1. Heavy odor of smelly feet in the room and no possibility of airing the room due to window type. 2. Such low quality slippers that they are transparent. 3. Person who handled check out rolled her eyes when we approaced the reception and was extremely rude in her approach. I would have never left this review if she only asked if everything was ok and encouraged us that way to share our feedback in private. The cleaning lady was there at the moment of our check out and she did wish us a nice day which was highly appreciated after the the way the receptionist treated us.

Xmmm....the hotel is in a very good location ( just outside of the Palace), and the area around has anything you want ( restaurants, takeaway, kiosks, mini supermarkets). On the other hand, it is an issue the location of the hotel when you want to use Uber or Bolt. The drivers can not pick you up from in front of the hotel and ask you to walk 400m far from the entrance of the hotel to the meeting point. The problem is when you carry luggage and there is heavy rain....not so rare in Split during Spring season. Regarding the rooms, they are clean and spacious with good Wi-Fi. But there is no window that can open and get some fresh air. At the reception, you will struggle to communicate in English and the breakfast which is served in another place and not at the premises of the same hotel is very poor. At the same price, you could have a better hotel's room, for these reasons I put 2 stars.

We could not pick a better location for our short stay in Split. This hotel is close to everything, Diocletian's Palace, Riva is only 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel. This seems like a new hotel that is located on the 3rd floor of the shopping mall. The room was very nice, clean, and had everything we needed for a short stay. Guest Service Staff are very friendly and professional. We most definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Not really a hotel. It's at the top of a closed down shopping centre. The room had mold on the wall, bed was like concrete, however the day staff were nice and helpful. Staff were the only reason for the higher rating

Great view, great room on the upper floor with a fabulous view, all glass! But front desk isn't always manned / answering calls. Soooo... Try the unmarked buzzer on Sundays to be let inside by their partner or call other MAG hotel in town for help. Hope it helps you

Split was the gateway for our Croatian holiday where we had a most enjoyable stay thanks to our selection of Prima Luce Luxury Rooms. At an additional but discounted charge, the property arranged for a pick-up for us from the airport. The location of this property is a one minute walk from the historical precinct! The person at the Front desk was Toni and he was extremely warm, hospitable and helpful. On our way out the property arranged for an electronic buggy to drop us at the ferry terminal . I would highly recommend this property to tourists.

Location, location, location. This hotel is 1 minute away from the palace, 2 minutes away from the bay. You have restaurants, bakeries, clubs within walking distance. (Yes, central club is next door, but you can’t hear the music as your rooms are on floor 3 or above). Staff were extremely kind with tips and Info on where to dine.

Nice and quiet hotel. Clean room, nicely decorated and with all the necessary amenities. Bathroom with shower and WC. Excellent location, in a quiet side street and only a short walk from the old town.

My daughter and I absolutely loved this small hotel! Just a few steps removed from the bustling Riva area and also super close to shopping, dining, laundry, the Marina, and access to the trail up to the Marjan. Super nice, safe, clean, and comfortable.

This is a great hotel just up the hill from the water. Its not as far away from the action of the old town as it looks on the map. Walk out the front door and turn left and in 15 steps your on old town. Enjoy the walk through the paved streets and plazas as you head down to the water and enjoy all the shopping and bars along the way. The hotel is clean fresh and modern. The staff are extremely helpful and polite. You enter through the shop and go up the lift to level 4. The reception can book you tours and offer some great ideas on activities. Our room was very quiet. Fine wines avail in room. We found quite a few long black hairs in the room but honestly the place was so clean we just took this as an unfortunate find. I would highly recommend staying here if you are after a modern fresh room at the doorstep of old town.

The rooms a clean and well appointed and the staff helpful. However there is no longer an outdoor terrace as advertised and on arrival, despite being advised there would be a welcome bottle of sparkling wine, this hasn't materialised yet.

Terrible customer service. Had to move my hotel dates during the pandemic and was given a voucher to use until December 2022. However everytime I contact the hotel to rebook I get ignored. I’ve paid in full for a hotel for 4 nights and they’ve taken my money and now just ignore me. Shocking service, don’t recommend

Very disappointing , after reserving and going in place we were told that noone is working in reception at 22:00 even though it was market until 24:00 so finally we were out without any other explanation.

Hotel in a great area located in the city centre with a parking place which is extremely important in Split. Hotel Staff was very friendly and helpful.

This place is a SCAM. I don’t know who writes these good reviews but we were scammed and lost our money to this scam hotel. We made a booking over booking.com last year and had to cancel it due to the pandemic. We were told to contact the property when we want to book again. We contacted the hotel in many different ways but were ignored. We came to the city anyway to visit and stayed somewhere. I went to the hotel to talk about our voucher but the reception was very dismissive. There is no manager or anyone with any power to help. They give you a number of a “manager” with a card of the hotel. The number of the manager is a wrong number and there is no “manager” to speak of. This hotel is a total SCAM. Don’t believe the fake reviews.

We originally were booked at a horrid hostel down the road and I got us out of there. Prima took us in at like 11pm. The room was awesome, clean, huge size, and we got free champagne with my room rate. Concierge was friendly and gave us good tips on where to eat. The only real down side to this hotel is that when the shopping mall is closed guest have to crawl in through the service entrance in the back. Other than that it was an awesome stay

Beautiful property, renovated, in the heart of the old city in Split. The staff is fantastic and we really loved interacting with all of them! The bar is rooftop and is a great people watching spot. Would stay here again!
