The hotel is great and actually much nicer that it looks in the pictures. But what made our stay very exceptional was the manager Dube (hotel Manager) and the rest of his staff. Our bags were delayed by the airline and we were not getting any response when calling the next day. After more than 24 hours, Dube called them on our behalf and found out that the our bags had arrived. He took me in his car to the airport, walked to the baggage claim services and helped with retrieving our bags and brought me back to the hotel (30 minute drive each way). He refused my offer of any compensation for his time and effort. That is just going above and beyond for your guests which is not something you see very often these days. He turned a very stressful situation into a pleasant memory of our stay at his Hotel. Thank you so much.

This is a very new hotel, very close to the city center and located on the beach in a quiet area of Split. The hotel is super clean and the food is great. Also, there's a small gym, pool and sauna which is great for extra relaxing stay here. In the end, I have to say that the best part of our stay is a great service and stuff who are super friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend Hotel Fanat Split. We stayed here twice, first time as a copule and the second time as a small family with 2year old baby :-)

The staff of this warm and welcoming family run hotel were just fabulous. They couldn’t do enough for us and always had a smile and a kind word. The hotel is right on the beach, is has a lovely restaurant with other beach bars nearby too. There is also a convenience store very close by. It’s easy to Uber everywhere but there is a regular bus to take you straight into town if you prefer.

Nice place to dine after having been to the beach. Lovely roofed terrace, very nice fresh fish, great service....one of our go-to-placrs when not in the mood to cook at home.

Very Nice 4 star hotel at the beach Žnjan in Split. Comfy and extremely clean rooms with a seaview. Highly recommended and reasonable prices.

Rooms are confortable and in a good size. The amenities are high quality (I always love when hotels offer Ritual products). The service is fantastic. We felt very welcomed by the entire staff. The location is quiet and away from the busy downtown, but it is just a 5 euro Uber away, or a nice walk of 40 minutes. It has a nice beach just accross the street, which is very tranquil and visited mostly by locals.

This place will not disappoint. The rooms are as well prepared as possible. Pure silence, super clean, modern, and the balcony view was perfect. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. Couldn't ask for a friendlier people. We ate everything on the hotel restaurant menu literally. ALL of the meals were high quality, cooked perfectly and priced affordability. From the time we walked in I felt like I was at my home away from home. Ivan, Maria and Mia were always available day and night to help with anything we requested. The staff seriously brought the stay to the next level. Shopping near by.

This hotel was stunning. The rooms were so clean , luxurious, and spacious and had a gorgeous view of the sea. The location was the only downfall as it was a 20 minute drive outside split but we didn't mind as it was our last night of the holidays.

Absolutely perfect! The service and hospitality is superb, food is amazing and the location and the hotel itself could not be better. We will definitely visit again.

I was surprised by the high reviews. Some things to note before staying here- it’s not walking distance to old town or any of the Split charm. It’s across from a very crowded beach you will not want to go to. There’s construction going on right outside so it’s loud and not pretty to look at. Wi-fi did not work in my room. Some of the staff were not friendly- including the waitress who yelled at the very nice woman at the front desk when I asked for coffee, right in front of me. Very uncomfortable. Wouldn’t recommend staying here.

High quality finish to rooms and furnishings. Staff helpful and very friendly. Opposite large public beach and free car park. WiFi was a bit weak signal in rooms, and the indoor pool advertised via 3rd Party vendors was closed for refurbishment. Very limited shops and restaurants nearby.

The facilities - from room, bathroom, balcony, to wellness - everything was amazing! Moreover, staff was super friendly, especially Mladen from front desk. The breakfast was also rich and tasty. Perfect place to pamper oneself!

Restaurant is great, will be back. Black homemade pasta with seafood as Risotto with veal was very tasty. Servant also served excellent good vine😊

Sea bass was ok but nothing special. The sides weren’t too good either. Would probably not go there again.

Excellent hotel, staff very friendly, we felt as at home. Very good breakfast, you can enjoy it on nice terrace. Comfortable rooms with excellent cleanliness. Hotel with own garage, beach in front of hotel. All in all, very recommended. We'll come back.

We have eaten in the restaurant Fanat, and it was marvelous! The owner was super hospitable, and even offered us a dessert! Very delicious and delightful ambiance with reasonable prices for an excellent quality of food and service. I recommend, we will definitely come back the next time we will be in Split.
