As everyone said, the waiters don't care about you. But thanks to the reviews I already knew that, and I actively annoyed a waiter until they brought our food, after 40 minutes of waiting time. The place is heavily understaffed. Most people sit there, wait 10 minutes, and then go away. No covid measurements whatsoever. No waiter had a mask. Please don't go to the restroom. I regret having done it. The food was amazing. Shrimps risotto for 90kn. When I asked for the bill they said they don't accept card (it wasn't written anywhere). I didn't have any cash with me, so they said "ok, then you don't have to pay" P.S. they said "we don't accept cards but only cash due to covid" lol

If this is suppose to be one of the top beaches around Split than this restaurant is like needle in the eye. Exceptionally bad service with most disgusting toilet I ve ever seen. Absolute shambles. The one star is for quite good tuna with grilled vegetables. Otherwise do not recommend to bother to visit.

Only takes cash but it's useless as they will just ignore you at the counter. Writing this as I've been waiting for 10 minutes and out of boredom took some pictures of the desolation of this place.

Restaurant on a beautiful place, in the shade of pine trees on Bene beach. The relaxed atmosfere, sound and beautiful view makes you feel very pleasant. Service is fast if not very crowded. Prices are average. The food menu may not be very practical and suitable for the beach. The toilets should be much cleaner.

30 min walk from old town takes you to this lovely beach view location. With this view and ambiance everything is bound to taste good. At least the pizza was really good and nice service. Cards accepted.

Hidden gem in the crowed city of Split. It felt like we did a day trip and landed in heaven. Great place for a swim, cold beers and snack. Food is also good. Staff was very friendly and attentive.

Avoid the bar!!! The following is a email I sent to the management but by previous reviews I don’t expect and reply The location is amazing and the food can be very good. The service today has been terrible, rude and aggressive I have eaten here the past two days and the food was superb and the girls serving us were very attentive, polite and on time. Today I was very rudely served, mocked by the waiter for the way I said thank you, repeating it to me three time with a higher voice each time. I would say he has been at ultra festival by his wrist band and was not fit for work. After asking at the bar for a menu, I had to order at the bar. The food arrived cold and without cutlery. I asked the waiter for cutlery as he left. He walked past us ten minutes later serving another table drinks. So my partner went to get us cutlery from the bar. By this point the food was cold. When I decided to go to the bar to pay after waiting for our table to be cleared for 30 minutes I told the server I would like to make a comment. He was rude and aggressive and then kept trying to shake my hand. Would not get a manager and started insulting me in Croatian to his colleagues Very very poor experience, which is such a shame as the past two days have been fantastic food and service

I didn’t understand not good reviews…Food is tasty, we ate here 2 times, service also is great, the place is near to the sea. Price not higher than in the centre of city, but here you get magical view.

Nice views and great place to swim. Set up was comfy with great drink selection. Although food was not great. About 20 items to choose from but only 3 where available. I’ve always been a fan of restaurants that run out of items, as it shows quality over supply. But 3 items of 20 is not good. And service was so so. So if your looking for a spot to swim or drinks and a view of the ocean great spot. We wanted food so only 2 stars. But a 3-4 if your just looking for drinks.

A wonderful place but very bad service and food. You CAN'T PAY WITH CARD and it's written no where! No info about that, such à shame. So bring cash. Waiter is not polite at all.

Staff would rather play cards than take your money, have gotten to take my own drinks from the coolers, opening them and leaving money on the counter. Beer is 30 Kkuna, sunbed is 130 Kuna, and sometimes they come to collect, other times not. Food was okay, however the card machine "wasn't working" for two days being there, although it was clearly on and connected. They have a single person toilet inside, but cleanliness is rather lacking. The only shower in this alcove isn't working either. Could be a beautiful and exquisite place, however it's poorly maintained. Beach and nature almost compensate for the experience though.

We have the same experience as the others - waiter ignored us. Should I beg them to order an overpriced average pizza and bottled beer?

Lovely location and nice staff. Unfortunately that's where the positive part ends. They recently have changed their menu to remove things like pizza, burgers and fries and implemented "fancy" food. This was an extreme error in judgement. The hummus and octopus baskets were ok but served in a sweet pastry which just doesn't work. The mojito wasn't good either. Finally, considering it's such a small menu, you expect everything to be available. Having no bread for the cold cuts and cheese dish was another let down. Has all the potential in the world to be a great spot but it misses the mark. The toilets were also disgusting.

Tuna was horrible, it was overcooked and looked like it was out the freezer. The mozzarella salad was like tofu very rubber like! And too expensive.

The view and natural surroundings make up for how awful this restaurant is. Honestly… I’m surprised by the positive reviews most recently put on here. The staff are ridiculously rude (and that’s without us asking stupid questions or being dissatisfied with anything). We merely ordered a coffee and a beer. The way they acted towards us was so strange. Seeing the other negative reviews, I thought they probably had a bad day, but it’s clearly a poor attitude problem (and they’ve all influenced each other with it).

First time in Croatia I experienced a racism! We order coffee and stayed at the beach by the place. In 30 minutes we got approached by a group of teenagers that told us to leave as it’s their place and their country, so they can do whatever they want. They splashed us with water and told us to go back to our country (we are two women from Ukraine 🇺🇦) and when we moved to the other place they started to throw rocks in our direction. I went to the restaurant for a help and the local stuff told me they cannot do anything about hat situation and calling the police will take a lot of time, the best thing we can do is to leave the restaurant. At the end manager wished us a good stay in Croatia….

Literally the best truffle pasta i’ve ever had!!! Also a gorgeous view. And for only €15. 100% recommend!! Amazing staff as well.

We had a tuna steak and a margarita pizza. The food was better than we were expecting. The service was friendly, the food was reasonably priced. As for the view, see the pics. Would definitely recommend.

I've been to several beaches along the Split coastline and this is my favourite spot to sunbathe and for drinks and good music! I think drinks are inexpensive,& there's an alcoholic& soft drink menu. It's chilled, the music is cool & isn't too loud. the prettiest spot with unspoilt panoramic views! Highly recommend. Also very good service by our beautiful waitress Sara❣️

We had the French fries with vegetables and it was nothing to write home about (although it took 30 minutes).

Nice view and a lovely location. However, the food choices were not fitting to where it was located, and the beers we got all tasted off, and after replacing 3 of the beers and saying we would get them free the server added 1 of them to the final bill. Would recommend coming here but bring food and water yourself. The restaurant is not worth it.

Very nice place, coffee is not barista type, but it is nice enough, price is fair 2,5 euro for cappuccino. Place around it is beautiful

Good restaurant to grab a bite while at the beach. Food was nice and not over priced, considering the location.

I do not expect much from a lunch place next to the beach like this, as they usually rely on their location/availability to attract customers, but the food here really exceeded expectations. The truffle pasta was delicious and the cold cut plate was really nice as well. Beer could have been colder though.

Great food and affordable prices. Nice place to sit and enjoy after a long walk through the beautiful forest. Also during weekeds there are a lot of people, place is crowded. Nearby there is tennis courta, small outdoor gym and nice beach in front of the reataurant.

This is one of my favorite places to enjoy a meal or have a beer while marveling at the view.
