Customer service extremely poor.

I think this might be the only restaurant in Spanish town that you can sit and dine in a comfortable atmosphere. Really good food and friendly staff. Seated dining with waiters.

The best place to dine with family and friends. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, desserts and snack. For all your wedding and party need, it's the best place to be. The food is out of this world. ❤️ 💕 💖 💓

I have ordered food before to be delivered but it was my first time going to the restaurant. There was ample parking space, when I went in customer service was excellent and the food was beyond great. The rice and peas was shelly and nice, the chicken was well seasoned and not oily and the curried goat was well done. 10/10 as usual

Food tasted good. I ordered fried chicken with rice & peas. I was pleasantly surprised when I received plantain. The quantity was great. I ate the food twice. The price for delivery was reasonable. However, I waited two hours for the delivery.

I really enjoyed my experience at Cecil's. The food was well seasoned and left all at the table very satisfied. The prices on the menu are very commendable given the portion sizes of the dishes. A big shout out to our server Romario!

All I can say is that customer service was great. The food was great and my friends had a lovely time. We enjoyed the curry goat and the Polk most of all I can say is keep up the good work.

Been here a few times. Food tastes pretty good. Stew pork, curried goat and the fried chicken dinner are my favorite. All mostly served with white rice or rice n peas with some shredded veg or pasta to the side. You get both if u order a large. I don't care for the pasta. I would rather a piece of yam or sweet potato but its seems that's not an option. I've aways ordered take out but always felt unsafe and uncomfortable in the little passageway that I have to order from. I just found out yesterday that they have decent eat in area with nice ambiance but was told can't order take out from that side, They did take my take out order with no fuss though. I will consider eating in next time just because the takeout passageway makes me feel like I need to keep looking over my shoulder. Despite that I would definitely keep ordering from Cecil's. The food is good.

I had a lovely dinning experience here and service was amazing. The food is extremely affordable and the staff is courteous. Possibly the best dining restaurant in Spanish Town. I really appreciate that they start you off with a broth that awakes your palate. Additionally there is ample parking at the extended secured parking lot. The major draw back is the location, this may deter potential customers.

The best advice is to call and order an hour before you need your food. Good food. Staff needs some customer service training.

I dined in. The staff was customer friendly. Food was prepared in a reasonable time. Price was very very reasonable. Food was well flavoured, well cooked and delicious. It's great for a small family dinner(post graduation celebration, parent birthday dinner, Father's Day or mother's day dinner). Adequate parking and a security is available to help with parking also. Honestly when you enter to dine-in, it doesn't feel like you are in volatile Spanish Town lol. Only downfall for me was the restroom; needs a bit more attention throughout the course of the day to try and reduce the odour while using the restroom. But I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and I will be going back.

The food was served hot which is good, but they need to know the true meaning of certain dishes. It cant have a chinese name with lots of local meals..Eg. choy fan with fried chicken. Cashier sounded annoyed. A board which describes the meal will prevent frequent questions being asked.

Not much parking. Caution must be taken in this area due to narrow roadways and fast moving traffic. Great cuisine.

The staff are friendly and the food is great. It does taste very authentic. For example, you can taste the coconut in the rice and peas and the soups are not runny. You actually get enough ground provisions in it. Also, the meals are affordable.

A lot of menu options are not available. However they have a delivery system that works. They do a good stew peas. It is not located in the most beautiful part of Spanish Town. They have good parking and security.

The restaurant is very exquisite and the customer service is very good...parking is also available. Great destination for your important occasion. 👌

I've gotten a few dishes from thus restaurant all were pretty decent!

Inside is wonderful, clean and plenty of seating. Had to take a star away because (1.) after ordering our food we received ‘complementary’ broth which was nice BUT the spoons were dirty. I asked the waitress to change them and she did. (2). When my food arrived (ordered the fried chicken /sweet & sour chicken combo with fried rice)—-the chicken portion was kind of small. Overall, I actually like the place. Would go again to be honest. Just want a little more chicken on the plate instead of the tiny pieces they gave.

The food was tasty but for $1200, I expected more than a piece of chicken leg and a spoon full of stewed pork. This is my second time purchasing and the meat portions should be more generous for the price

The location is great...away from the noise and confusion. A group of about 12 of us had lunch. The food was good.

We ordered the curried goat, stewed pork and fried chicken. We were surprised at the packaging, but we went with our best hopes. The packaging seems small, but it held A LOT of food inside. My fried chicken was delicious. Soft, crunchy, flavorful. My bro's stewed pork was fatty however, but savoringly delicious. Pops' curried mutton was tender and spicey. The prices did catch us off-guard... $1,050 for fried chicken? That's, shocking. Nevertheless, we'd buy here again for other dishes.

Had to wait long for the food and this was a take out. The person who was in charge of handing out the food had no customer service skills. The rice and peas need real coconut milk and peas. It was white. The vegetables need to be more palatable.

I waited an hour for a quarter white meat fried chicken and fries. People who ordered after me got their meal but I did not and when my meal finally came out i got two packets of ketchup for two orders of fries. I asked for more they said no. Terrible customer service

The food is good. It may not be authentic Chinese food but it's pretty good.

The waiteres was very patient. With us it was about 10 people.

Back in the day, the food was excellent especially the fried chicken. Nowadays, the food is still good but not like in the past. It's one of the handful of restaurants in Spanish Town were you can dine in peace, have meetings and functions with fairly good parking and security. They also do delivery and I have never had any problems. I miss the golden days though and wish it would come back.
