Great gym, had an issue with my membership (the bank not them) and Jordan the manager was so helpful and managed to get it all sorted for me! I had my first HIIT class with Martin and was really impressed as i have a knee injury, Martin was happy to show me alternative movements when he noticed me start to struggle and even gave me some tips on how to get it back to full strength. There is a good variety of equipment to choose from all of which is very clean! And plenty of free weights to use. I would like to see maybe some yoga or similar on the class schedule in the future!

Just visited the gym at Leyland and I’ve got to say I’m a bit disappointed. They one have 1 machine of everything and it was just really small. I live in bury and we have a gym group and it’s fantastic!! Understandably it is larger but still 1 bench press for an entire gym and the price of the Leyland £21.99 compared to bury which is £18.99 with access to 4 other gyms and much more equipment. Needs major improvements!! Not worth £21.99!!

Love this gym! Since starting my fitness journey, I've lost 9stone, with the fantastic help and support of the great team of trainers who work there, the gyms always clean and a friendly place to be, great classes for all abilities and all the equipment you'll ever need.. I call it my happy place 💪🏽🤓

I've spent the last 6 months coming here and it's a great place! Equipment is always clean and it's fairly tidy too. Vibe is nice, not too many heroes and doesn't feel judgy. The staff are super friendly and are well trained if you get injured (my wife twisted her ankle and they even offered to drop her home and gave their personal number!) I'm not sure what other reviews mean about it not being well equipped. It's not an Olympic gym or a CrossFit gym but it's got pretty much everything. I tend not to go in the evenings so I get tonnes of space to do my thing in the mornings. The only thing I'd say is that the QR codes attached to the entrance gates rarely work. It's still my regular though. Now that we're moving house I'll be missing this spot

I’ve tried many gyms over the years but not stuck with any other than The Gym Group Leyland. Everyone is made to feel welcome no matter whether you are a beginner or a seasoned pro. The staff are fantastic particularly Jordan, Jack and Tim, nothing is too much for them and they are always on hand to help and assist. Keep up the good work guys!!

Hands down the most friendly, welcoming, clean and fun gym I’ve ever been to! Fantastic classes with a great range of instructors who make your time there a joy. Equipment is well stocked and maintained as are the facilities. Couldn’t recommend it more!!

Excellent gym - all the facilities and equipment I was looking for at a great price. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and it’s normally just busy enough to have a good atmosphere, but not so busy that you can’t get on the equipment you want. Really happy with the whole package. Both my sons are members too and really like training here.

Definitely a gym I’m happy to go to. Absolute kind and heart warming staff and PT’s that are there to help. The equipment is easy to use and definitely helps that it is 24hrs to ! Great gym very clean. Cancelled my membership due to wanting all the family at the same place. Paid for the month requested to cancel, app stated I would get the rest of the month (as paid for). Not able to access the gym noone available to speak to. Very disappointed.

Got to the gym at 9:30 wanting to get a day pass/induction. Tried to use the interactive touchscreen in the foyer but when I clicked on the day pass, entered all my details and when I went to click pay, the only option was the monthly fee. Rang the bell for assistance several times to be met with silence and a member exiting the gym informed me that there was only one member of staff inside ON THE OPENING WEEKEND. Had to wait over 20mins with another lad who was having the same experience. The single member of staff finished his group class and then informed me that there were no days passes and didn't even offer an induction. I paid the £9.99 and went in. Started with deadlifts and I would question the actual weight of the plates because I've never had such an easy session. One of the squat racks is placed right in front of the bar rack so you'll probably clatter into it if you walk back with the bar on your shoulders. Moved onto barbell bench press, of which there is only one bench. I would avoid this if you have a naturally wide grip because every time I went to re-rack, my hands would get pinched between the rack and bar. Would not recommend and will be cancelling my membership immediately.

Amazing place, it has everything you would ever need no matter the personal goal. Great price and the staff/pt's are very friendly/knowledgeable and always happy to help. I had a few one on ones with the assistant manager Martin rukin I found him to be very enthusiastic honest and more then willing to share what ever he could to improve both my time at the gym and to help me get cracking on achieving my personal goals 5*. I highly recommend this gym to anyone from any walk of life, Everyone is made to feel welcome.

Love this place. 5 min walk from my house. Its given me my life back. As a carer to a disabled adult the 24 hour opening time means i have the flexibility to go when my son is asleep or if i can't sleep. Thank you for giving me some normality.

Fab gym! The staff members are super friendly and helpful, the equipment is good and there are loads of great classes. Whether you’re a beginner or a pro, this gym has everything you need to hit your goals. Special shout out to Evie (Evielution Fitness & Wellbeing) for being a wonderful person and helping me shift 3 stone for good!

Iv been a member of the gym for a year now and I think it's a decent gym. All modern equipment and a big space for the classes, which are also very good and lots of classes to choose from. None of ya poser nonsense! Just a good honest place to do ya workouts and a shower. All for £21 a month! A bargain for what you get.

Absolutely LOVE this gym, great staff always happy to help with any questions you might have. The classes are amazing! especially Saturdays step & circuit with PT Isaac. Met some of the best people since joining the gym group and if I could go 7 days a week I would!

Really love coming here to work out, nice friendly atmosphere and all the staff are very knowledgeable. The managers, Jack and Jordan, have both made me feel welcome. Especially Jack, who always comes over to say hi and ask how I am doing whenever I'm in. Would recommend this gym to anyone

Great gym and easy to book and access. Just visiting Leyland for the weekend. £12.99 for 3 day membership is super value. I really enjoyed my session. Going back Monday.

Great gym. Price is very reasonable. Not daunting and the classes are fab. The app is amazing, tells you how many people are in the gym at anytime easy to navigate.

Good prices, but gets very busy at peak times as you’d expect. Even though the ground space looks large, there actually isn’t that many items of equipment to use once you analyse it compared to a regular local gym. Better use of space means it could have many more resistance machines and a larger free weights area.

Excellent gym. Clean, airy, open. Friendly staff, decent classes. Nice big open unit. Good range of equipment (although I'd like a proper climbing gym to be added if I'm being fussy). For the membership price it's excellent. Never busy, lots of room and rarely have to wait for equipment. Mens facilities are ample and always spotless. I usually go to GymGroups in Birmingham and Leyland beats those hands down.

Lots of equipment which is good but the classes are held in the main area and there's alot less room when they start. It's a shame they don't have their own separate area.

Pros Brand new gym as of April 2022. It's a new feeling working out with new equipment. Friendly staff Facilities are better than other gyms. Eg special water station One of the cheapest gyms at £13pm Easy parking in a retail park. I pop into Morrisons to pick up fruit after each gym session Cons It is really for locals in Leyland

Just what you need in a gym helpful staff ; not full of posers like some gyms are,mixed clients ,fab classes all for a good price and not tied into a contract,get yourself signed up you won't regret it.ps made to tag along because of my daughters joining best thing I did .

Easy online induction and great pricing. It has most of the equipment you might need, plus 3 squat racks and 3 deadlift areas; though it only has one dedicated barbell bench. Classes are pretty good too!

We tried out the new location for an afternoon and will definitely be back. The AGM Martin is absolutely amazing and you can tell he truly cares about the members there and the experience they should have in the gym. Even though it's smaller than some other sites it absolutely doesn't disappoint - the doubled up racks means there's still enough space for everyone and the class area/sled push is great. Would 100% recommend!
