Great location. It has a balcony/terrace overlooking (partially) the see. Very clean. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Good value, a worthy step up from an Airbnb. And yes, Split is beautiful;)

We stayed in the deluxe room with sea views. The room was modern, very clean an welcoming. Mateja was very helpful all the time. We had an issue with our reservation in booking but she managed to sort it out. She even went out of her way to organise breakfast earlier than normal so we could eat before going to the airport. To me the location is ideal. Very close to the city centre but far enough to enjoy the quietness. Fully recommended!!

Zimmer 1 im "Untergeschoss": 1 Fenster mit Blick auf den Treppenaufgang. Raum mit nachhaltigem Geruch nach Reinigungsmitteln ließ sich nur etwas lüften bei geöffnetem Fensterladen: jeder konnte dann von der Treppe aus ins Zimmer sehen und morgens wurde es bei Sonnenaufgang taghell im Zimmer. Bis 07:00 sehr ruhig aber dann sehr laut durch Schritte, Stühle rücken, usw. sodass schlafen nicht mehr möglich war. Frühstücksbüffet deutlich unter dem Durchschnitt von "Continental Breakfast". Nach Abreise mussten wir woanders dann ordentlich frühstücken. Bei Anreise mit dem Auto: Falls ein freier Parkplatz am Straßenrand gefunden werden kann, dann Gepäck mehrere hundert Meter weit schleppen über steile Treppen. Positiv: in 5 min. ist man im Zentrum der Altstadt, deshalb 2 statt nur 1 Stern. Der Besitzer war immerhin sehr nett, deshalb auch 2 statt nur 1 Stern. A wonderful little hotel from which it was a short walk to everywhere. Very friendly lady owner. Good breakfast, we will definitely visit again.

Ideal location for split old town, riva harbour and climbing the Marjan hill. We stayed in the deluxe room which has its own small balcony and views of the harbour. Our accommodation was spacious, very clean and modern. It has air con. Our host was lovely & really helpful. The breakfast was good. There is a shared terrace which also has views of the harbour, we ate breakfast here every morning but never saw any of the other guests. Only criticism is a very minor one.....the sheets were too small for the bed and kept coming off. If you get the bus in from the airport it's a 10min walk along the seafront. We got a taxi as it was raining heavily, but because of pedestrian areas and 1 way traffic systems, we had to walk for about 7mins from where the taxi dropped us off! Had we have known this we would have just walked the whole way!
