I had an amazing time here. I went for a week with my best friend and her husband and child. The apartment had 2 rooms and a open kitchen living area. We were fortunate to be on the ground floor, this meant we opened our back patio to a pool area, which was perfect. We spent most of our time around the pool near our room because the main slide area was heaving and people start saving seats from 6am onwards, which I didn’t fancy the long walk there to reserve each morning. There are plenty of bars and 9 pools!! So there are other options. Guests and staff were friendly. The restaurant was nice for food but none of the tables were laid if you didn’t go at opening times, more staff would be beneficial. Overall a nice place and I would go again. Omg, the animals around the resort were so cute and super friendly

Accommodation is good, beds however are terrible mattrasses are thin offering no comfort. Staff friendly and helpful. Food in every restaurant is awful. Lots of pointless variety which is the same, tasteless and cold Staff in the spa are amazing and very good at what they offer, the only criticism is the treatment rooms are not sound proofed so whilst relaxing you can hear splashing and chatter from the indoor pool, noise from the hammam treatment room, doors banging.

Hotel lovely and staff are great , food shocking and cold most days , water slides not available all day only certain times , hotel beach isn't as the pictures show you , beds not even on the beach so you cant relax and watch your children playing , I wouldn't recommend this place too many things spoil it for me

Loved every minute of our stay here!!. Rooms are amazing, pools are really clean and the food was lovely and plenty to choose from. Will definitely come here again. One negative is the wasps, especially by the snack bar at the main pool and trying to get a table inside when at the main restaurant (especially for lunch).

This Hotel is supposed to be a 5*, It's not. The accomodation aspect is Excellent and close to perfect. The problem is at the restaurant where there is not enough tables also the food was the same every day almost. There are 11 pools around the complex and several snack bars which were all fine. Complex itself is huge and you could find yourself a long way from the amenities which we did as we were in Pines block which is the absolute furthest away you could be.

Not the best Turkish experience I got there, sadly. Pros. Friendly service Lots of pools You have a big family Don't like sports just sitting, eating and drinking Cons. Awful coffee !!! ( the only decent one was served by the cocktail bar) Remote location from city (15km) AC was not fixed for over 5 days (some ppl were complaining that they are missing hot water too) This place isn't the best Turkish cuisine rather more European ( British to be specific, french fries, pasta and nuggets is an all-rounder meals must) It's quite loud and busy, often you need to wait for dinner table Place needs a bit of maintenance or maybe a renovation The cocktail bar was mostly always full ( all together with drunken parents and their kids ) There is also 10 km to the beach ( but there is also a bus provided which you have to book at least two hours upfront )

The accommodation was exceptional. There wasn't anything that you needed that wasn't in it. The downside of it was that, being at ground level it tended to be dark for most of the day. It was also next to the cleaners cupboard and their phones ringing and loud voices could be quite off putting in the room, especially if you are trying to have a lay in. Thankfully, our apartment wasn't up one of the many hills on site, which is very extensive. We had a pool nearby which was quite busy. It would have been good to have had a child free option given the number of pools on site. The Al la carte restaurant was the most expensive meal that we had there, not being all inclusive, and the most disappointing! The food was luke warm; there wasn't a great deal of it and the atmosphere was soul less. The room needs brightening up and maybe some plants around the place. A real disappointment.

For our kids they loved our holiday. Adored the animation team, however, as someone who is physically disabled I found the complex very difficult to navigate, certainly isn’t an accessible hotel. Our room was 2 stories up and although our Jet2 rep offered to talk to the staff to swap our room he advised that the ground floor apartments do tend to be smelly (from previous customer complaints) so I stuck with the room. As we were here for the last week of the season we found that everything was on the downward spiral to closing. I would like to think that the food is better during high season but we found it very samey and bland. Breakfast had no variety which resulted in us not eating much. Dinner as well seemed very much the same every evening. If it wasn’t for the entertainment team this would have been a 1 star!

The hotel was nice and we had a 2 bedroom apartment with really good facilities including a washing machine. Food variety was good alot of fresh food cooked everyday at every meal time. There was a shuttle bus to the private beach several times a day with food and drinks provided and the beach was nice too. There was a problem with wasps in the outside snack bars which deterred us from eating outside. It is remote with no shops etc nearby but you can get a taxi to Kusadasi centre and there is a supermarket within the hotel. The spa is really good i had an amazing hot stone massage which I highly recommend.

I'm staying here as part of my CLC world membership. Awful stay so far. Such a remote destination, far from any decent sightseeing places. Apartment dated and unclean. Not even a 3 star I would say. Bed is so uncomfortable, appliances provided do not work. Servicing the room only once in our stay, not good in my opinion. I am hating so far.

Just come back. Hotel at the top of a mountain and you can only get anywhere by shuttle or taxi, neither of which is free. The staff are very helpful and friendly but it is wasp hell around the main pool area. The food was hit and miss unless you like salad or cakes there was always a great choice of both. The rooms were nice snd cleaned regularly also towels changed regularly. Would not recommend this hotel if you have walking problems as hills or stairs to everywhere.

Lovely really well equipped apartment and food quality and choice overall was great. Very clean too. It is a remote location though so nowhere to walk to nearby. There's still the sunbed issue where you have to be up and out at 7am to get one but with a lack of any system there is no option. It's mostly All inclusive so what let's it down tends to be other inconsiderate guests pushing into queues and getting drunk and loud with lots of shouting and swearing. Meal times are pretty stressful overall and not relaxing whatsoever. Must mention the excellent pool bar staff who work tirelessly though.

Staff are wonderful. Food very good but not amazing. The poolside bar that serves food is the best place to go, serves drinks all morning and food from 12.30.

This is one of two Wyndham Hotels (that I know of) in Kusadasi. This hotel is closer to the town and has great views of the sea. Pros: Has two outdoor pools, and one indoor pool. There are large water slides and a smaller water slide for young children. They don't operate all day - mainly at the height of sunbathing. There is a sauna and a Turkish hamam. There is a patisserie open from 11 each day. Ice cream is served here most of the day. It serves very good coffee, too. There is a Kids Club and a show on each night at 9.30. There is a wide variety of food, and there is something for everyone. Anyone complaining about the lack of food to choose from is either telling lies or doesn't like eating continental dishes. The rooms have controls which can be changed to notify staff you want your room cleaned. The rooms are clean and modern. There are buses to the town, however, if you're active, it's a quick 30 min walk. The staff are very polite and helpful. It seems to be a good hotel for young families. Cons: When it rained, there was very little to do. A few boardgames were left out for guests but no other entertainment was provided. Tips: If you don't have kids, head to the Relax Pool. It is over 16s only and very quiet. There is a section within the pool that has jets. You can happily read a book and not be disturbed here. This bar has the best food too, outside of the main restaurant. Get to the foodhall early for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Regal Tours will contact you on your first day and provide you with the option to go on tours. The Ephesus tour is a must (not sure if it is appropriate for kids - they may become tired). Whatever you do, don't go on the boat cruise tour of Dilek National Park. It's very long and tiresome - it's basically a party boat. No information is given on the park. It really isn't suitable for kids. Importantly, if you don't want to go on any tours, you don't need to meet Regal Tours at all. They are simply a tour company looking to sell their services. Finally, the beer, wine, and gin and tonics are strong, don't bother ordering cocktails as they are very weak.

The coffee was not coffee but powdered instant. The orange juice was in fact orange squash. The room stank of sewage and the proposed alternative room was right next to the evening entertainment (hence LOUD) All wine tasted like battery acid, beer was warm. We bought our own drinks I'm from a supermarket. On the plus side, the salads were pretty good. Fresh and tasty. Most of the food was pretty good. Overall, the cut corners here spoiled the experience.

Wouldn’t say it’s a five star. 2/3 at best. Place is Quite dated and in need of TLC. Customer service skills can improve of some staff , entertainment team very friendly. Taxi ride is needed to get to actual town as location of hotel is remote. The rooms themselves are decent. With small children and pushchair given a apartment which required to use two flights of stairs, did ask twice for room closer but to no avail, so if you have small children/babies ask for room closer to main building. Also be prepared to pay silly prices if using on site shops, booking airport transfers and excursions through hotel compared to local shops and booking things yourself.

Get up early for a sunbed. Plenty of food. Plenty of drink. If you are craving a traditional English breakfast go to the oaks bar. Location is secluded. Car recommended. Beds hard. Housekeeping spot on, friendly and helpful. Kids pool area great with slides and life guards. Entertainment was hit and miss.

In a very beautiful area located, mean time the organization and administration is not in the best way done. Big restaurant with a various number of meals. Very nice persons willing to help you. On the other side, the communication with the reservation department is not not the best, they do not speak English but very few, they leave you on the line waiting and then the hung up the phone. Unpleasant. The rooms have a very bad smell inside, not all but most of them. All in all is not the best experience

😠 Bu otel için güzel diye yorum yapanlar. Daha önce çok mu kötü otellerde kaldınız ? Yorumları dikkate alarak bu oteli tercih ettim. Bir gece konakladım. İlk ve son konaklamam oldu. Otel odaları fotoğraflarla kesinlikle uyuşmuyor. Şehir merkezindeymiş. Yemişim merkezinizi. Oda da su bile yok. Başucunu...
