I stayed in the apartment at 27 Plinarska on the lower floor with a balcony. It was absolutely beautiful and made me feel like I’d settled into my own home in Split. It’s situated on a quiet street in the old town area, so it’s separated from the crowds of the Riva area. The apartment was spacious and seemed to have been renovated very recently. It felt high quality, with nice touches throughout. The bathroom in particular was beautiful. The street and immediate area have everything you’d need, including a small supermarket and plenty of restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful. My only criticism is the amount of noise from any guests staying in the upstairs apartment above. Being an older building, I could hear every single footstep of the upstairs guests, thunderously echoing through my room. Thankfully they went to sleep at a reasonable time.

During a wonderful stay in Croatia with our family, we stayed 2 nights at the hotel Divota, Deluxe three bedroom villa, terrace & jaccuzzi. The villa is beautiful and charming. The staff is adorable and discreet at the same time. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.

We took the deluxe studio with balcony on Kovacica 20 it was amazing. Modern design, the kitchen is fully equipped, every day cleaning with replenishing Nespresso capsules, dishwashing capsules and washing powder capsules. The breakfast is tasty and available just few minutes walking in another building, you can also get your breakfast delivered to your place in case your trip starts early morning and most important for us was the amazing location very close to the old town of Split and also walking distance to beautiful Marjan hill where you can hike or check out viewpoint with beautiful view of Split. Very helpful and friendly staff. The only thing missing is iron board and iron but you can request it from reception and they will deliver it to your place within few minutes.

Great hot shower with super nice spa products. Cute balcony with table and chair to sit outside. Large space, big comfy bed. Nice place, close to everything but tucked away

Everything was perfect, from the location to the staff. Our room was spacious and very clean. We had a coffee maker and tea making facilities. The bathroom was beautiful and modern and we had some nice smelly shower gels, shampoos and body lotions. Breakfast was included. The chef was great and cooked hot food depending on what we wanted. All the food was organic and well presented. We also used the spa which was great. On arrival, the lady at reception was extremely friendly and showed us areas of interest on a map. Our room was ready early so we could check in straight away. I would definitely use Divota again. Very pretty and relaxing. Thank you

Enjoyed staying at this hotel. It was clean, comfortable, the breakfast was great and fresh. I wish that the room had been slightly more spacious, I wish that the bathroom had a fan, and I wish that the hotel were a little more generous in terms of the toilet paper in the restroom (either providing two rather than one extra roll or providing larger, double-sized rolls). Overall, I was pleased and would stay here again. Great value for the price.

We stayed at Divota for six nights on our honeymoon. The staff were so lovely and accommodating and actually upgraded our booking on arrival. They explained site seeing options, parking etc on arrival and helped us with our bags to the room. They also allowed us to borrow their phone for an unexpected international call. Our studio apartment was located in the same building as the breakfast room, so it was exceptionally convenient. The room was very well presented and had a beautiful balcony that was lovely to relax on in the afternoon/evenings. The area was quiet, but you really felt like you were a part of the village at the same time. It was a short walk to cafes/restaurants and sight seeing at the Diocletian Palace and harbour. The breakfast was amazing! It felt like a lovely little cafe with coffee and eggs made to order (by lovely staff) and wonderful healthy options set out each day. It was the best breakfast we’ve had on our travels through Europe. We would absolutely recommend Divota to anyone and would happily return again.

We enjoyed the stay very much. The personal was very friendly and kind. The room we had, was 5 minutes walk away from the central reception and 2 minutes walk from breakfast house. The hotel seems to be split into multiple houses. Our room was in sous-terrain, and well renovated, with a nice bath tub, and comfortable bed. The location is 10 Minutes walk from the harbor promenade and the diocletian palace. The price was fair and the breakfast good (maybe a smaller selection but good quality). There is a parking lot near the hotel, in the same road, where you can park for free at the weekend.

I recently stayed at Divota apartment hotel & was more than impressed. My little house was gorgeous & centrally located in old town. It had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable with a coffee machine, Bosch washing machine, deluxe pamper products & a breakfast house that had the most amazing breakfast on offer with fresh, seasonal fruits, omelets to order, warm pastries, protein and green smoothies & more. The hospitality was warm & caring....I can't fault it. Will definitely stay there again & have recommended it to all my friends.

Had a wonderful holiday staying in the deluxe studio apartment 402, this apartment had everything you needed. It was a short walk to the breakfast room in which they have everything from cereals to cooked, everything was clearly marked for you as well, the three lovely members of staff were very accommodating to your needs as well. Reception staff were very helpful and explained where everything was on the map for you, which was extremely helpful. Exceptionally clean and well positioned apartment, it was a 5 to 10 minute walk from the harbour which was a beautiful place for a stroll, A boat trip, bit of shopping or just a simple relax and have a drink or something to eat. Just behind the harbour was the cathedral and bell tower which are really interesting places to visit. If you are up for a walk the forest park is a beautiful place and has amazing viewing points where you can take some stunning pictures

Really beautiful stay in an "apartment-hotel" type setting. We enjoyed the location just off the beaten path and the intimate small building that looks out on the yoga garden, do check out the classes! The room was modern with good windows, bath and a small fridge with plates and silverware. It helped us to relax after a long two days getting to Split. The breakfast was ok, simple items, but with full water service, in a nearby restaurant. My only feedback was the music was a bit too much stimulation for the morning for a weary traveler. Front desk staff were really friendly and helpful with booking bus travel to Bosnia.

Rooms clean,cool, and fresh. Unfortunately, our flight ✈️ was early so we left at 830am . The breakfast voucher was not valid. We were told that reception would deliver an early breakfast to our flat.
