    The customer service and quality of food here has really improved over the years. I admit, the first times we went about a year ago the staff were somewhat rude and looked very disinterested when taking the order. But the last few times we went, they have been really friendly and engaging. The place has clean areas to sit for customers waiting for their order although we’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes for an order, even when it’s really busy. We always get the wicked wings from here and lately they’ve been extra crispy but perfectly tender on the inside. They always supply extra napkins and spoons if we order coleslaw or the chocolate fudge as well. I think there has been some good training behind all of this. If so, we’ll done. This KFC has become the best fast food place in our area! You’ll be sure to see us again when the craving comes.

    Tried to order the special advertised on drive thru which was the go bucket and freeze. The server had no understanding of what it was and tried to process it separately. We tried to explain about four times before being asked to place our order again. We got to the window and the conversation was equally as confusing. Ended up driving off with no food. Why advertise something that isn’t available or the staff have no idea about?!

    I purchased items via drive though. Discovered I was missing a burger. Contacted the store who acknowledged mistake and said they would email me a credit for the meal. A week went by - without promised email. Contacted KFC via their web site and received a short response a day or two later saying KFC. Had determined to offer me a “free” burger - as if they were doing me a favour and I should be grateful. It wasn’t a “free” burger as I had already paid for it. They didn’t give me what I paid for. Then they don’t live up to their promise to rectify it - I have to chase them up. Then finally a short message saying I’ve got a free burger which I have to redeem by a certain date. No apology or even hint of fault. Just an acknowledgement I can have the burger I paid for as if it was some gratuity they were extending to me from the charity of their corporate heart. What a joke. And they claim theyre in the service industry. KFC are the QANTAS of fast food.

    You are an absolute joke and you hide your incompetence behind uber eats. You constantly get orders wrong and make no apologies. You offer no accountability for your products or service. Never ever again. You have got to improve your game. If I applied the same slack work ethic that your workers do I would have been fired a long time ago. Get a grip and learn how to pack your orders. Stop ripping people off and charging them for items you don't even send! It's beyond a joke. And it won't be tolerated from your incompetent workers any longer.

    This KFC might just be the most disappointing in Australia. From a health standpoint, its sole redeeming quality is that it might deter you from craving KFC again. Out of three orders, expect two to be incorrect — and not minor mistakes either. I once ordered a 9-piece chicken family meal via the app, only to find that ALL 9 pieces of chicken were missing upon returning home. Subsequent visits haven't been much better. It's gotten to the point where I'd rather drive farther to another branch when I'm in the mood for some Dirty Bird. The root of these issues might be the inexperienced management. Tasking young, fresh-out-of-school managers with a bustling establishment seems like a recipe for chaos. Many seem to share my sentiments about this location. Odds are, they'll get your order wrong. My advice? Save yourself the hassle and skip this one.

    Ordered through the app, delivery by doordash. Family feast x 1 - 10 pieces of chicken, 1 x large chips, 2 x 1.25l 7UP, 1x large coleslaw, 1 x large potato and gravy Bacon n cheese burger x 1 Zinger burger with bacon and cheese x 1 10 chicken nuggets x 1 Supercharged sauce x 2 Order was missing 2 x 1.25l 7UP, 1x large coleslaw, 1 x bacon and cheese burger, and 2 x supercharged sauces and zinger burger had no bacon or cheese. The zinger burger was so squashed the wrapping had ripped and was soggy from the sauce being squeezed out. The chicken that the box came in was also squashed and chicken was barely warm. 1 x large chips was cold Spent over $80(including delivery). Wanted to have KFC while watching the footy - was a treat for us to spend that much on takeout and won't be ordering from KFC CLAYFIELD ever again.

    Have been many times. Most times everything has been good. But they do have new workers that are learning and sometimes might forget to put something in your order. But overall, great food good service. 4.5 STARS from me

    We had accidentally placed an app order for another store. Drove up to the drive- through window and realised the mistake- the manager at the time- Tim ( I think) was absolutely amazing and helped sort it out for us. He even ensured that even the smallest details about our order including the sauce were correct. He went above and beyond to make sure a mistake made by me was rectified. Thanks Tim

    Actually disgraceful. Avoid at all costs. Genuinely fraudulent. Pay for 10 pieces of original chicken and they put in wicked wings instead. RIP OFF. Close this joint down. Daylight robbery. The Colonel would be rolling in his grave.

    The staff at this KFC are super friendly, and the restaurant area is always clean & tidy. Their food is always spot on & how you would expect it. They can get a little busy on Friday & Saturday nights with dinner rush hour pickup, but definitely worth the wait. (I would recommend ordering ahead through the KFC app) 😀

    The food meets the quality and taste that you'd expect from a standard KFC. But the dining area was dirty, and in the 30 min that we were there, we didn't see anyone attempting to clean. I was happy to wipe our table, but there weren't even serviettes available to use. You most certainly need to ask for them, and then you'd only get 2! The spoons were missing from our orders that had mashed pototo and gravy, and again, no serviettes or wet wipes in our orders. Very poor service overall.

    Food is disgusting... burgers barely the size of the palm of my hand (small hand)... the Zinger was half the size of the bun and it wasn't cooked properly . The bacon wasn't cooked and it was cold and so were the chips old n yucky. Felt sick all night. Seriously poor quality.

    I order a buyer neal on Uber, with a price of chicken. The burger was tiny and slapped together, and they must of searched the store for the smallest bit of chicken, Clayfield KFC is the worst. This is not the first time I have had issues with them, they just don't give a hoot. Hire so.e decent people.

    $40 dollar delivery order missing items, and barely any actual chicken on the pieces; mostly just thick coating. For the price things are these days, the customer getting what they pay for is critical for the reputation of the business. Otherwise it's a lottery and demonstrates lack of care. Red Rooster beats KFC for cooked chicken IMO.

    Ordered dinner instore to have at work as I can't leave once at work. When I went to dish out my dinner, Id ordered the 10 nugget meal deal. Only got 5 but paid for 10. Called them up and spoke to a guy, was surprised my call got answered. He apologised about the order. Said will email a voucher, which he did. So that's something, at least. It's just disappointing that there isn't pride in work or customer service in these outlets anymore. The nuggets were awful and had to throw them out they were that dry. There's just no care factor.

    It's often hard to get the attention of staff which is frustrating now you must see a staff member to use the restroom. Other than the poor customer service and facilities the food was fairly average (but dry over cooked)

    I haven’t experienced a KFC that consistently knocks it out of the park. I feel that the smell and nostalgia or a faulty memory that lingers is what keeps us coming back. It doesn’t taste as good as it should be but it smells so good that it must be good. But after you eat there often times you experience guilt, shame and regret. You got me twisted KFC

    I only order thru the App as so much cheaper - Cheap as Chips is the way to go. Store was quite clean compared to other places I’ve recently visited. Staff are friendly, helpful and were all working busily. Our order was completed quickly. I’ve been here before and would recommend.

    Had ordered 4 boxed meals. Went in got the food and come home ( 20min drive and 30min wait) got home and gave the boxes out and oh every single box had no burgers in it. They offered store credit or I come back in and get the burgers. Regardless of what option I'd have to drive 20min to get to the store and back. Absolutely slack and lack of training and common sense they have
