This hospital choose to decline their services. Need 2 hours+ in registration process. Useless online application, long queque, slow speed, bad service, useless service's machine. Do you think BPJS is free? All comments responded by the owner with only apologize but no real action!

Front office and ER (IGD) are quite good and professional, but once you stay overnights that's another story. Water from AC is dripping, bell to call the nurse is not working and despite of informing it to several nurses, nothing is done. And the nurse are really really slow response. To get things done, you have to inform them at least 3x. Seems like the ratio between nurse to patients is 1:10. So unfortunate. I got a good impression from front office and ER, i wouldn't expect it to end up like this. I hope management will do something to improve the situation.

Extremely awful. The administration process to release a patient need at least 3 hours, eventhough you already pay big amount of deposit money before they can provide you any services (I paid with my personal money, no insurance, no BPJS, I can't imagine how long people has to wait to release a patient if they use insurance or BPJS), it's even silly!! I will certainly never use this hospital as a referrence anymore, really not recommended.

Although the hospital's location made it quite hard to access, but it's still quite near from the Viktor Junction, which made the hospital's location still strategic enough. Good services from the staffs, nurses, and doctors. Very clean and comfortable. Also, there's a decent mini-cafe to buy some foods and drinks near the entrance, where you can either dine-in or take-away. Recommended.

Third times laboring in this hospital and their keeping better. Good job for the management to made the nursery room is more convenience than before, last time I visited on June 2022. Please keep up the better service! Nevertheless, long queue is still and always be the issue😅

Very not recommended for in-patient. You have to get the wheelchair by yourself from security post and drag it to the ER and put the patient by yourself to the chair and push them to the admission, no one is helping even if the patient is in emergency. The nurses are mostly unnecessarily unfriendly. Doctor only visit the in-patient once a day, and the visit usually happens less than 1 minute. I'm not exaggerating, once I even used stopwatch and the doctor only spent like 20 seconds. She even walk away in rush mid sentence and left us hanging like what the hell? No question can be asked at all. Well god knows how a proper diagnosis even can be done THAT BRIEF.

Sabtu jam 2 malam mengantar istri saya yang demam, muntah kuning, diare dari siang hari. Masuk igd depan karna ada demam istri saya disuruh pindah ke igd belakang (kondisinya sudah lemas tp dibiarkan jalan sendiri sedang sy urus admin). Sampai di igd belakang dpt dokter sangat tidak ramah ya dan ketika tau kita mau pake bpjs kelihatan sekali dokternya tidak suka. Kita disuruh pulang(?), tunggu faskes 1 buka, berobat di faskes 3x kalo ga ada perubahan baru rujukan ke poli bukan ke igd (itu regulasi benar memang) Setidaknya kalau memang tidak bisa di cover bpjs bicarain baik2 aja kalau hrs bayar pribadi yg penting ada penanganan bukan disuruh pulang dok. Tanyain masih punya stok obat apa dirumah buat ngurangin gejala gitu ya bkn lsg suruh pulang. Lalu pas istri saya sudah bangun dari bed igd mau plg dokter baru blg "kita kasih infus dan obat dulu deh pak biar enakan". Udah gak mood sebenernya buat nerusin berobat disana tp ngeliat istri yg udah lemes dan ga ada apotik yg buka terpaksa berobat disana. Sama2 hermina tp layanan sangat jauh dengan hermina grand wisata bekasi yg saya acungi jempol! Toilet sangat jorok. Bad services at all.
