Totally unnecessary place. Instead of getting help you loose precious time. Came here for emergency help because I had pain. Register desk said 'Go upstairs, they are waiting for you'. Coming upstairs, there's nobody, some nurse came, looked surprised at us, knows nothing. No doctor, just 2 nurses, who don't know what the other one is doing. Very unprofessional. I did not get help, I regret coming here.

AVOID Tourist Trap!!! Dr. Gülçin asked for my mom's bladder operation nearly €10000 in Egemed Söke but we went to better hospital in Izmir and we did same operation for €3500

My partner had back surgery yesterday after having 2 herniated lumbar discs which were pressing on a nerve causing agony. Today he is home, walking and pain free. We are so grateful to all the lovely staff and the brilliant Surgeon who helped and reassured us. I recommend this hospital to anyone. Sarah Parker and Darren Holloway xxx

This is the worst hospital I have ever been to. You agree on one set of services. You get another for different reasons. Negotiate one price. As a result, you get a bill for a larger amount.

On 16. of August we took our german guests (we run a small hotel in Güzelcamli) to the Egemed Clinic for a corona test. On the phone we were told that the test costs TL 450 per person. When we were at the hospital with our three guests to register, the three guests each had to pay TL 600 per person. We have now repeatedly complained about receipts and have not received any. As a long-term customer of this hospital, I am disappointed and appalled by this business practice. The doctors in the hospital are mostly excellent!

Have used Egemed Soke hospital on several occasions and in each instance have felt very at ease due to their professionalism, knowledge and their relaxed and friendly attitude which gives confidence to their patience. Cannot speak highly enough of Dr Gulhan and his staff and a special thank you to Ozge who helped smooth translation issues.

I was sent here by a local doctor in Akbuk for investigations into a throat problem. I was seen by a consultant within 15 mins, who scoped my throat there and then. I was found to have growths on my larynx and was admitted immediately. The operation was carried out 10:30am the following morning! The nursing staff & consultant were extremely efficient, the place is spotless and the care brilliant!

I had a medical abortion due to a miscarriage and had bleeding for 2 weeks around 2 months after it and when I came to get checked out in case there’s an issue they wanted to charge me again for it. It’s not a hospital, it’s a butcher’s shop. Greedy, uncaring, soulless. Avoid at all cost! PS. The lobby smells like a cigarette factory is on fire!

Avoid this hospital if you are foreigners!! They charged simple examine a patient €100 (locals charged 250TL) before they examine what you need they are going through your insurance details which is very sneaky ! What a shambles!!!

What an amazing place and fantastic staff!! My daughter had an accident at the hotel, breaking her front tooth 😥large lump on fore head and nose swollen like a tennis ball. I was traumatized as you can imagine. We went to our onsite doctor who had someone come and collect us and take us to this hospital. I was so scared, hospital in turkey, what will it be like, wishing i was in tbe uk going to our trusted hospitals. Well if im honest i am actually relieved and glad it happened over there. We ardived at the main entrance where we had roughly 7 people stood waiting for us. We had a gentleman tell us that he is there to do everything we need and introduced me to an older gentleman who was the head consultant for all 7 egemed hospitals, he told us that he was actually at home when he got the call about my daughter and came straight back just for her. They then took us upto an ct scan, then came out and instantly x rayed her nose and then they took her straight into the dental suite to temporarily fix her tooth and xray. The hospital was clean, professional and extremely friendly, they had quite a calming atmosphere compared to our chaotic hospitals. I genuinely coildnt thank the head consultant enough, coming back to work late in thr evening just to treat my daughter. Whilst we were waiting for a car to take us back to the hotel, they stayed with us and talked and shared there lunch. Also the speed of it all was insane, straight in hospital, escored by a team that stayed with us the whole process, took us immediately into ct scan, xray and dental unit, no wairing around after each process. I literally felt like we had hired the hospital and team to ourselves. We were done in just over an hour, luckily ct scan was fine and xray on nose was not broken (thankyou god, we were sure it was) I couldnt thank these amazing people enough, the hospital put our NHS service/hospiatls to shame. I do understand that this is classed as private but ive also been private in uk and you dont get a&e treatement and you dont get friendly fast service the way we received! And i was expecting the worst! Thankyou again for all your help, making a bad situation the best it could be and also showing me how a hospital visit should be

Avoid this hospital if you are foreigners! They charged simple examination fee of 1250 Turkish lira, locals who live in turkey are charged 400turkish lira. Very horrible service. Definitely not worth the visit. The doctors are not professional, the service was careless.

I was in your hospital for treatment in the period from 16.10-28.10 2021. I really want to leave a grateful comment about all the staff and the treating doctor of the pulmonologist Myrat KAYA. Your professionalism, attention and care raised me to my feet! During the entire treatment period, all medical personnel took care of me, cared for and morally supported me, no one remained indifferent to me. Your institution was a lifesaver for me in the period of the most difficult course of the disease. I also want to note the comfortable conditions for staying with you: a beautiful and bright room, a comfortable and always clean bed, tasty and satisfying food. Thank you for your help, my gratitude has no boundaries. Despite the unsuccessful vacation, your country will remain beloved for me and I will definitely return to Turkey because everything is at the highest level: rest and help in difficult life situations!

I was admitted to Ege Med Soke on June 22 2023 with back injury. I was given the very best care possible. My care consisted of over 3 weeks of pain relief and physiotherapy. I cannot speak highly enough of everyone who treated me. The entire staff (Medical, Physiotherapists, Administration. Catering, Cleaning) could not have done more for me or treated me with more kindness and professionalism. I would highly recommend Ege Med hospital in Soke to anyone I know who is needing medical care. Helen Mary Whelan
