Nice hospital with friendly staff members, esp the nurse. Nice building and most of the time it’s not too crowded. However the doctors could have been more informative about the action plan and medication they are giving to the patient. The cafetaria sell limited selection of food and they close early in the evening. It would have been nice if they stay open longer. No outdoor space where patients can do morning sun bathing, too bad.

This hospital is under RSPI pondok Indah group. The lobby is unique, more like garden greenhouse. Cafetaria is spacious, but in the evening, some light meal has run out. The mushola is clean. Many restaurants also within the walking distance, i.e KFC, mcD, Pizzahut, subway, wingstop, Sushimentai, etc.

So far having quite positive experience with this hospital, as one of Pondok Indah Group, RSPI Bintaro their positioning quite clear among private hospital in term of service standard, facility and service level deliverables. When my youngest daughter had been surgeries due to appendicitis, all the processes quite clear and the doctor also provide detail info. Not too crowded and have quite complete facilities including canteen/cafe make you will not have much difficulties to find some food/drinks while you accompany your families during hospitalization. If somehow the canteen/cafe were closed then you will easily find the fast food retail chain such as McD and Pizza in walk distance from this hospital or local traditional resto. During this pandemic, this hospital also provide drive through test for Covid-19 (PCR, Antigent and Rapid). Nice!.

I was failed for blood check almost everyday, and they have to call the senior nurse to take my blood after fail in stabbing right and left hand 2 times.... I think they need to have a good training or better only laboratory staff that taking care of the blood check not the nurses.. the food was bad, the taste too salty and didn't look good.. expensive hospital but everage service.... But the emergency was good, the staff was helpful and quick response...

Admin rawat jalannya nearly dont care about other people time. Everyone have the right to not wasting their time just because the lazyness of the staff to at least have little bit understanding by gibing an update to their patient if it will be 1-4 hour waiting time needed nit as oer their expectation. Hopefully the hospital think about this ans find a good solution ie: queing system methid which of course valued the time and money of both patient and doctor. It's just non productive to just being here waiting, lost quality time with little kids, especially during covid, where we need precaution at all time to ensure our safety to not getting infected.

Love the service. Especially w/ kids dental. Dentist was super patient and understand the needs of the kids to go through their fear and anxiety first. I recommend going for Dr. Rahma Natalia. My kids only want her now as their dentist 🤣 She works fast and super efficient ❤️ My son got his teeth fixed in less than 5 mins. The nurses are super helpful too! Unfortunately I can’t remember their names but I am telling you that you wont be disappointed with their impeccable service & tech.

Just sharing a family member's experience with their Emergency unit. First impression was not so good unfortunately. No attendants or nurses standing by at arrival to assist. Another nearby hospital is much better in that respect.

I prefer to go here now rather than their sister HQ in Pondok Indah where it's more crowded and more queues. Food at their Cafe is same as delicious as in Pondok Indah. Everything run faster here as not many patients as neighbouring RS Premier too. I love how they put water dispensers at their waiting areas, very thoughtful.

First time visit here today. I looked for general practitioner at 11.30 but the doctor has stopped receive any patient so I was directed to the ER. I was quite okay since it was me who didn't make any appointment, and the ER room looked like quite cozy to wait for. I ended up waiting for an hour in the waiting area OUTSIDE the ER with 3 people queueing before me, WITHOUT ANY CALLING TO ANY OF US :") I didn't know for sure but I saw 2 or 3 newcomer joined us and they were processed first instead us whom were waiting longer. Asked one of lady who was waiting before me (she looked like quite ill) and she said she's been waiting for 2 hours there. Without further ado, I left and went home. Actually I always amaze with the artsy design everytime I pass by the building, however it become disappointment at the end today :(
