Decent for larger families, however the hotel is a bit dated. Staff was cordial but not very personable. Cleaning service was great. The room was a decent sized room, but the washing machine with a built-in dryer (not a separate dryer) didn't work at all. It took about 4 hours to wash and all clothes remained wet - even tiny loads. The hotel was next to a little shopping area with a late-night dining area, 7-eleven and ATMs. The train/subway system was across the street which was very convenient. We won't be staying here again, but wanted to provide a fair review.

Awesome week stay here. If you have a family a serviced apartment is a great option as it gives you the flexibility to do what you need. We opted for a 2-bed apartment without the breakfast option. The price was reasonable and the apartment was nice and also near the top of the building so it was reasonably quiet. Great to come back at the end of the day to a cool/air conditioned apartment with an awesome view out over the river & down to the bay. No complaints about the wifi and the service was excellent. You could hear the noise from revellers/clubs in Clarke Quay but it didn't bother me too much. Excellent location with MRT across the road and supermarket in the shopping mall downstairs.

Love the place because of its perfect location, ease of access and quality service. Been staying here for 3 months now and am booked until next year. One of the best serviced apartments in Singapore, they have spacious and very well furnished rooms. The bedrooms are huge with attached baths, and the kitchen is just the right size with a built in washing machine. They have a beautiful terrace pool overlooking the Clarke quay area. Look forward to my stay at Somerset Liang Court and great times ahead!

We absolutely loved staying here. Staff fantastic, apartments in good condition: housekeeping keep them spotless. Lovely pool area with good bar food & drinks. Sweet garden area next to residents' lounge, where they serve continental breakfast daily. Location is perfect for exploring the city.

Have been living here for over a year now. The building looks quite dated from the outside (I don’t think it was always owned by Somerset), but inside the rooms are quite modern. The service at Somerset is IMPECCABLE - the front desk staff is extremely polite, and I have seen them act patiently and kindly to even the rudest of guests. They’ve made my life for the last year extremely pleasant and hassle free. The breakfast buffet isn’t anything special, but the fresh fruit is nice. The pool area is great; often crowded, but nice to come down in the morning for refreshing swim. Of course the main draw is the location. It’s right in the center of everything. Location-wise you cannot best this place in Singapore, it is right across the street from the brand new Fort Canning Station, and a bike rack. The toughest thing is getting a pickup from the entrance, since Somerset doesn’t have a pickup point. You’re best served by walking around the building to the Novotel entrance which has a real pickup ring.

Ideal location to get around. But... in desperate need to renovate. Executive suite was drab and in bad repair. No sockets for charging in good places.. and both socket near any mirror for hair. On the plus side staff were amazing. Cleaner fantastic and kept it spotless. Nice pool area. Price is good and I would say stay there as long as you plan to be out and about, because beds are comfortable. Maybe bring an extension lead . Two bathrooms in our apartment, ensuite one has a bath...not nice, old and musty, but the shower room in other was ok...

The facilities are sort of out-dated but I still gave a 4 star review because of 1) good location 1 min to MRT; 2) fair rates; 3) friendly and helpful staffs; 4) outdoor swimming pool + indoor gym; 6) clean; 7) flexible thinking on guests checking in time. We flew for 12 hr straight, arrived early and needed a rest, the room was prepared and the staff was thoughtfully letting us to check in early and got the rest that we needed. I personally think it’s what service all about besides the facility items and status. Will book again.

The beds are rock hard, rooms are stuffy and smells of mold and under the sink and bathroom really bad mold and water damage no way to get fresh air hotel room is full of stains as well. We asked for a cot we didn’t get it had to ask for it twice. We also constantly hear a really bad noice think it was the lift. The only thing that saved this place was , the staff were very friendly the shops nearby and the amenities . If u want a good night sleep and stay healthy do not stay here. And we still have 11 more nights here

We spent a wonderful 6 days staying here. Would highly recommend it especially for families. The biggest bonus is the location and access the transport right across the road. Easy and quick to get to everything. Very clean, efficient, great aircon, restocked tea/coffee and bathroom supplies daily. Rooms were tidied every day and we loved cooling off in the pool. Staff were very friendly and willing to please and it was overall a lovely experience we will definitely be back.

The room that we had was very dirty and smelled. There was dust on the hanging light fixtures. Ants crawling on the kitchen counters. Hair in the shower. Ceiling was peeling in the bathroom. Air conditioner did not work. Room looked nothing like the pictures online. We stayed one night only because it was late when arrived and had no other place to go. The front desk guy was not very friendly. I would not recommend this as a place to stay.
