This place serves you mini chicken. My drum was half the size and the rest is smaller than usual. My mash potato consistency is off and the biscuit was undercooked. I threw away the biscuit as it became big clump of flour in my mouth. The worst of all is when I try to order through app my 8.99 order turned into 16.73 for pickup. I'm not sure this is surcharge or just error. First time and last time.

Stuff were really nice and so does the food. Overall the place was very clean too. 😀😀

Stop serving people old fires. If they’re sitting there getting cold and old toss and start some new ones. Guess what? Your customers don’t like old stale fries. Do you? And maybe be nice to your customers. Being nice to people actually works. Try it.

This location on the UIC campus not only gave me cold, old chicken all of sides were cold and spiuled. My cole slaw was spoiled, my fries were cold and they left my dessert out of my meal. The store was not crowded. It was 12pm in the afternoon and it was only 3 customers in the whole store. There is no reason why I should not have received fresh hot chicken.

Restaurant was absolutely freezing. Half my food was already cold when I got it. The other half got cold within minutes. We dined in. They just threw everything in bags and basically told us to leave. No napkins no forks. Seemed irritated we kept having to ask for things

Good meal with fast service

Super weird experience. The store opens at 10 am but they didn’t unlock the door for the few of us there at 10:40 am. We waited outside, hoping to make eye contact with the employees for them to let us in. I already placed an online order so I just wanted to pickup my food! We thought they saw us several times but they didn’t come to open the door. Eventually one of the others called the store and the employee came to open the door but gave us a lot of attitude. On top of that the chicken was dry and they gave us original instead of our ordered spicy.

I order delivery from this location often. As i work so i cant physically check my order. EVERY single time i order from this place after like 5pm ITS WRONG, or im MISSING something i paid for. It does not hurt to cancel an order you CANNOT FULFILL. Cancel orders. At this rate im beginning to feel robbed cause its just too often. Barely get an answer if i call the store. So i have to reach out to corporate.

Every time I order something my food is warm and not correct. Example please do not put anything on my chicken sandwich. Always drowned with mayo. I’m done with this Popeyes.

Stopped in for some food around 10:30pm and there was a small line. When I ordered the worker didn't get my order right and they didn't give me the dipping sauces. As an added bonus, there was some guy talking trash to the customers in line. I won't be going there anymore.

Pretty much bottom of the chain experience for a desperate late night out. Don't go here. These guys can't even just fry chicken properly and they are perpetually out of almost all sides. They will unapologetically sub anything you don't want for your requested sides. Avoid at all costs and buy some decent chicken from a local restaurant.

I ordered a two piece meal with a coupon from my mail box. There were two legs only. Now I have to call them etc. Who wants to be bothered. Served by a manager that was inattentive.
