The
only
reason
I
gave
1
star
is
the
quiet
room.
I
don’t
even
know
where
to
start.
Absolutely
appalling
that
in
2022
smoking
is
allowed
in
the
rooms!!
Shocking!
Had
to
ask
for
a
different
room
as
the
smell
of
cigarettes
was
so
bad
in
the
first
room
even
with
the
window
open
(2Celsius
degrees)
the
smell
was
still
strong.
The
‘non-smoking’
room
had
an
ashtray
next
to
the
bed!!
The
cigarettes
smell
is
lingering
in
the
curtains
and
the
bed
panel.
The
carpet
needs
a
deep
clean
as
it’s
full
of
dust,
by
the
morning
my
nose
was
congested
as
I
suffer
with
dust
allergies.
There
was
hair
in
the
shower
and
dust
everywhere.
Stains
on
the
white
bedding.
One
of
the
plugs
in
the
room
is
clearly
not
safe
as
it’s
coming
off
the
wall.
The
customer
service
can
be
improved.
The
lady
at
the
reception
gave
me
another
room
but
she
was
so
reluctant
in
doing
so.
This
is
considered
to
be
one
of
the
top
hotels
in
the
city
and
it’s
relatively
new.
You
need
to
change
your
internal
policy
asap
and
not
allow
smoking
in
the
rooms!
Absolutely
not
acceptable!
I
regret
not
booking
via
Booking.com
as
I
would
definitely
ask
for
a
refund!
Disappointed.
