Me and my mother wait for the doctor more than 1,5 hours. Its very very very too long to wait. Unfortunately, we never got explanation why we should wait, and how long we should wait, etc. Please, i have ever come here twice. And its still the same. For the next, my mother said that will never come here again. Bad experience 😭

It took ONE HOUR TO MEET the doctor and ONE HOUR to JUST PAY THE BILL! It's a Big hospital with only ONE PERSON AS A CASHIER?! Come on!! PLEASE VALUE OUR TIME AS WELL!! WE CANT WAIT FOREVER! Got lots of things to do as well! CAN YOU GUYS WORK EFFECTIVELY AND EFFICIENTLY?

This hospital has quite good service from front security, reception, admission, nurses, doctors, HD ward, except for the pharmacy. The Pharmacy has no clear processing timeline. Today, i had waited for more than an hour only to find the prescription had just been input to the system and then asked to wait further for no definitive timeline...said to wait until being called. I was quite furious as my husband needed the analgesic med after his cimino surgery. There were only 2 medicine prescribed, i.e. antibiotic and analgesic without requiring specific dispensing, so it was quite unacceptable why the process could take that long. Nevertheless, they could have informed the patients beforehand when the queue was long, so that we could decide whether to wait or process outside. In the end, I was too disappointed to have my time wasted and so I withdrew the prescription to be processed outside. Really hope the Pharmacy can improve as it can give a negative contribution for the overall good image of this hospital.

too bad service. from administration, nurses! I've never heard of a hospital with covid patients that must be accompanied when isolated!! no ambulance, no humanity, too follow the SOP. no wonder why the reviews from google are mostly low stars. It should be fixed, not even worse!!!

The hospital was not so crowded when it was pademi that it was safe enough for child control and vaccines. I subscribe to dr. yoga pediatrician he is very kind, detailed, gives complete information, and my child is very comfortable with him. do not forget here has a famous coffee place is family mart n kopi kenangan

In March 2018, my 5-old month son had surgery. Even though we're used BPJS their service was excellent. And now my son already 2 years old and he was much healthy

Convenient, humble staff but not easy to get some food

this hospital is very good, the services and the staff are very friendly and nice, in the one time they incorrectly entering data of patient and they expressed their apologies using a gift, thank you very much, much much appreciate and respectfully.

Good doctor, friendly midwife, strategic location but the food is not bad but not good too im sorry 😉. But thanks for all the staff who handle me. Keep it up!

Good place, Free Check MCU

In Nov 2017, my right knee replacement surgery was carried out by Dr. Abby at Medika BSD I am very satisfying. Even though I use BPJS, the service is very satisfying. During therpahy period the theraphist was very helpfull. The care is very friendly and the rooms are clean. Thanks so much.

The Doctor always late for appointment. We must wait for so long. But, when the doctor check our healthy, very so fast. That's not good services. If the doctor or the hospital has the schedule, doctor must be on time. Thanks

I was treated for 5 days. The service was very good. The doctors & nurses were friendly, especially Dr. Richard, a specialist in internal medicine who is the best. BPJS patients are not differentiated... they are served immediately, the rooms are good and clean, only if you want outpatient & inpatient care you have to go through health facilities, but if you have conditions It's not possible to go straight to the emergency room and be served immediately. Thank you very much. I wish you more success & more progress for Colombia Asia BSD
