The
hotel
was
decent
enough
for
families.
The
location
is
directly
on
a
long
stretch
of
soft
sandy
beach,
with
a
few
shops
and
restaurants,
but
you
are
not
spoilt
for
choice.
There
is
a
nice
selection
of
water
sports
mind
you.
The
Animation
Team
were
fab,
and
it
seemed
as
though
they
had
one
or
more
activities
on
the
go
at
any
given
time.
These
all
centred
around
the
hotel
pool,
which
was
good
but
for
the
lack
of
sun
loungers,
meaning
you
had
to
get
up
early
to
reserve
your
space
around
the
pool.
The
same
animation
team
holds
a
mini
kids
disco
in
the
evening,
followed
by
a
selection
of
good
quality
shows,
in
an
outside
auditorium,
and
the
fire
show
should
not
be
missed!!
Tortuga
Water
Park
sits
adjacent
to
the
hotel
and
whilst
not
the
biggest
boasts
an
array
of
exciting
slides
and
pools.
However,
don't
be
fooled
by
the
photos
as
the
giant
inflatable
did
not
come
out
once
in
our
2
week
stay.
As
an
all-inclusive
guest,
it
was
disappointing
that
you
were
only
entitled
to
a
small
selection
of
drinks
and
pay
extra
for
food
at
the
waterpark.
TIP:
for
some
reason,
the
pool
surround
was
made
up
of
small
stones,
which
made
even
the
toughest
bloke
look
as
though
he
was
repeatedly
stepping
on
Lego,
so
bring
beach
shoes
with
you!
There
is
a
small
selection
of
shops
at
the
hotel
charging
accordingly
for
their
convenience.
The
rooms
were
quite
small,
tired
&
the
bathroom
smelled.
The
cleaners
weren't
great
(
the
only
staff
we
would
say
were
not
good,
btw)
we
even
resulted
in
buying
our
own
bleach!!
The
beds
were
hard,
and
on
more
than
one
occasion,
we
had
to
ask
for
towels
and
toilet
paper.
The
food
was
actually
ok
(
we
are
fussy
eaters)
but
the
children
selection
was
poor.
However,
they
did
cook
in
front
of
you
the
likes
of
rotisserie
chicken
,
pizza
bread,
fish
etc.
There
was
a
separate
towel
service
which
you
exchanged
for
a
card
each
time.
The
guest
relations
were
excellent,
especially
Berak
(not
sure
if
spelt
correct),
who
could
not
do
more
for
you!
Location
wise,
it's
10
min
by
taxi
from
Kusadasi
&
harbour
which
has
lots
of
shops
to
barter
in
be
that
fake
clothing
or
traditional
goods.
There
are
lots
of
restaurants
and
ice
cream
parlours,
with
generally
a
nice
atmosphere
but
for
the
typical
hassling
you
get.
Additionally,
you're
30
min
from
Ephesus,
which
is
home
to
the
ruins
of
an
ancient
metropolis
and
the
Temple
of
Artemis
(an
ancient
world
wonder)
and
well
worth
the
visit.
Taxi's
wanted
to
charge
€60
each
way,
but
we
managed
to
negotiate
the
driver
to
stay
for
an
hour
and
then
take
us
back
for
€80
incl.
tip,
so
its
worth
discussing
with
them.
We
would
say
that
1-2
hours
is
enough
time
to
visit
unless
you
are
massively
into
it.
TIP:
the
marble
pathway
can
be
quite
slippy
so
wear
trainers!
We
visit
the
Selçuk
market,
which
is
a
40min
journey
and
in
our
opinion
not
worth
the
time
as
it
was
mostly
local
produce.
However,
Nezille
bazaar
is
a
5
min
taxi
ride
and
although
it
doesn't
boast
the
amount
of
options
old
town
of
Kusadasi,
the
prices
are
far
better
and
so
we
suggest
if
shopping
is
your
thing,
start
here.
Finally,
the
hotel
has
an
on
site
professional
photographer,
and
if
you
book
a
slot,
it
is
actually
quite
a
fun
experience.
We
had
Khan,
and
we
have
to
say
his
enthusiasm
made
for
a
fun
time
and
although
you
are
not
committed
to
purchase
any
of
the
photos,
we
struggled
to
narrow
down
the
100
or
so
images
taken!
