Great aparthotel just outside old Town. Location is quiet but a quick walk to all the action. There are steps so be mindful if u have lots of big suitcases or health issues. Lots of towels provided, however soap dispensers weren't re filled. Shower partition only closes halfway and water gets all over the floor. Air conditioning works very well

Very luxurious apartment. Amazing view. Easy access to old town and restaurants and bars. For car owners it is bit difficult to find parking space. Streets are narrow and full of cars. But i foun parking spot and that was no problem. Apartment owners are nice people and they are very helpfull.

We recieved a warm welcome on arrival at the airport, and Vedran (taxi transfer) escorted us right to the apartment, which would have been difficult to find without local knowledge. The building is beautiful, traditional yet with modern comfort. It was so quiet too, even when there were music events on the nearby waterfront! The bathroom is lovely and we now plan to install a similar shower at home! The room was clean, comfortable, the patio is gorgeous and the kitchenette really handy. We booked self catering, but the food in nearby 'konoba' (tavernas!) was so good that we didn't cook once! If you did want to cook, the is a handy mini supermarket just near the apartment. Restaurants within a minute's walk were superb... food was fresh and delicious. We tended to stay away from the busier main drag on the waterfront although there arre plenty of bars and restaurants there too. The apartment is ideally situated for walking to centre of Split, and there are great beaches within walking distance too. Communication with Daniela (apartment manager) was good throughout the whole trip. We didn't have a single problem, but if we did I am sure that she would have helped! We are keen to visit again and would definitely stay in the same accommodation. We've already recommended Damida to friends and family! This was our first trip to Croatia... a beautiful country with great people... we'll be returning!

Paid €400.00 for 2 ppl for two nights. Got there to find it was a tiny room. Smaller than a hotel room. On leaving they told us to check out by 10am. They also told us we could leave bags in room for the day as our flight home was at 11pm. After walking around for the day we got back to find our suit cases left out for anyone to take. No cooking facilities in rooms No change of sheets for 2nd night Ground floor are apartments, 2nd floor is rooms only. Was very shocked for the price we paid was expecting a lot more for the money we paid.

Extremely cute, clean, and friendly staff. Close walking distance to everything but on a huddle street so it is quiet. Highly recommend.

High tech new in an ancient setting.

Very clean rooms with perfect location the unic trow back is google maps doesn't mark accurately were it is but the place is wonderful
