A waste of $50. The meat has no flavor and is super mushy. We asked for extra cheese and there was hardly any. Honestly, Jersey Mikes has a better Philly than this place.

09/22/2021 Really good cheesesteak for $10.50. It came out screaming hot. I love how the meat was chopped. Greasy, Juicy and Delicious with melty cheese. Outdoor seating with a nice view of the resource center. 😁 No restroom though.

I ordered the Hot Pastrami with Mustard. Came with waaay too much sauces. The meat was swimming in their house sauce and mustard. The bread couldn't hold it together. It was pretty gross.

This is thee BEST Cheesesteak in Tacoma. I will definitely be coming back here. Everyone in the family enjoyed it. The staff are extremely nice, the cook even came out to check to see how he did. It was absolutely delicious!!

This review is not a review on the food or service at Go Philly. It's a warning that the information on Google is wrong. The old yellow building has been torn down so we went to the new address that Google gave us which is about a block away. Google said the business is open, but it's not. The new building is still under construction. Save yourself some time and just go to the Lakewood location to begin with. The service and food there is good.

Hands down my favorite place to get a Philly cheesesteak. And the mushroom Philly, me and my girl both absolutely love it. Some real comfort food, I don't mind going out of my way to stop by this particular location. I recommend coming hungry, and if you're like myself, get extra meat and have about half of your portion for another time. I wish there was some way to advertise for these guys, would be nice to get couple cheese sticks 4 the people coming in from out of town. Promise you'll enjoy it, they got something for everyone.

This place is so delicious, from the phillies, steak and chicken both fire, the hush puppies are wonderful. Garlic fries hit so nicely. I cant wait to come back and try the buffalo fries. The lady who helped us was so friendly and patient with us asking questions. All in all a wonderful experience, will be coming back.

Food was great. Food came in less that 10 minutes and was hot. Only outside seating is available. Limited parking. Walk up window only; no drive through.

I am a hometown Philadelphian transplanted here in 2003 and I gotta say my cheesesteak from the new 15th and Tacoma Ave location was fantastic!! I had an original with white American cheese and sweet peppers, katsup & mayo with a Coke. There's always a bit of a wait but its so worth it. The food is amazing and high quality. I'm an Easy coast native and this is pretty darn close to "home" quality for me. If you're in a rush, order ahead by phone or online. The minimum wait time for online orders is about 30mins. If you call, its normally only 15-20mins. I'm a vegetarian and there veggie "cheesesteak" is AMAZING. It has a little kick to it. Prior to, I had the meat version and it was equally enjoyable.

At Go Philly cheese steak, we ordered Chicken Philly, chicken wings and fish with shrimp. I've tasted better at fish house but I wanted to give them a try because my son likes they're chicken. The food quality was not worth the $50+ bill.

Best Cheese Steak I've had in Washington State. I had the Deluxe with cheese wiz. The Reuben served on a roll (as opposed to Rye Bread) was excellent as well. Had that one with provolone, mustard, pickles, russian dressing and sour kraut. Bomb.Com!

As a connoisseur of cheesesteaks this place definitely won my vote. I’m from the east coast and have had the “originals”. ANYONE who doesn’t like them- obviously don’t know what a proper cheesesteak should taste like. I try not to eat a whole sandwich in one sitting to prevent being overstuffed but I couldn’t help it. It was TOO GOOD On top of that- the nice young lady who took my order was courteous and friendly

food is amazingly delicious but when ordering thru 3rd party apps like doordash you can't ask for different sauces it says call them. I called and asked for ranch telling her I only eat onion rings with ranch she confirmed she'd switch it out. order was delivered with the house sauce not ranch. how is one to eat something with a sauce they don't eat and trusted the staff to when they said they'd do something and didn't stick to their word? better report these items never received and missing and get your money back. I didnt get no ranch, well I didn't get no onion rings.

The customer service here was great! The wings were so delicious and fresh! I really loved how they had the daily bread outside for you to get! I would most definitely recommend! I gotta try one of there Philly Cheesesteaks next!

The fries were good. I got the Cajun fries and cheese dip and absolutely loved it, also got the onion rings which were pretty good as well. However I got the original philly cheese steak, and wasn't very fond of it, it Def needed more cheese. I was told by a co-worker who also went there to try the other ones with the works next time as to her it's a lot better. I been waiting forever for this place to open as it's very close to my place of work. I'm going to go back and try a different sandwich, and see if she is right lol. I hope she is... If it's better I'll update my review. I did appreciate the customer service, as it was very good. The lady at the window was friendly and kept my updated when my online order would be ready. Definitely give it a try and see if you like it... I'd go back for the fries for sure. Update... Get the po boy it's amazing (catfish is what I had) it's 🔥

Was pleasantly surprised by this experience! The service was excellent, and the food was even better! We got a regular and a supreme. Both were delicious. Sloppy but in the best way!!

I've waited so long for this new location to open. The food is always fresh and delicious. New menu items to try! If you haven't had anything from Go Philly, I highly recommend give them a try.

They finally opened! It was well worth the wait for the permits and construction to be finished. Order ahead of time to save from standing outside. They are definitely on my "comfort food" list.

ETA: They contacted me and said that the coupon that I was using wasn't theirs, even though it has their name. Problem is, the lady at the front counter said that they don't take that coupon "anymore" which means someone is lying. I'm assuming it's the owner blaming BECU for advertising for them for free? How does that make sense? What else are they lying about? Stay away. Stay very far away. Rude service is GUARANTEED here. Also, they advertise coupons and then refuse to accept them. When you ask them to follow through on their (obviously falsely) advertised special they say "We stopped that months ago", which is weird because it's been in the app for months. They also act like you're the problem just for asking. When you ask to have the owner call, they send you to the website and there isn't any contact information. Is this the kind of establishment you want to give your money to? Food is decent, if a bit salty, but it really isn't worth it to me anymore and I was a once a week customer. Met the owner and he seemed decent, but I can't deal with a small business that does the same thing corporations do to us. I'll make sure to steer clear and make sure all that I know do the same.

Went to this place for the first time. It's a order it online, pick it up in the drive thru for convenience type of place. The wings were really solid. Fresh, nicely fried, very meaty, and a really good buffalo and ranch sauce. The cheesesteak was honestly the best I've ever had. Fresh, soft authentic Philly roll, salty white American cheese. And the most important part, real, high quality sliced, tenderized, Ribeye steak, that is super tender, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. They put a lot of the meat into a nicely sized roll, and it's a very high quality Philly Cheesesteak that's the best I've ever had. Excellent!!!

The Supreme Cheesesteak is delicious, and it's a nice size that you can feed two people. The chicken was good. the only thing is the whole wings were over size. I'm just picky when it comes to my chicken, but all in all, it's a great place with many options
