This hotel should NOT be in the Hospitality business as the management are a bunch of arrogant con artists who continually like to belittle and insult guests and take their money and provide ZERO SERVICE , if you don't believe me just read their reply to my review of my experience at this joke of a hotel! I'm actually glad I didn't stay there now, who would want to stay in a place thats so vile and evil. Run far away from this hotel. A nearby hotel booking expert of 30 years called your hotel to verify if you had a dog policy prior to helping us book but no one picked up the phone , “MAYA “ who was working at your front desk was apparently not working the phone line , you need fix your UNDERSTAFFED ESTABLISHMENT if you plan to take calls. REGARDLESS people who have SERVICE ANIMALS have rights and are protected , under the law , upon checking in, I did not come into the hotel with ANY DOG or dogs , so it was impossible for you to know what size they were. And you were not even there! And what did the size matter to you if you had a policy against service animals which you don’t ? You contradict your self yet again and are inconsistent , but that’s understandable considering you like to keep money from unknowing tourists it must be your way of a warm welcome to your country . (WARNING TO ANYONE WHO IS REFUSED A STAY , have the hotel cancel or cancel the booking right away or else they will lie and say you stayed when you didn’t .) Probably the worst hotel experience I have ever had to deal with . The management are condescending thieves, beware don’t stay here unless you want to get robbed blind. They refused to let me stay ( because they don’t allow dogs ) despite it was a service dog and still kept my money of over $240 for a 1 night stay which was booked only a few minutes prior and discriminated against me . They had the opportunity to do the right thing and give me back my money since they were not allowing me to stay but decided not to! Proof that this hotel should be AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS . Look elsewhere!

We stayed here Sept.17/18,as part of a tour package.I had souvenir gifts stolen from my suitcase. Our room was left unlocked. The room had not been cleaned,at all.Just dropped off towels. And coincidentally both of our room keys were deactivated. No kettles in the room and breakfast was substandard.Be cautious if American staying at this hotel. There is an obvious lack of concern for your belongings and safety.

Avoid ! They stole my money and did not let me to check In because I travel with my service animal they discriminated against me ... They are rude and inconsiderate and really need to be put out of business for their theft and business scam. Their condescending and patronizing attitude is an understatement .

Great room. Fab reception. Good food selection. Easy walk to the old town centre. I had trouble with the safe and reception rescued me 😁. 2 comments for transparency: the garbage wasn't emptied from the previous occupants but I did get early check in so I'm ok with it. At the breakfast buffet, I asked a young gentleman for a fork but didn't realize it was at the table. He just gave me a glaring look and a mumbled response that I didn't understand. I just needed coffee and their coffee machines delivered 😄.

We stayed here as part of a self guided walk. The room was super comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful. The food at the restaurant was outstanding. We had a 3 course meal including a generous delicious glass of wine for 20 euros!! Amazing. Fish soup that was clear and tasty. Sea bream filets beautifully grilled, great veges and hand cut chips. Fruit creme patisserie, light, not too sweet. Why is this restaurant not booked out every night!! Not in the main tourist old town centre, but with easy access.

Extremely well located hotel within 15 minutes walk of the city centre and port. The hotel is modern and well laid out with spacious and clean rooms. The staff are very helpful and always ready to assist guests to make their stay easier. The breakfast is varied and copious. I recommend the hotel

Compared to other 4 star hotels I’ve stayed, this one clearly stands out for the decoration and services, especially the staff in the restaurant, they are so helpful and friendly, allowed me to take breakfast before 7am in order for me to catch up my boat tour at 7:30, thank you~ The breakfast is the best I’ve had, although the variety is not as many as 5 star hotels offer, the quality is top notch, and the roasted vegetables are so tasty!

maybe more 3.75/4star. Was here in 2019 for Ultra Europe. my room was facing towards the street and it can be noisy at night from the people. My AC unit was also dusty(?) so my sinuses didn't like it too much but i got used to it it seems. IIRC, my bed was 2 put together as one. My itinerary from UMF's partner said I got free access to the mini-bar, but the hotel said its false.. Overall I would say it is kind of expensive in the summer. but its a convenient location.

Nice hotel with mini bar in room, good breakfast and many choice of food. Stayed here with my wife, although our booking stated that the room is with either double bed or twin bed, we requested for a double bed but got a twin bed - which was fine. In the middle of the city and walking distance (3mins) from the last stop of bus 37 ( bus from the airport). One can hear the beep of traffic light and passing cars at night, other than that the location is very good, easy walk to the Split port and city attractions. I wouldrecommend to stay in this hotel.

Friendly and communicative staff. Nice and spacious room with attractive interior. Good location, parkplace secured. Breakfast is unfortunately weak, small portions and very humble offer. For the price you pay and it is not low for sure, this is not an option.

Its a nice stay. Couple of flaws in the fixtures but otherwise nice. Staff are extremely helpful which is a huge help in a strange city.

Hi! I was together with my fiancé at “hotel corner” Split, And I wanted to tell you , In my 32 years of living, Including 50 countries and hundreds of hotels, I never (!) got an amazing service as We got from Mr. Ante Granic. Words cannot describe his level of service, We had some special requests, and Ante have never-ending patient , And he was happy to share with us his Enormous knowledge about the city, the country and much more… Once in a life experience! We couldn’t be happier! Thank you dear Ante and hope to see you very soon

Great place to stay in such a busy city. Hotel includes a big parking lot. Room was nice and breakfast had many options.

This was a last minute booking and we would not recommend this hotel. Although staff is nice and we were able to check in earlier, hotel has obvious cleaning issues. I never minded cheaper hotels as long as they are clean. Our room had dark mold growing in the bathroom/showet. Area around sink was clearly damaged from water collecting around sink. Also the actual wood was falling apart from moisture. The carpet in the room was quite dirty. There were no slippers so advise to bring flip flops. We did not have blankets in the room. There were blankets in th closet just all thrown in and looked like they were already used. Fridge was so noisy that we had to unplug it. AC was also quite noisy and making rattling sounds. Sound isolation was awful. I'm fine with hearing people in hallways but we heard our neighbors snoring and coughing right next to us. If I would know the language they spoke, there would not be an issue to understand what they were saying. The worst part was that there was still a garbage laying in the corner of the room probably left from the previous guest.. obviously cleaning people only take care of visible areas. Yep. You can be as service minded as you want, but I would not recommend this hotel as 170 eur a night is a way too high price to pay for such a low standard.

😠 DO NOT STAY HERE. As soon as I walked into my hotel room I got on my phone and tried to find an alternate hotel. This was by far the worst hotel I have ever seen. Says its a 4 star hotel but should be a 2 star. Walked into my room and there were stains all over the carpet- very very dirty. Requested...
