Very bad hotel. The staff is very rude. The woman of the hotel was even secretly making videos of us. They are very critical of everything you do. For example, you are not allowed to take food and drinks into your room. There is also no swimming pool at this hotel, although this was promised to us. Furthermore, the water in the shower does not drain and there is no refrigerator in the room. I would definitely not recommend this hotel!! This was one of my worst hotel experiences.

Superb hotel, really friendly and cheerful staff. They were very welcoming when we arrived and during the stay. Swimming pools were kept clean and there was an adults and child's pool. It's also by the beach and yachts. The beach bar is really pleasant and drinks are good value.

We stayed here for 4 night for ultra 2017. its your average hotel ok size rooms, nice firm beds, decent size bathrooms and the most important thing is that it was clean! Cleaners would come every day, change the sheets, take the towels give us new towels and sheets and clean up the room. They were always helpful asking us if we needed extra towels, soap or body wash. They had a 24 hour front desk. The staff were always helpful, telling us what to see, how to get there, booking excursions and taxis for us. free breakfast that was included was decent and they had a bar. They were also kind enough to give us classes and a small bucket of ice when ever we wanted. The best this about this hotel is the beach bar which is around the side. Had lots of seating and sun loungers to chill on, if you wanted a drink you could go up to the bar or let one of the waiters get you one. They had nice chill out music playing and if you got too hot you can just into the sea to cool off. It was awesome! The only bad thing i have to say about this place is the late checkout out fee that they charged us, 90 euro! To checkout at 2 instead of 10. In summary great place, good location if you want to go to ultra and to see the old town, amazing beach bar, clean and the staff are very helpful. The bedrooms are on the small size, don't do dinner and the late checkout fee was way too high. All in all I would stay there again.

If you walk from the bus station it takes 30 min. The room was OK. The bed was a bit hard and the bathroom tiny. The receptionist was very strange when we got there. She did not first find our booking and made us feel uncomfortable. She had a very strange service approach.

The room itself was okay. What really left a bad taste is the unprofessional service. I let the staff know that I would check out one day earlier than what was booked and already paid for. On my return from the city and just before checking out early (afternoon of the day before paid reservation and regular departure), I found my room cleared out and my luggage bag, including a computer and tablet PC, left unsupervised in the hallway. The room was emptied and prepared for the next guest, although it was still paid for that night. Still surprised and flabbergasted from the situation, I was kindly offered the option to refresh myself or change my clothes in the lobby bathroom, if needed. Thanks, I guess.

the hotel is not recommended at all. After repeated requests to clean the room, the cleaning lady never came during the whole stay. the garbage was overflowing, we didn't have fresh towels. Nothing is refilled at breakfast. So first come, first served. You hardly have a choice, cheese is usually empty by 8:30.

Nice sea side hotel not expensive

Rude ignorant receptionist claiming they don’t have guest WC, what a joke. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here.

We arrived late in the evening to be faced with the most ignorant receptionist known to man. We appeared to have disturbed him from eating his crisps and watching tv. He took photos of our passports on his personal phone with no explanation, which concerned us. Half way through our stay, we noticed water leaking through to the fuse board. When reported we were told to turn off the Aircon until they get it fixed (30 + degrees outside). 20 minutes before we had to leave the hotel , 2 blokes and another receptionist knocked the door to fix the Aircon, again , no apology. I would also like to mention the awful service in the beach bar , all the staff were rude and unhelpful, this seemed quite common in Split/Croatia… The only highlight from this s*** show was the lovely little lady who prepared breakfast and collected the dishes, she was awesome

Best Hotel in Split. It's located 5 minutes from the city center by foot. Service is just incredible, rooms just great, clean, comfortable and with enough space. Nearby you have a such great fish restaurants, I suggest you try local food, you'll not regret it. Looking forward to come to this place if I ever visit Split again.

This is one of the worst hotels ever with the worst price-performance ratio. Poor equipped rooms, bad breakfast, noise, mosquitos everywhere. The only good thing is location close to the centre.

The hotel offers breakfast and dinner. It is located near the sea and you can reac the center comfortably on foot. Rooms aren't very large but there is air conditioning and TV

Beautiful views straight off the balcony onto the Adriatic. Hotel is undergoing construction 5/18, but the view is worth the price! Very friendly front desk

Beautiful views at this hotel. Beach is close by and the city is not too far to walk to. Can be a little busy here with all the people coming for swimming lessons and water polo stuff but it is quieter than being right in the city. Awesome beach bar right at the waters edge too! Good breakfast, comfortable rooms and everyone is very friendly. Would definitely recommend staying here!
