It’s an amazing burger and sandwich place. Also do try the Chicken tenders buffalo style. Food is really tasty.

Great burgers! Love that they are made to order doneness of meat: medium rare, medium, well, etc. Onion rings are great as well, but a bit stingy, 4 onion rings for $4. Fries are ho-hum, go with something else. Live music on a Sunday night was a pleasant surprise! Great atmosphere.

This place became my usual place during my time in the area. The food is your typical diner food, such as burgers and fried food. The drinks are great and very reasonably priced. I always enjoyed a cold beer or a Moscow Mule. The service is what kept me returning. I always sat at the bar. It didn’t matter what time of day or day of week, the bartenders were outstanding. They made me feel like a local from my very first visit, and provided a “Cheers” vibe.

Came in a party of 9 was seated immediately. Sara was our server and she was wonderful. I never had to ask for a refill, my food was hot when it came out and it tasted amazing. It was a good experience from the moment I walked to the moment I left. I highly recommend this restaurant above most in the Southaven area. I have been going to this restaurant for the past 10 years and have never had a bad experience!

The first time I ate here I gave it 4 stars and thought it was ok. I have since eaten at Hueys a few times here and in Memphis. I have found that overall o really enjoy this establishment and the staff is typically most wonderful. Today I had Chloe, she was not only beautiful, but most genuine and attentive. I think it's fun you can sign your name or leave some words of wisdom on the wall. I'm certain I'll be back again before to long, it especially a great eat right before a movie.

It was too 🥶 cold in this place. I didn't want the fries after they brought it out with the containers(ranch) just thrown on top like that

I had the Huey's Burger with everything on it, which was great as usual. I had the onion rings with it, since I'm not a fan of steak cut fries, prefer thinner crisper fries, but onion rings I received were cut from large onion probably using outer layers of the onion which were tough and had to be cut with a knife instead of being able to just bite through them. That is the only reason I did not give them 5 stars, but they are still one of my go to places to go eat.

Pretty cool, laid back bar/restaurant. It was busy when we walked in, luckily there were 2 seats available at the bar. Due to being so busy/karaoke night, and Christmas week, service was very slow. I ordered a Philly Cheesesteak, minus mushrooms. Unfortunately when it arrived 25 mins later, it had mushrooms. Overall the food was good, after picking the shrooms off, the atmosphere was cool and laid back, and the service was good when she had a second to stop and assist you.

It is a nice local vibe restaurant. I liked the food and haven’t tasted this good of a beyond burger before. They have a nice karaoke bar and good lighting. The seating is very old and grimy. I have see few dead bugs on floor as well which was concerning. Service was up-to standard everyone was dressed up and energetic for a Monday night. Their menu is used as a placemat as well so don’t know how clean they are.

1st time. I got the sausage and cheese plate. Which is normally amazing, but it was like the grill wasn't cleaned and there was grease and grit on everything. Bartenders were great, I still had a nice time.

Party of 25 to celebrate graduation. Food came to table, hot and tasty. Our server, Brandon was super nice, very efficient and made everyone feel special. The manager, Mike handled a food hiccup like a pro and with a smile. Thank you! Huey’s in Southhaven for a really great dining experience!

Chicken Wings are Amazing!!!!!! Salad good!! Spinach dip was bland as ever had to add salt and pepper. The band added a nice vibe. The waitress Chloe was Absolutely Awesome!! It was a great Father's Day dinner.

Looking for late night eats near our hotel and we found Huey's. Our appetizer of Fried Mushrooms was some of the best I've ever tasted. Nice and crunchy but not overly bready. The burgers truly lived up to the hype that is on the menu. Tater tots, like the fried mushrooms, were also nice and crunchy. Dessert was also great, we had the brownie with ice cream. The brownie tasted homemade and was warm and soft. Definitely will be back the next time I am near a Huey's.

The Chilli we purchased last night was terrible! I’m including a basic Chilli recipe ! My suggestion is that you use it to improve what you’re serving now$ How do you make good homemade chili? • Heat olive in a large soup pot. • Add chopped onion and cook for 5 minutes. • Add ground beef and break it apart with a wooden spoon. • Cook for 6-7 minutes. • Add chili powder, cumin, sugar, tomato paste, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and optional cayenne. • Stir until well combined • Add diced tomatoes, kidney beans, beef broth, and tomato sauce. • Stir well • Simmer for 20-25 minutes. • Let the chili rest for 5-10 minutes before serving The bowl of Chili below is the recipe suggested!

On our trip home from Arkansas, my family decided to stop in for lunch. We stopped here based on the reviews I read online. We ordered the cheese sticks as an appetizer, and they were really really good. I ordered the ahi tuna steak sandwich, and this was the driest tuna I've ever had in my life. I had to add mayonnaise and ranch dressing to the sandwich just to make it edible because it was so dry. I was not asked how I wanted my tuna prepared to which I would have responded medium-well, but I don't think the cook would have known how to prepare that anyway. I also ordered the cheese fries with scallions, which is just a fancy word for green onions. They were steak fries and melted cheddar cheese with maybe a tbsp of green onions. By the time I got my food, the cheese had hardened. Worst cheese fries I've ever had. If you're going to use cheddar cheese instead of nacho cheese on fries, they must come straight to the table hot or the dish is ruined. The restaurant boasted having the award for best burgers in the Memphis area. My husband and one of our sons ordered different types of burgers and said they were alright. They said it's pretty hard to mess up a burger. One son, after being asked how he wanted his burger prepared responded medium-well. Needless to say, it came out well done. For dessert, I tried the lemon icebox pie. Worst aftertaste on a pie I've ever experienced. Plus, I believe it came from a box. We sat at a table near the entrance because it was quite crowded and this was the only table available. The tables were so close together that we got bumped every time someone passed by us. It was cold that day and every time the doors opened, we were hit with a blast of cold air. We all had to eat with our beanies, scarves, and coats on, which was very uncomfortable. I most definitely wouldn't recommend this place.

Great music, excellent service from attentive and polite employees. Clean (no smoking), appropriate for families with kids. Legendary Memphis food; I had the Huey burger and fries, can’t go wrong! See my more detailed review on Yelp.

There was a small problem with the burger that was quickly fixed. It was a busy night for them and the fixed burger tasted awesome. The fries were great and it has a pretty cool atmosphere. Staff was chill and friendly and I'd like to go back and try out their other food.

Great menu variety. Very friendly and attentive wait staff! Food quality above average but have to say the fries were a little dry for lack of better words. Would definitely recommend Huey's to others.

I had the steak snack which consisted of 5 bite size pieces. I asked for medium rare and it came to the table tender and juicy on a stick in a paper lined plastic snack tray. Not man size but with the accompanying fries it knocked the edge off and tasted great. If you are hungry order the 3 stick meal.

Went for lunch with old friends and took my 3 kids with us- party of 6. We were seated immediately. The hostess made sure to bring crayons and paper to keep the kids busy. I'm a widow with 3 kids ages 6 and under, so eating out with them can be very stressful. The staff helped to make this experience good. Food was good. Service was great. Thanks to our server, Amy. Good job!

We have been to 6 of the I think 9 locations now of Hueys Memphis area. This one is probably #3... food was good. Server sucked. Our favorite is still Midtown location - #1.

Could possibly be the best burgers in this part of town, but there's some stiff competition in the area. I going to get down to the bottom of this and burger my way though town. The service is excellent.

We ordered our food to go…Highly overrated for a $10 burger and chicken sandwich not including any sides. Bought fries…bland no seasoning and a mouth full of potato. We also got charged an extra service fee in which again we ordered To go. Yea this place just isn’t worth the money.

What happened to Hueys? It use to be the best place for delicious hot food at a great price. Not at this location. The fries are continuously soggy and my burger was rare—-and I asked for medium. The lemon ice box pie taste like the fridge. They also charge a service fee for Togo orders that you pick up yourself? That’s trashy corporate greed. This is a sad representation of what Huey’s is now. Let’s hope they get it together because I suggest you don’t waste your money until they do.

Burgers aren’t really my thing, but this one was decent. Nothing much to write about, pretty basic, but it tasted good. I debated between a rating of three or four, in the end I gave it a four bc the experience as a whole was pretty non-memorable and the food didn’t knock my socks off. It

Decent prices, good food, nice staff. Even with out the toothpicks in the ceiling anymore it still has the Huey's atmosphere that I enjoy.

I easily give Huey's a 5 out of 5. Their staff is absolutely fantastic as well as their food (I had the Huey burger lunch...cooked to order and one of the best burgers ever!). The atmosphere is relaxed with energy. You walk in and are greeted like a familiar friend. The staff is always busy taking care of the customers and "cutting up" with everyone as well. People of all ages having a great time and laughing while eating great food. They do serve alcohol and have a big TV for the games also. I would definitely go "out of the way" just to eat here again very soon!
