I had a lovely time during my stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were very helpful, breakfast was diverse and the room was comfortable. Would recommend!

It’s a good hotel for a 3 star, but not a 4 star, the air condition and breakfast is poor, but the worst was the treatment from one of the staff, ana mustapic was uncooperative and VERY rude, it’s so sad to end such a beautiful trip through Croatia with this bad experience. Hotels should be more careful to hire qualified staff.

Almost no electricy in the room- only one working contact. Cold room- only portable heater. Cold bathroom- No heater! For almost 80€ per night!!! This room is a joke!

Great location, an adjoining restaurant has some of the best Croatian food that I have eaten. The staff was very friendly and most helpful. I gave them a 4 star only because they were having AC problems and unable to repair over the weekend. They apologized by presenting a very nice bottle of wine.

Smelly with a odore of bad plumbing. Small room and a malfunctioning air conditioner. Electricity needed attention as well. Breakfast was ok. Good location.

We really miss not having a kettle in the room to make tea and coffee. This little omission really spoils our holiday And the key card is temperamental and as we're on the top floor it's a chore trugging back down to reactivate it Location is great if you have full mobility Breakfast is just Ok Staff are brilliant

We were so thankful our driver showed us the best route to the hotel inside the palace. The Jupiter Luxury Hotel was a great place to stay and centrally located for exploring all of old town Split. We were within easy walking distance to a number of restaurants and, being inside the palace, the location made early morning exploration possible before it became overrun with visitors.

I can't say a lot of good things about the rooms, VERY small, BUT the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We really enjoyed talking with Julia, Annamaria, Ivan, and Bruno. It's in a great location, but I'd recommend for younger travelers or small groups. The pictures are deceptive for the rooms scale. Hot tub wasn't working and also had to be booked in advance, WiFi also didn't work the MAJORITY (95%+) of the time we stayed here (6 days of our 2 week trip) which really made us eat up all our data, which is disappointing, and we'll be curious to see how much the data roaming is doing to cost us on our next bill. The air conditioning also didn't work in 2 out of the 3 rooms we got and we had to request to have our family moved to a room with working A/C. I personally would have rather stayed in a hotel with better accommodations within walking distance to the palace.

Lovely hotel located right in the heart of Split. Our rooms were a good size and very clean, each with a nice original stone feature wall and some cool lighting, the breakfast spread was impressive and most importantly all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. If we are ever in Split again we will most definitely return.

The only thing that lets this hotel down, and lets it down in a big way, is the staff. I was at the front desk seeking information and part way into the conversation the male receptionist simply moved away and welcomed another guest who was booking in. Whilst his colleagues apologised when I complained he didn’t see a problem. An early morning wake up call the next morning didn’t eventuate. The client service is way below what is expected of a hotel rates 4 stars

Rooms are decent and location is great BUT THE STAFF IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. This is by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. The staff are completely apathetic. All I asked for was an iron for my clothes one night and some hot water to make some tea using my own teabag another night and the staff could not care less. They simply shrugged and said we don’t have it. You don’t have hot water?!? Seriously?!?! Would NOT RECOMMEND.

Ideally situated in the middle of the Old Palace, within easy distance of the cathedral, the catacombs and many historical sites. There are many cafés and bars within the Palace walls, as well as the promenade. Staff were extremely friendly and informative. The rooms are well proportioned and comfortable, with an excellent rainwater shower.

It was not as advertised in the pictures. The rooms are very small and dark. I bought a room with 2 queen beds and the room did not come with it. The room also smelled like someone had been smoking in it which was vile. It was so awful that I bought another hotel room at a different hotel and stayed there since they would not give me any compensation. The location is good since it’s in the old town of split but everything else was awful. I am not sure how this hotel was ever given 4 stars. It is a 2 star hotel at best.

This was a super cool hotel experience getting to stay literally in the ruins of Diocletians Palace. Prime location in Split close to all of the major sights. Room was basic but nice compared to other European hotels I've stayed in. It was super hot during my stay so I was thankful to have the AC to retreat to when needed. Bed was comfortable. The included breakfast had a decent variety and tasted good. Front desk staff were friendly and super helpful. Just a note if you're travelling with a lot of bags or decreased mobility, there is no car access to this hotel so it will require about a 2 minute walk across uneven cobblestones and a few shallow stairs depending on the route you take in.

Practically built into Diocletian's Palace. Very nice room, huge bathroom, nice breakfast, and a very large horse lamp in the lobby. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Rooms were very spacious. Modern bathrooms. Location was perfect - right next to temple of Jupiter in old town Split.

Erinomainen sijainti. Hotelli palatsin muurien sisällä. Hieno erilainen ympäristö. Rauhallinen, alueelle ei päässyt autolla, joten ei roskusten kolistelua aamutuimaan. Avatessa ikkunan kuulit kuoron laulua vestibul "salilta"

Sweltering, and the rooms are way too small for a family. There was no place to put our luggage when the sofa bed was pulled out. The air conditioner did not cool the room and smelled. The bathroom vent was not functioning. The wifi was weak.

Loved the hotel - once we found it! I was told it was easy to find from the port and I relied on Google maps. Big mistake. We should have asked for detailed directions but it is like many places - oh so easy to find, once you know the way. That said, the room was very comfortable, breakfast good and the Reception staff were friendly and very helpful.

Cute little hotel with themed rooms. The ACC is very poor. This was the hottest I’ve even been in a hotel and woke up regularly throughout the night. In desperate need to ACC system replacement.

Very pleasant place with friendly staff . Not all rooms would be accessible if you have a wheelchair. Excellent breakfast

Perfectly lovely hotel in centrally located Diocletian palace. Room was small but comfortable, clean, and modern.

Jupiter restaurant food is a scam. No taste, small portions, expensive as heck. The service is also poor. You can only pay cash which you learn at the end. Bathroom looks like a a trains station bathroom, small and dirty. The location is vvery good, but it's not worth it.

Some minus comes from.. Breakfest-almost everything runs out time and time again.Staff lady was not so nice and cooperative. Covid-signs saying how to handle it properly and still all the handsanitizers were empty(or missing compleatly). Room- few things broken (or repaired) poorly. Lot of problems with the room keycards. If u want to go everywhere fast and have all the services near this is the place!! Hotel is over all quite good, few things to upgrade and it's brilliant.

We attempted to stay here back in July for our honeymoon Absolutely Terrible... This hotel was recommended on Chase Travel and we booked with points. It looked amazing on the website. When we checked in we found out all the amenities were unavailable, because of covid. Which was weird because the guy at the front desk wasn't even wearing a mask. Nothing was unavailable at the next hotel we went to. We go to the room and it was so small and hot. the pictures on the website are extremely deceiving. The room was in an attic, the ceilings were so low my husband and I had to crouch down to walk into the room, to get into the bathroom, and the shower. We had to double check the pictures we saw online because we couldn't believe we would book a room like this. We didn't even last 20 minutes and we checked out. The Hotel refused the refund us for a 4 night stay. Learn from our mistake and read google reviews for hotels you find on your credit card travel site.

Amazing location! The rooms were small but very charming. I don’t mind the small rooms considering the hotel is smack dab in the middle of medieval buildings. Our room was also very clean. The staff was nice and helpful, we forgot our power converter and they let us use theirs for the entirety of our stay. Would 100% stay again.

Superb location and nice room but: • No light on the stairs • No remote control for TV • No heating in the bathroom • TV not working • Sauna and jacuzzi not in operation • Very average breakfast • Lukewarm water Damage to cheer this beautiful place by mediocre benefits

EVERYone at Jupiter was fabulous! We had never been to Split, and the staff was most helpful and accommodating with everything, especially local recommendations (currency exchange, transportation, etc.) Views from the fifth floor (500) are gorgeous btw!! (see pics) Many wonderful places to get lost, eat, and explore nearby. In the heart of the very old and historic part of town (the palača), the area is an ancient energetic maze!! This is not the place to stay if you need to pull your car/taxi right up to the front door though....

Amazing locatin, hotel is renovated but already with a lot of problems. Huge problem is only one small lift, that actually takes 5 min to get from room to Reception.Biggest confusion was stairs, since they go only till 3rd floor amd hotel has 5 or 6 floors.Small rooms but nicely decorated and charming.

Great location with lovely rooms, good breakfast and the most helpful staff you could ask for, all of which made our stay perfect. Would definitely recommend.

We had a perfect 4-night stay here in July 2023 during our trip to Split. The hotel is in the heart of the city and is truly the best location for anyone looking to do a lot within the Diocletian's Palace area. Although the room was smaller than what I'm used to for a hotel, it makes sense given the area and it was fine considering I barely spend time in my room while on vacation anyway! The staff were great, and the breakfast each morning was the best way to start my day before sightseeing.

👍👍 When you are on the way to the viewpoint, you can find this strategically positioned restaurant called Fife. The menu is big, and you can find lots of Croatian's typical dishes here. 👍👍 The wings were bbq style saucy and a little spicy. I love spicy so I asked for hot sauce and the waiter brought over a trio of their own signature hot sauces. It was fun to try the all three spices. The chicken sandwich was huge because we order one size up. This place is fun with lively music/atmos...

👍👍 Best pizza I've ever had! And I just got back from a trip in Italy. The truffle and margarita pizza were amazing! But my favorite dish of the night, was the dessert pizza! Honestly couldn't recommend this place more. Will definitely be back!
