, just as expected when booking. As the price goes, the hotel was on the expensive side, but you get what you pay for at this hotel.

Excellent spa and breakfast! The spa has two saunas, a sensory shower, jacuzzi and steam room, as well as a pool with another jacuzzi. The gym looked good though we didn’t try it as the mountain is our gym today, but in wet weather it would be very useful. Breakfast is exceptional- catering to a range of national tastes, constantly being replenished, and with good bean-to-cup coffee. It is taken in the light, stylish La Roq restaurant. We had a refurbished room which was very comfortable and attractive. All in all, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Overall, hotel offer variety for a decent price. We've checked in in a refurbished room, that looked nice and had mostly all you need Strong points: Spa, is excellent, you have 4 types of sauna, a nice pool, 2 jacuzzis, and a very cool sensorial shower. Gym is also nice but small, but you don't find everything you need for workout, like a pull-up bar. Breakfast was diverse and good, but it's always too crowded, and you always have to wait in line. Hotel personal is also helpful and careful. Weak points: very small room; mattress is very bad, very soft, I couldn't rest well at all, and my back issues got worse during this time. Bathroom products are very low quality. The hand shower was also hard to use because was too thin. Walls are also thin, you can hear children very well when they cry or run in the room. In conclusion, if you search for a good price hotel that can offer a variety of services, this is a good place to check in, but if you are looking for a quite place, not too crowded and also with high quality services, you can find others that are better.

The renovated rooms are great for the money. The hotel is great for families with children they also have an indoor playground room. The spa is great. Reception service could use some improvements.

Hotel in a central location in the town of Sinaia. The room was in the new wing of the hotel. Simple and spacious room. Good breakfast. The WiFi is pretty . It is necessary to book a place for a spa at the hotel. During the hours we were there was quite busy to the point of inability to use some of the facilities at the spa. Courteous and welcoming service.

Nice hotel. Rooms are 3-4**** , getting A bit old. Location is great in sinaia, and the staff are very helpful. In season there is a kosher kitchen which was very nice. We were there with a group of 17 family members including kids from 9-17 years.

The pool is pretty small, but you need to book a slot of 1h:30 so everybody has the opportunity to use it without becaming too crowdy. The breakfast is excellent, the rooms very good. The location is perfect, the parking is free if you book using their website. Tottaly recommend it!

Very good. Comfy rooms, very good all-you-can-eat breakfast, and very enjoyably large showers. The bed was super soft and comfy, the pillows a little harder than my partner or I would have liked, but other cushions were in the cupboard. And, wow, the views from the hotel, and it's central location, were amazing! (Although the TV didn't have Netflix sadly)

Great location, has a parking lot nearby, which was 40 Lei per day, but you get 50% off as a guest of the hotel. The receptionist was very kind to tell us that at the c/o. A strong lack of electricity sockets. There was a bit of food under the beds. The breakfast was great, with a large variety. The bathroom was nice and clean, with all the necessary amenities. The minibar was at very reasonable prices. Great view. Poor wifi. The lady at the c/i was quite indifferent.

The prices are way too high for what they offer. Although the refurbished rooms are very nice, the overall atmosphere of the hotel is not necessarily. The breakfast....is smth between brunch and lunch, extremely crowded and not well organized.

I am very happy with everything this hotel has to offer. Although there is one suggestion that justifies the 3 star rating. The spa is exceptional but it closes very early at 9 pm. Every other hotel that I’ve been at throughout Europe and Romania that offers spa’s normally stay open until 10-10:30 PM, many others also have this issue regarding this. Other than that it was a great hotel👍

We had a pleasant stay here. We had one of the modern, refurbished rooms. They were clean, quiet, and comfortable. The hotel is located on the main street close to bars and restaurants. Good selection for breakfast, although it was busy and a bit crazy.

They SCAMMED us. We booked the new year's eve package (via the website, that said it was available). When we arrived: no access to the party... no possibility to cancel the booking... no help or understanding from the staff... Also, don't get fooled by the pictures of the rooms. Our room was very small, with outdated furniture and the bathroom was very outdated. The spa wasn't like the pictures either. Very disappointed!! Don't go here!
