Worth visiting if you have 15 minutes to spend. Nothing much to see, just some weird statues and some water fountains that rarely work. It has intimate benches though.

There's also a big flag to show how patriotic people are whilst around you there's a police officer spitting out sunflower seed shells and staring into the horizon. It's where Dadaism has blended with balcanic New Primitivism. Beautiful....
