We have been eating Cevapi all over Croatia from small stands to sit down restaurants. This cevapi is hands down the BEST in Croatia. The sauce is flavorful. The bread is light and airy. The meat is filled perfectly. Do not pass up the opportunity to eat one!

I fell in love with cevapi here! It’s now one of the all time favorite foods. Seriously you have to try this place. So simple but so flavorful. Cheap eats at its finest. The bread is so soft and pillowy and the sauce and meat is bursting with flavor. This was the best thing I ate in Split. I’d return back just for another one of these!

I’m shocked how delicious the sandwich at this place was! I read about it online and was skeptical about how it could be so good with a few ingredients all packed together in the bread and my oh my I’m delightfully surprised! One of the best kinda of sandwiches I’ve had. The bread is pillow soft and the meat is cooked soft and tender with a little bit of Mediterranean spices. The red pepper spread and onions was the perfect addition. Don’t forget to make sure to have those added when ordering! So good. Would definitely go back again!

The kobasice (sausage burger) was really delicious and portions are big too. It is also affordable and quick to get the food. Not much space to sit so most likely you’ll have to eat it on the go 🍔

Local fast food grill restaurant. Popular with locals and tourist. Affordable prices. Friendly staff that was also open to some small talk. Cevapcici in a bun were good but not particular better than at other spots that we tried in Split. Meat fingers didn’t come from the grill directly but from some warming device. Meat quality was ok. Bread was good. Draft beer available.

Absolutely delicious. A very busy place serving what many told us is the best Ćevapi in Split!. The bread is the softest pillow-e you can imagine, super tasty and well seasoned sausages, cheese and a traditional sauce that elevates all the other flavors!. It was so good and so worth trying, I had more than once while I was there. Only cash! So make sure you have some Euros.

These are the best cevapi in, according to me, all of Croatia. I have tried cevapi in Dubrovnik, Makarska, Brac, Živogošće and these cevapi beats them all. It's a cosy little place with not so much room to sit or stand. But the taste makes up for all of it. A generous portion for a good price. The bread is dipped in the meat sauce and you get a generous amount of ajvar and kajmak. I really can't describe the food other than it is amazing. Visit this place.

We came here four times on our two day stay in Split. The cevapi is the best we've ever had. A touch on the pricer side for takeaway but it’s worth it. Great authentic feel, and the ladies that serve you are so lovely. We will miss this gem, a must try in your visit to Split!

No complaints, everything was fresh and tasted fine. We took two medium cevapis and portions were big.

Absolutely perfect place to get a quick bite to eat. This small restaurant specializes in Ćevapi, a local beef sausage served typically with onions and sour cream. The sandwich with their tomato spread, cream cheese, and onions was the best thing I ate during my time in Split. The location is cash only, and is frequented by both tourists and locals. There are only two small benches outside with some standing room inside but the food is absolutely divine. A must go when you are in Split.

People come to the tiny takeout counter at Kantun Paulina for one thing: cevapi. These are grilled minced meat sausages served with chopped onions, ajvar (eggplant pepper paste), kajmak (clotted cheese), and lepinja (a round flatbread). This is affordable fast food at its best, and everything is ready to be dished up into sandwiches or on plates right at the counter. The best part of all the different components, however, was definitely the freshly-baked, warm lepinja, which was super fluffy on the inside and paired perfectly with the meat, cheese, sauce, and onions. The ladies dishing up the food here weren’t necessarily the friendliest servers, but the food is what matters at an iconic cheap eats joint like this!

How can such a simple meal be that tasty? The dough is top notch, I loved that pita. And the rest of the ingredients truly compliment each other.

The ćevapi in lepinja was great! However, the lady that made is was quite rude and in her rushed manner botched my sandwich a bit. Half had ajvar and half had cheese, which meant only a few bites had the promised explosion of flavor. So the sandwich was great but the execution and service could have been better.

It's fantastic!!! The queue is so long that itself tells you the popularity. You need to wait 30 minutes at least but well worth the wait.

Quite possibly the best čevapi and lepinja I've had in Croatia so far. Ivar, onions (luk), and kajmak were top notch. The medium size was perfect for me but the small and large are also substantial in and of themselves. I highly recommend getting the čevapi sandwich. It's worth the wait in line. You won't be disappointed.

The Ćevapi is AMAZING. I took a medium one with everything inside and that made my day. Definitely recommended. Plus, it's close to the port/sea so you can easily walk 2 minutes and find yourself a nice spot where you can eat a great ćevapi while enjoying the view! 😋

Phenomenal cevapi with no fuss. An absolute must try for anyone visiting Split. Very casual eatery focused on serving up delicious sandwiches.

This place was highly recommended by our skipper Mario and it was AMAZING! The service was quick and friendly; the atmosphere is homey and the food is delicious!! 10 out of 10, highly recommend trying their cevapi!

Ćevapi. Ćevaporator is a Bosnian beef sausage sandwich with onions, cheese tomato, kinda like a hamburger. Bosnia & Herzegovina shares a border with Croatia and this dish makes a good fulfilling snack with its minced meat sausage and the fluffy dough bun. I agree with this Phil (of Somebody feeds Phil) on this could be the best Ćevapi in Croatia.

A must for a quick bite in the area. The bread is like a pillow. Had the cevapi burger. The roast pepper sauce is not spicy, slightly sweet. Very good as a whole.

Best cevapi I’ve ever eat! Really the best!!! The women (I guess also an owner) make them for more than 20 years. Recommend!

The hype is real - the food is bomb here. It was more tasty than our expensive dinner last night in “proper” restaurant

Pretty good local Croatian food ! The service was ultra fast and the food is pretty affordable. My only complaint is that I took the option with cheese and got very little of it, it was barely even perceivable. Still very happy !

This is a perfect sandwich. Place always seems to have a small line. But they serve you quickly. Price is fantastic and the quality of the sandwich is amazing. Nothing to complain about. I had it 4 times and wish I could have it more.

Cevipi is something illegal, so tasty. Always so many people on the streets waiting for orders. You can eat inside but there is no chairs only bar table. If you are not hungry I don't recommend you take middle or big portion) There are also other quite tasty burgers with chicken fillet. Come here, you'll definitely love it if you are a fan of street food

Delicious Čevapi w/ Kajmak. Order it and have them serve it the way they would eat it. Definitely worth the meal and they have several sizes.

Incredible food, so delicious! Honestly one of the best sandwiches I have ever eaten. The harissa and other sauces go perfectly with the meat and the bread is divine. Pair with a big beer and 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

We ordered cevapi and cheese burger as our budget fast food dinner. N they didn’t disappoint us! Meat was very juicy and the bread was soft and warm. We had it takeaway and enjoy at the promenade, so nice!

👍👍 The wings were bbq style saucy and a little spicy. I love spicy so I asked for hot sauce and the waiter brought over a trio of their own signature hot sauces. 👍👍 Best pizza I've ever had! And I just got back from a trip in Italy. The truffle and margarita pizza were amazing! But my favorite dish of the night, was the dessert pizza! Honestly couldn't recommend this place more. Will definitely be back!
